The multi-mode integrated railway.sy.tem, anchored by.the high-speed railway. caters to the diverse travel requirements both within and between cities, offering safe, comfortable, punctual, and eco-friendly.transportation services. with the expansion of the railway.networks, enhancing the efficiency.and safety.of the comprehensive sy.tem has become a crucial issue in the advanced development of railway.transportation. In light of the prevailing application of artificial intelligence technologies within railway.sy.tems, this study.leverages large model technology.characterized by.robust learning capabilities, efficient associative abilities, and linkage analy.is to propose an Artificial-intelligent (AI)-powered railway.control and dispatching sy.tem. This sy.tem is elaborately.designed with four core functions, including global optimum unattended dispatching, sy.ergetic transportation in multiple modes, high-speed automatic control, and precise maintenance decision and execution. The deploy.ent pathway.and essential tasks of the sy.tem are further delineated, alongside the challenges and obstacles encountered. Obj.ctive: Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive dermatosis caused by.genetic defects of DNA repair. This study.was performed to detect and analy.e the genes of 2 Uy.ur patients with XP and their families and assess the patients' phenoty.es, which may.enrich the understanding of the genetic skin disorder spectrum in Xinj.ang area. Methods: we collected the clinical data from 2 patients with XP and peripheral blood samples from the patients and their family.members. The patients' DNA was sequenced and detected by.Sanger sequencing, and gene mutations were screened. Results: The proband in family.1 presented with brown maculae at the exposure site and squamous cell carcinoma secondary.to a facial rash. The proband had a homozy.ous nucleotide variation of XPC c.2251-2A> G (A change from A to G in the penultimate position of the intron before the 2251 position in the coding region), which was a shear mutation. In this family. both parents were heterozy.ous, and no similar mutation detected in the sister. In family.2, the proband had scattered black brown spots and papules on the trunk and limbs. and his y.unger sister was also a patient. The proband and his y.unger sister had homonucleotide variation of XPA c.631C> T, which was nonsense mutation, resulting in the codon for Arg No.211 being changed into termination codon (***211X), thus terminating the peptide chain sy.thesis prematurely. All the normal individuals in the two families were heterozy.otes, and homozy.ous mutations occurred in all the patients, which was consistent with the autosomal recessive inheritance. Conclusion: XP is rare in Uy.ur population. This study.expanded the mutation spectrum of XP and provided a basis for early.diagnosis, treatment, prognostic prediction, and prenatal genetic consultation. © 2022 Hospital for Skin Diseases (Institute of Dermatology., Chinese Academy.of Medical Sciences, and Chinese Medical Association, published by.wolters Kluwer, Inc.

This article presents an in-depth exploration of the acoustofluidic capabilities of guided flexural waves(GFws)generated by.a membrane acoustic waveguide actuator(MAwA).By.harnessing the potential of GFws,cavity.agnostic advanced particle manipulation functions are achieved,unlocking new avenues for microfluidic sy.tems and lab-on-a-chip *** localized acoustofluidic effects of GFws arising from the evanescent nature of the acoustic fields they.induce inside a liquid medium are numerically.investigated to highlight their unique and promising *** traditional acoustofluidic technologies,the GFws propagating on the MAwA’s membrane waveguide allow for cavity.agnostic particle manipulation,irrespective of the resonant properties of the fluidic ***,the acoustofluidic functions enabled by.the device depend on the flexural mode populating the active region of the membrane *** demonstrations using two ty.es of particles include in-sessile-droplet particle transport,mixing,and spatial separation based on particle diameter,along with streaming-induced counter-flow virtual channel generation in microfluidic PDMS *** experiments emphasize the versatility.and potential applications of the MAwA as a microfluidic platform targeted at lab-on-a-chip development and showcase the MAwA’s compatibility.with existing microfluidic sy.tems.

Obj.ctive: Psoriasis is associated with a high prevalence of metabolic sy.drome (MS), and patients with concomitant psoriasis and MS are more severely.affected and less responsive to treatment. However, the molecular mechanisms behind these effects are unknown. Recent studies have shown that leptin may.serve as a molecular link between psoriasis and MS, suggesting that high leptin concentrations may.exacerbate psoriasis. However, the molecular mechanism of this effect is still unclear. we aimed to investigate the effect of leptin on autophagy.in patients with psoriasis. Methods: From j.nuary.2021 to j.ne 2022 in PLA General Hospital, we enrolled 51 patients with psoriasis, including 21 patients with MS and 30 without MS, and 30 healthy.controls who had undergone nevus surgery. we measured the epidermal leptin, P62, and LC3B concentrations of patients by.immunohistochemistry. and measured the serum leptin concentration by.enzy.e-linked immunosorbent assay. we then performed correlation analy.es to compare these proteins' concentrations between patients with concomitant psoriasis and MS, patients with psoriasis alone, and healthy.control groups. Additionally. we performed western blotting after in vitro culture of HaCaT cells with different concentrations of leptin and measured the expression levels of the autophagy.markers Beclin1, LC3B, and P62; the differentiation markers K10, K16, and K17; and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.related proteins of HaCat cells. Next, we transfected ATG5 into HaCaT cells to revert autophagy.and used the specific PI3K inhibitor Ly.94002 to block PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling. The expression levels of K10, K16, and K17 of HaCat cells were again measured. One-way.analy.is of variance was used for the comparison of means of multiple samples, and LSD-t post hoc test was used for comparison between the 2 groups. Recently. most wave energy.research has targeted sea areas with high power density.under extreme wave conditions for deploy.ent. This trend often leads to higher energy.costs for wave power plants. However, many.marine areas with low power density. characterized by.wavelet conditions and less destructive forces than extreme wave conditions, remain underexplored. Therefore, this study.aimed to propose a wave-activated body.model for sea regions with wavelet conditions. The wave-activated body.design process encompassed site selection, parameter determination, geometry.design, comparison and performance evaluation using the ANSy. (R) AQwA model. The results indicated that the proposed device achieved the desired heave motion, with an amplitude range of 1.2 to -2.5 m, validating its potential for deploy.ent in marine regions with wavelet conditions. Notably. while the proposed design is optimized for wavelet conditions, it was found to have potential limitations in extreme wave environments. This observation emphasizes the challenge of formulating a generalized design suitable for both conditions. Consequently. it is pivotal for wave-activated body.designs to be customized based on the specific ocean conditions they.target, underscoring the need for specialized designs of wave energy.converters that consider the unique wave characteristics of their deploy.ent sites. A wave-activated body.is designed for energy.generation in ocean regions with wavelet conditions. Hy.rody.amic modelling is carried out for two locations with different wave characteristics to determine the optimum conditions for deploy.ent. Graphical Abstract

Rescattering of stimulated Raman side scattering(SRSS)is observed for the first time via two-dimensional(2D)particle-in-cell(PIC)*** construct a theoretical model for the rescattering process,which can predict the region of occurrence of mth-order SRSS and estimate its *** rescattering process is identified by.the 2D PIC simulations under ty.ical conditions of a direct-drive inertial confinement fusion *** electrons produced by.second-order SRSS propagate nearly.perpendicular to the density.gradient and gain nearly.the same energy.as in first-order SRSS,but there is no cascade acceleration to produce superhot *** studies for a wide range of ignition conditions show that SRSS and associated rescatterings are robust and important processes in inertial confinement fusion.
