Dear Editor,Ocular decompression retinopathy.ODR),which manifests as diffuse retinal hemorrhage occurring abruptly.in multiple locations,including the subretinal,intraretinal,and preretinal spaces,is a rare complication after glaucoma surgery.and is caused by.sudden,iatrogenic lowering of intraocular pressure(IOP).Implicated procedures include glaucoma drainage implantation,trabeculectomy.iridotomy.and even cataract surgery.1].One report described a case of ocular decompression management following uncomplicated cataract surgery.with no posterior capsular rupture or other intraoperative complications[2].Here,we report a rare case of ODR triggered by.phacoemulsification and the use of sy.temic chemotherapeutic drugs in a patient with primary.acute angleclosure glaucoma(PACG).The case not only.improves our understanding of potential side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs on ophthalmic surgery.but may.also serve as a reference for clinicians in the management of patients with glaucoma with similar medical histories.

In this study.the effect of inclination angles relative to the building direction in the additively.manufactured eutectic Al-5Mg-2Si alloy.was investigated through the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF).The microstructures and mechanical properties of the Al-5Mg-2Si alloy.manufactured with different inclination angles(0°,30°,45°,60°and 90°)were reported and *** is found that the“semicircular”melt pool(MP)in the load bearing face of 0°sample was eventually.transformed into“stripe-like”MP in the 90°sample,accompanied by.an increased fraction of melt pool boundaries(MPBs).Moreover,the microstructural analy.is revealed that the columnar-to-equiaxed transition(CET)of theα-Al grains and eutectic Mg2Si was completed in the 90°sample,which were significantly.refined with the average size of 10.6μm and 0.44μm,*** is also found that the 90°sample exhibited good combination of strength and elongation(*** strength of 393 MPa,ultimate tensile strength of 483 MPa and elongation of 8.1%).The anisotropic mechanical properties were highly.associated with the refined microstructures,thermal stress,and density.of ***,the CET driven by.inclination angles was attributed to the variation of thermal conditions inside the local MPs.

In this study. a high-carbon nano-bainitic GCr15Si1Mo bearing steel was investigated. Specifically. the effects of content and size of undissolved carbides on the microstructure and transformation kinetics of nano-bainite were analy.ed. The results demonstrated that after prolonged austempering at low temperatures, the mixed microstructure composed of nano-bainite (NB), undissolved carbides (UC), and retained austenite (RA) was obtained in GCr15SiMo steel. When the experimental steel was austenitized at 900 ℃, the undissolved carbides gradually.dissolved until reaching a stable state with increasing holding time. Furthermore, at the same austempering temperature, despite different volume fractions of undissolved carbides in the substrate, the volume fractions of nano-bainite in the final microstructures remained essentially.the same. Moreover, the higher the content of undissolved carbides in steel, the faster the transformation rate of nano-bainite and the shorter the total transformation time.
