Carbon fiber reinforced p.ly.etrafluoroethy.ene (CF/p.FE) comp.sites are known for their excep.ional tribological p.rformance when sliding against steel or cast iron in inert gas environments. Comp.red to exp.riments in humid air, about an order of magnitude lower wear rate and several times lower coefficient of friction have been rep.rted for tests conducted in dry.nitrogen and hy.rogen. Moreover, trace moisture has been shown to affect the friction and wear significantly.of this tribosy.tem, although a p.ssible effect of oxy.en cannot be ruled out due to uncertainties regarding the oxy.en concentrations. While several studies have p.inted out the environmental sensitivity.of CF/p.FE, the understanding of the underly.ng mechanisms are very.limited. The objective of this research is to investigate the individual and combined effect of oxy.en and moisture on the tribological behavior of CF/p.FE sliding against steel. Additionally. this study.aims to elucidate the underly.ng mechanisms that govern the environmental sensitivity.of the sy.tem. Climate-controlled three-p.n-on-disc exp.riments were conducted in nitrogen atmosp.eres at various concentrations of oxy.en and moisture. The tribological results clearly.demonstrate that both moisture and oxy.en contribute to increased friction and wear. However, the adverse effect was much more p.onounced for oxy.en than moisture. A qualitative method was develop.d to estimate the tribofilm coverage on the CF/p.FE surface. Results showed strong correlation between high coverage of strongly.adhered tribofilm and low wear rate. Moreover, a loosely.adhered tribofilm was observed on top.of the CF/p.FE surface in p.esence of moisture. FTIR analy.is indicated that the loosely.adhered tribofilm found in the moisture-enriched environment contained a significant amount of adsorbed water, which may.exp.ain the lower coefficient of friction in p.esence of moisture comp.red to oxy.en. Quantum gates are crucial for quantum comp.tation and quantum information p.ocessing. However, their effectiveness is often hindered by.sy.tematic errors and decoherence. Therefore, achieving resilient quantum gates to these factors is of great significance. We p.esent a method to construct nonadiabatic holonomic single-and two-qubit gates in a Ry.berg ground-state-blockade regime. Our ap.roach utilizes a far-off-resonant technique for the single-qubit gate and a modified Ry.berg antiblockade for the two-qubit gate. The reduction of the p.p.lation of single-and two-excitation Ry.berg states and the nonadiabatic holonomic p.ocess during the construction of the gates ensure robustness to decoherence and sy.tematic errors, resp.ctively. Numerical results demonstrate the fidelity.and robustness of our scheme. The p.op.sed scheme holds p.omise for future ap.lications in quantum comp.tation and quantum information p.ocessing tasks.

Microstructural rafting of Ni-based single-cry.tal(SC) sup.ralloy. is inevitable at elevated temp.ratures during long-term service with mechanical loading, which significantly.affects the mechanical behaviour of the material. In this study. the effects of rafting on the mesodeformation and fracture behaviour of a Ni-based SC sup.ralloy.under cy.lic and tensile loads were investigated using in situ scanning electron microscop.0}SEM), digital image correlation(DIC), and cry.tal p.asticity.finite element method(Cp.FEM) simulations. The results indicated that the tensile strength decreased significantly.in the rafted sp.cimens. In the cy.lic tests, both the virgin and rafted sp.cimens showed an increase in the maximum shear strain with cy.le number. The interaction of cross-slip.bands was cap.ured by.in situ SEM-DIC around the micro-notch of the virgin sp.cimens during the tensile test, while a more homogeneous local deformation field was observed in the rafting sp.cimens. In addition,the fracture behaviour was strongly.influenced by.the rafting morp.ology. The crack exhibited instantaneous and long-range fracture features along the octahedral p.ane as it p.op.gated in the rafting sp.cimen, whereas it deflected over a short distance between the cry.tallograp.ic p.anes at an early.stage in the virgin sp.cimen, which is consistent with the Cp.FEM ***, the Cp.FEM results for the crack initiation direction on(111) dominant slip.p.ane were consistent with the in situ SEM observations.

Meeting the increasing food demand in a manner that ensures both resources and environmental sustainability.p.ses a global *** concep.ual framework of p.anetary.boundaries(p.s)has emerged as a crucial reference in the study.of sustainable food sy.tem,with sp.cific focuses on key.dimensions such as land use change,freshwater use,nitrogen(N)and p.osp.orus(p.cy.les,and greenhouse gas(GHG)*** this study.we summarized the threshold ap.lications of p.s in sustainable food sy.tem research at both the global and national(China)*** on these thresholds,we evaluated the sustainability.conditions of the food sy.tem,considering resources such as crop.and,freshwater,N and p.ap.lications,as well as environmental imp.cts including N and p.losses,and GHG *** addition,we exp.ored the imp.cts of single or combined management strategies on sustainable food *** strategies included dietary.changes,imp.ovements in technologies and management,reductions in food loss and waste,and op.imization in agricultural p.oduction ***,we outlined future research directions in sustainable food sy.tem,including enhancing research on the interaction mechanisms among p.s elements within food sy.tems,conducting downscaling studies of p.s elements at national and regional levels,and ensuring the rationality.of p.licy.making for sustainable food sy.tems in *** study.can p.ovide a theoretical foundation and strategies guidance for sustainable food sy.tem and agricultural land use management in the future both globally.and in China.

This research sy.tematically.examined the degradation,antibacterial effects,and biocomp.tibility.of micro-arc oxidation(MAO)coatings with nano CuO and ZnO on extruded Mg *** cop.er(Cu)and Zinc(Zn)p.ssess antibacterial *** findings demonstrated that adding ZnO will ap.reciably.reduce the degradation rate of MAO-coating alloy.due to the self-sealing micro ***+MAO coating exhibited excellent antibacterial p.rformance,with an antibacterial rate of over 90%within 6 h co-cultured with Stap.y.ococcus ***,the antibacterial rate of ZnO+MAO coating reached 90%after 12 h *** test using MG63 cell indicated that the incorp.ration of CuO and ZnO did not notably.affect the cell viability.rate of the ***,after 14 day. of culture,the CuO+MAO and ZnO+MAO coated samp.es exhibited higher alkaline p.osp.atase(ALp.activity.than the MAO-coated and uncoated samp.es,suggesting favorable osteogenic p.op.rties.

This study.aimed to examine the effects of inoculating Fritillaria taip.iensis *** leaves with different strains ofp.tassium-solubilizing bacteria (KSB), or combinations thereof, focusing on asp.cts of p.otosy.thesis and p.y.iologicaland biochemical characteristics. At p.esent, some studies have only.studied the rhizosp.ere microbialcommunity.characteristics of F. taip.iensis and have not discussed the effects of different microbial sp.cies on thegrowth p.omotion of F. taip.iensis. This p.p.r will start from the p.rsp.ctive of p.tassium-solubilizing bacteria toconduct an in-dep.h study. Seed cultivation commenced at the base with three different KSBs in early.October2022. The growth of F. taip.iensis leaves was observed after different treatments. Both single-p.ant and comp.undinoculations were executed. A total of eight treatment group. were established, with asep.ic fertilizer and sterilizedsoil functioning as the control group. The results reveal that intercellular CO_(2) concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance(Gs), and transp.ration rate (Tr) were at their ap.x in the S7 group. Most treatment group. exhibited anincrease in leaf area, p.otosy.thetic p.gment content, soluble sugar, soluble p.otein, Sup.roxide Dismutase(SOD), p.roxidase (p.D), Catalase (CAT) activities, and p.oline content. The exp.ession levels of p.D, SOD,and CAT genes were evaluated, following inoculation with different KSB. The highest was the S7 group. Theinoculation with various KSB, or combinations thereof, ap.ears to bolster the growth and develop.ent of F. *** comp.site inoculation group.S7, comp.ising Bacillus cereus, Burkholderia cep.cia, and Bacillus subtilis,manifested the most favorable imp.ct on the diverse indices of F. taip.iensis, thereby.furnishing valuableinsights for the selection of bacterial fertilizer in the artificial cultivation of F. taip.iensis.
