SnO_(2) has been extensively.investigated as an anode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)due to its high Na/K storage capacity.high abundance,and low ***,the sluggish reaction kinetics,low electronic conductivity.and large volume changes during charge and discharge hinder the practical applications of SnO_(2)-based electrodes for SIBs and *** rational structures with fast charge/ion transfer and robust stability.is important to overcoming these ***,S-doped SnO_(2)(S-SnO_(2))quantum dots(QDs)(≈3 nm)encapsulated in an N,S codoped carbon fiber networks(S-SnO_(2)-CFN)are rationally.fabricated using a sequential freeze-dry.ng,calcination,and S-doping *** analy.is and density.functional theory.calculations reveal that the integration of S-SnO_(2) QDs with N,S codoped carbon fiber network remarkably.decreases the adsorption energies of Na/K atoms in the interlay.r of SnO_(2)-CFN,and the S doping can increase the conductivity.of SnO_(2),thereby.enhancing the ion transfer *** sy.ergistic interaction between S-SnO_(2) QDs and N,S codoped carbon fiber network results in a composite with fast Na+/K+storage and extraordinary.long-term ***,the S-SnO_(2)-CFN delivers high rate capacities of 141.0 mAh g^(−1) at 20 A g^(−1) in SIBs and 102.8 mAh g^(−1) at 10 A g^(−1) in ***,it delivers ultra-stable sodium storage up to 10,000 cy.les at 5 A g^(−1) and potassium storage up to 5000 cy.les at 2 A g^(−1).This study.provides insights into constructing metal oxide-based carbon fiber network structures for high-performance electrochemical energy.storage and conversion devices.

A Hy.rid Approach for Predicting the Remaining Useful Life of Bearings Based on the RReliefF Algorithm and Extreme Learning Machine

Accurately.predicting the remaining useful life(RUL)of bearings in mining rotating equipment is vital for mining *** research aims to distinguish the features associated with the RUL of bearings and propose a prediction model based on these selected *** study.proposes a hy.rid predictive model to assess the RUL of rolling element *** proposed model begins with the pre-processing of bearing vibration signals to reconstruct sixty.time-domain *** hy.rid model selects relevant features from the sixty.time-domain features of the vibration signal by.adopting the RReliefF feature selection ***,the extreme learning machine(ELM)approach is applied to develop a predictive model of RUL based on the optimal *** model is trained by.optimizing its parameters via the grid search *** training datasets are adjusted to make them most suitable for the regression model using the cross-validation *** proposed hy.rid model is analy.ed and validated using the vibration data taken from the public XJTU-Sy.rolling element-bearing *** comparison is constructed with other traditional *** experimental test results demonstrated that the proposed approach can predict the RUL of bearings with a reliable degree of accuracy.

Profile grinding is the most crucial method for the ultra-precision machining of special-shaped ***,profile grinding produces a unique machining profile,and many.random factors in the machining process lead to complex surface *** this study.the structural and probabilistic characteristics of the profile grinding of a special-shaped surface were analy.ed,and a probabilistic algorithm for the forming and 3D characterization of special-shaped surfaces under profile grinding was *** forming process of a GH738 blade tenon tooth surface was considered as an example to demonstrate the *** comparison results showed that the simulation results had similar surface characteristics to the measurement results,and the relative error range of the 3D roughness parameter was 0.21%–19.76%,indicating an accurate prediction and characterization of the complex special-shaped surface under the action of multiple factors.

Corrosion failure accidents owing to flow erosion and pipeline corrosion frequently.occur during *** welding reinforcement height(WRH)can induce locally.micro-turbulent flow field,which aggravates local corrosion of welded joints.A high wall shear stress(WsS)experimental setup was established to conduct the online electrochemical corrosion *** influence of WRH sizes on local corrosion of welded joints was studied at different flow *** electrochemical signals of the local corrosion of X80 welded joints at different flow rates were monitored in real time using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.and wire beam *** addition,the corrosion products composition and properties were *** results show that the micro-turbulent flow fields induced by.the WRHs can enhance ion mass transfer near the welded *** corrosion products on the WRH surface also present different microscopic morphologies at different flow *** strong flow fields,the locally.enhanced wsS can peel off the dense corrosion product partially.leading to the electrochemical distribution of large cathode and small anode,which accelerates the occurrence and development processes of the local corrosion of welded *** scientific guidelines for the corrosion protection of long-distance oil and gas pipelines can be potentially.provided.

Global analy.is of basic leucine zipper transcription factors in trifoliate orange and the function identification of PtbZIP49 in salt tolerance

As one of the most widely.distributed and highly.conserved transcription factors in eukary.tes,basic leucine zipper proteins(bZIPs)are involved in a variety.of biological processes in plants,but they.are largely.unknown in *** this study.56 bZIP family.members were identified genome-wide from an important citrus rootstock,namely.trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata ***.),and these putative bZIPs were named PtbZIP1—*** PtbZIPs were classified into 13 subgroups by.phy.ogenetic comparison with Arabidopsis thaliana bZIPs(AtbZIPs),and they.were randomly.distributed on nine known(50 genes)chromosomes and one unknown(6 genes)*** analy.is revealed the detailed characteristics of PtPZIPs,including their amino acid length,isoelectric point(pI),molecular weight(MW),predicted subcellular localization,gene structure,and conserved *** of promoter elements suggested the presence of drought,low-temperature,wound,and defense and stress responsive elements,as well as multiple hormone-responsive cis-acting *** expression analy.is showed the transcriptional patterns of PtbZIPs in different tissues and under dehy.ration,high salt,ABA,and IAA *** addition,21 PtbZIPs were predicted to have direct or indirect protein—protein *** these,PtbZIP49 was experimentally.proven to interact with PtbZIP1 or PtbZIP11 by.using a y.ast two-hy.rid assay.and bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC).Subcellular localization analy.is further revealed that PtbZIP1,PtbZIP11,and PtbZIP49 were localized in the ***,PtbZIP49 was functionally.identified as having an important role in salt stress via ectopic expression in *** and silenced in trifoliate orange using virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS).This study.provided comprehensive information on PtbZIP transcription factors in citrus and highlights their potential functions in abiotic stress.

MGCPN:An Efficient Deep Learning Model for Tibetan Plateau Precipitation Nowcasting Based on the IMERG Data

The sparse and uneven placement of rain gauges across the Tibetan Plateau(TP) impedes the acquisition of precise,high-resolution precipitation measurements,thus challenging the reliability.of forecast *** address such a challenge,we introduce a model called Multisource Generative Adversarial Network-Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory.GAN-ConvLSTM) for Precipitation Nowcasting(MGCPN),which utilizes data products from the Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for global precipitation measurement(IMERG) data,offering high spatiotemporal resolution precipitation forecasts for upcoming periods ranging from 30 to 300 *** results of our study.confirm that the implementation of the MGCPN model successfully.addresses the problem of underestimating and blurring precipitation results that often arise with increasing forecast *** issue is a common challenge in precipitation forecasting ***,we have used multisource spatiotemporal datasets with integrated geographic elements for training and prediction to improve model *** model demonstrates its competence in generating precise precipitation nowcasting with IMERG data,offering valuable support for precipitation research and forecasting in the TP *** metrics results obtained from our study.further emphasize the notable advantages of the MGCPN model;it outperforms the other considered models in the probability.of detection(POD),critical success index,heidke Skill Score,and mean absolute error,especially.showing improvements in POD by.approximately.33%,19%,and 8% compared to Convolutional Gated Recurrent Unit(ConvGRU),ConvLSTM,and small Attention-UNet(SmaAt-UNet) models.

Three-dimensional(3D)cell cultures have contributed to a variety.of biological research fields by.filling the gap between monolay.rs and animal *** modern optical sectioning microscopic methods make it possible to probe the complexity.of 3D cell cultures but are limited by.the inherent *** tissue optical clearing methods have emerged as powerful tools for investigating whole-mount tissues in 3D,they.often have limitations,such as being too harsh for fragile 3D cell cultures,requiring complex handling protocols,or inducing tissue deformation with shrinkage or *** address this issue,we proposed a modified optical clearing method for 3D cell cultures,called MACS-W,which is simple,highly.efficient,and *** our evaluation of MACS-W,we found that it exhibits excellent clearing capability.in just 10 min,with minimal deformation,and helps drug evaluation on tumor *** summary.MACS-W is a fast,minimally.deformative and fluorescence compatible clearing method that has the potential to be widely.used in the studies of 3D cell cultures.
