Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a common severe emergency.in neurosurgery.causing tremendous economic pressure on families and society.and devastating effects on patients both phy.ically.and psy.hologically.especially.among patients with poor functional *** is often accompanied by.decreased consciousness and limb *** seriously.affects patients’ability.to live *** rapid advances in neurosurgery.have greatly.improved patient survival,there remains insufficient evidence that surgical treatment significantly.improves long-term *** in-depth pathophy.iological studies after ICH,increasing evidence has shown that secondary.injury.after ICH is related to long-term prognosis and that the key.to secondary.injury.is various immune-mediated neuroinflammatory.reactions after *** basic and clinical studies of various sy.temic inflammatory.diseases,triggering receptor expressed on my.loid cells 1/2(TREM-1/2),and the TREM receptor family.is closely.related to the inflammatory.*** inflammatory.diseases can be upregulated and downregulated through receptor *** the TREM receptor functions after ICH,the ty.es of results from intervention,and whether the outcomes can improve secondary.brain injury.and the long-term prognosis of patients are *** analy.is of relevant research results from basic and clinical trials revealed that the inhibition of TREM-1 and the activation of TREM-2 can alleviate the neuroinflammatory.immune response,significantly.improve the long-term prognosis of neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and thus improve the ability.of patients to live independently.

To address the limitations of contemporary.lithium-ion batteries,particularly.their low energy.density.and safety.concerns,all-solid-state lithium batteries equipped with solid-state electroly.es have been identified as an up-and-coming *** the various SEs,organic–inorganic composite solid electroly.es(OICSEs)that combine the advantages of both poly.er and inorganic materials demonstrate promising potential for large-scale ***,OICSEs still face many.challenges in practical applications,such as low ionic conductivity.and poor interfacial stability.which severely.limit their *** review provides a comprehensive overview of recent research advancements in ***,the influence of inorganic fillers on the main functional parameters of OICSEs,including ionic conductivity.Li+transfer number,mechanical strength,electrochemical stability.electronic conductivity.and thermal stability.are sy.tematically.*** lithium-ion conduction mechanism of OICSE is thoroughly.analy.ed and concluded from the microscopic ***,the classic inorganic filler ty.es,including both inert and active fillers,are categorized with special emphasis on the relationship between inorganic filler structure design and the electrochemical performance of ***,the advanced characterization techniques relevant to OICSEs are summarized,and the challenges and perspectives on the future development of OICSEs are also highlighted for constructing superior ASSLBs.

Three passes of plate rolling during vertical-horizontal rolling process are simulated with explicit dy.amic finite element method and updating geometric method. The equivalent strain and stress fields, and shape change at the head and tail of slab during rolling are obtained. The calculated result of the shape at the head and tail of slab is in good agreement with the measured one. The explicit dy.amic finite element method and updating geometric method can be used effectively.to analy.e the multipass vertical-horizontal （V-H） rolling process.

Rice seedling blight,caused by.various fungi,including Fusarium oxy.porum,poses a severe threat to rice *** awareness grows regarding the environmental and safety.hazards associated with the application of fungicides for managing rice seedling blight,there has been a shift in focus towards biological control *** this study.we isolated biocontrol bacteria from paddy.fields that significantly.inhibited the growth of *** in vitro and identified the strains as Bacillus amy.oliquefaciens T40 and Bacillus pumilus ***,our findings indicated that the combined application of these Bacillus strains in soil was more effective in reducing the incidence of rice seedling blight than their individual *** of 16S and internal transcribed spacer rRNA gene sequencing data revealed that the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains exhibited the lowest average clustering coefficients,which were negatively.correlated with the biomass of ***-inoculated rice ***,this mixture led to higher stochastic assembly.average|βNTI|y.increased the expression of defense-related *** conclusion,the mixture of the T40 and T208 strains effectively.modulates microbial community.structures,enhances microbial network stability.and boosts the resistance against rice seedling *** study.supports the development and utilization of biological resources for crop protection.

Ubiquitin specific protease 33 （USP33） is a multifunctional protein regulating diverse cellular processes. The expression and role of USP33 in lung cancer remain unexplored. In this study. we show that USP33 is down-regulated in multi- ple cohorts of lung cancer patients and that low expression of USP33 is associated with poor prognosis. USP33 medi- ates Slit-Robo signaling in lung cancer cell migration. Downregulation of USP33 reduces the protein stability.of Robol in lung cancer cells, providing a previously.unknown mechanism for USP33 function in mediating Slit activity.in lung cancer ceils. Taken together, USP33 is a new play.r in lung cancer that regulates Slit-Robo signaling. Our data suggest that USP33 may.be a candidate tumor suppressor for lung cancer with potential as a prognostic marker.

Full understanding of the thermomechanical behaviors of materials at high strain rates and high temperatures are of great importance from not only.scientific meaning but also practical value in engineering structure design and safety.*** efforts have been made for abilities of operation the split Hopkinson bars,the most popular technique for experimental determination of mechanical behaviors of materials over the strain rates from 10^2 to 10^4 s^−1 over the past 70 y.ars,at high temperatures since 1960s.A review of experiment work is presented in this paper to give an overview of the development of experimental techniques at high temperatures based on Hopkinson bar *** principles of the split Hopkinson bar requires the loading bars avoiding temperature gradient or keeping relatively.low temperature when performing high temperature *** such as performing temperature gradient corrections,rapid heating or using special designed automatically.assembled sy.tems were proposed by.researchers to enable the operation of the split Hopkinson bars at temperature as high as ***,to the application of high speed photographic technique for capturing the dy.amic deformation process of the specimen in high temperature Hopkinson bar testing,some key.issues of eliminating the strong thermal radiation induced lights oversaturation and de-blurring of images due to insufficient exposure at high temperature and high strain rate condition,as well as fabrication of high contrast speckle pattern for high temperature digital image correlation measurement were also *** technique can now enable the split Hopkinson bar testing to be performed at high temperature up to 1873 k under the loading conditions of compression or tension with the in situ observation and full field measurement of deformation as *** paper concludes with summaries of the most important achievements and highlighting of the prospects,trends and remaining challenge

Objective:To elucidate how spinal manipulative therapy.SMT)exerts its analgesic effects through regulating brain function in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients by.utilizing resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-f MRI).Methods:From September 2021 to September 2023,we enrolled LDH patients(LDH group,n=31)and age-and sex-matched healthy.controls(HCs,n=28).LDH group underwent rs-f MRI at 2 distinct time points(TPs):prior to the initiation of SMT(TP1)and subsequent to the completion of the SMT sessions(TP2).SMT was administered once every.other day.for 30 min per session,totally.14 treatment sessions over a span of 4 *** did not receive SMT treatment and underwent only.one f MRI ***,participants in LDH group completed clinical questionnaires on pain using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score,whereas HCs did not undergo clinical scale *** effects on the brain were jointly.characterized using the amplitude of low-frequency.fluctuations(ALFF)and regional homogeneity.Re Ho).Correlation analy.es were conducted between specific brain regions and clinical ***:Following SMT treatment,pain sy.ptoms in LDH patients were notably.alleviated and accompanied by.evident activation of effects in the *** comparison to TP1,TP2 exhibited the most significant increase in ALFF values for Temporal_Sup_R and the most notable decrease in ALFF values for Paracentral_Lobule_L(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Additionally.the most substantial enhancement in Re Ho values was observed for the Cuneus_R,while the most prominent reduction was noted for the Olfactory.R(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Moreover,a comparative analy.is revealed that,in contrast to HCs,LDH patients at TP1 exhibited the most significant increase in ALFF values for Temporal_Pole_Sup_L and the most notable decrease in ALFF values for Frontal_Mid_L(voxelwise P30;FDR correction).Fur
