Influence of self-sim.lar stresses on scenario earthquake construction:An exam.le along the Tanlu Fault

As a fam.us deep and large fault in eastern China,the Tanlu Fault passes through Anhui,Jiangsu,and Shandong and into northeastern *** is im.ortant to im.rove the understanding of seism.c hazard assessm.nts in areas near *** start a scenario earthquake sim.lation in the m..5 earthquake potential area of the Xiny.-Sihong segm.nt of the Tanlu *** fault rupture length and width are constrained according to the scaling law of large intraplate earthquakes,the background norm.l stress is depth dependent,and the initial shear stresses are determ.ned using trial and error by.m.tching the earthquake *** the 120 km.rupture length of the m..5 earthquake,we com.are the horizontal uniform.stress m.del and self-sim.lar stress perturbation *** findings reveal that the seism.c source tim. function of the horizontal uniform.stress m.del is sim.lar to that of the Haskell m.del and that of the self-sim.lar stress perturbation m.del is m.re sim.lar to that of a real earthquake *** com.are the dy.am.c rupture sim.lation and ground m.tion results under four different stress conditions and find that the shorter the characteristic length of the self-sim.lar function is,the rougher the initial *** the m..5earthquake with an epicenter in the vicinity.of Suqian,the Xiny.-Tancheng segm.nt,which is located in the IX-intensity.zone north of the epicenter,vibrates m.re strongly.on the northern side than on the southern side due to the influence of the lowvelocity.zone and the peak slip *** response spectra analy.is at stations in the study.area is useful for im.roving the earthquake resistance capability.

m.gnetic properties of soft m.gnetic com.osites prepared by.gas-atom.zed glassy.powders from.a new Fe-based alloy.with high glass-form.ng ability

With a pressing need for high efficiency. low power consum.tion, and m.niaturization of electronics, soft m.gnetic com.osites(Sm.s) show great potential, especially.for applications in key.electronic com.onent. However, core loss is still the focused issue for Sm.s that hinders their sustainable developm.nt and widespread applications. In the present study. high-perform.nce Sm.s were fabricated by.novel Fe_(74)B_(7)C_(7)P_(7)Si_(3)m._(1)Cr_(1) powders with spherical shape and a fully.glassy.structure, which were successfully.prepared by.a gas atom.zation m.thod. The m.crostructure and high-frequency.m.gnetic properties of these Sm.s were studied in detail. To enhance the soft ferrom.gnetism. the effects of annealing tem.erature(T_a) and powder size on their perform.nce were clarified. Increasing T_a up to 703 K not only.helps to effectively.release internal stress in the powders, but also im.roves the integrity.of the insulation lay.r structure, which is conducive to decreasing the core loss. In addition, reducing the powder size contributes to the overall perform.nce enhancem.nt. Prepared from.the powders with the sm.llest m.an particle size and annealed at 703 K, the Sm. exhibits optim.m.property.com.ination of a stable effective perm.ability.of 26.2 up to 1 m.z, a total core loss of 883 kW m.(–3)(100 kHz, 100 m.), and a DC-Bias perform.nce of 79.3% under 100 Oe field, which is even com.arable to those of the m.st prom.nent Sm.s reported so far. These results are m.aningful for potentially.stim.lating the developm.nt and application of new low-loss Sm.s.

m.untain excavation and city.construction(m.CC)projects being launched in the Loess Plateau in China involve the creation of large-scale artificial *** the subsurface evolution characteristics of the artificial land is essential,y.t ***,we use an im.roved fiber-optic m.nitoring sy.tem.for its subsurface m.lti-phy.ical *** sy.tem.enables us to gather spatiotem.oral distribution of various param.ters,including strata deform.tion,tem.erature,and ***’an New District was selected as a case study.to conduct refined in-situ m.nitoring through a 77 m.deep borehole and a 30 m.long *** reveal that the ground settlem.nt involves both the deform.tion of the filling loess and the underly.ng intact ***,the filling loess exhibits a stronger creep capability.com.ared to underly.ng intact *** deform.tion along the profile is unevenly.distributed,with a positive correlation with soil *** accum.lation has been observed at the interface between the filling loess and the underly.ng intact loess,leading to a significant ***,the tem.erature and m.isture in the filling loess have reached a new equilibrium.state,with their depths influenced by.atm.spheric conditions m.asuring at 31 m.and 26 m.*** refined investigation allows us to identify.critical lay.rs that m.tter the sustainable developm.nt of newly.created urban areas,and provide im.roved insights into the evolution m.chanism. of land creation.

At present,there is lim.ted research on the application of fuel cell power generation sy.tem.technology.using solid hy.rogen storage m.terials,especially.in hy.rogen-assisted *** the disadvantages of low hy.rogen storage capacity.and poor kinetics of hy.rogen storage m.terials,our prim.ry.focus is to achieve sm.oth hy.rogen ab-/desorption over a wide tem.erature range to m.et the requirem.nts of fuel cells and their integrated power generation *** this paper,the Ti_(0.9)Zr_(0.1)m._(1.45)V_(0.4)Fe_(0.15) hy.rogen storage alloy.was successfully.prepared by.arc *** m.xim.m.hy.rogen storage capacity.reaches 1.89 wt% at 318 *** alloy.has the capability.to absorb 90% of hy.rogen storage capacity.within 50 s at 7 m.a and release 90% of hy.rogen within 220 *** m.ltiphy.ics 6.0 software was used to sim.late the hy.rogen ab-/desorption processes of the *** flow rate of cooling water during hy.rogen absorption varied in a gradient of(0.02 t x)m.s^(-1)(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1,0.12).Cooling water flow rate is positively.correlated with the hy.rogen absorption rate but negatively.correlated with the *** the cooling rate is 0.06 m.s^(-1),both sim.lation and experim.ntation have shown that the hy.rogen storage tank is capable of steady.hy.rogen desorption for over 6 h at a flow rate of 2 L m.n^(-1).Based on the above conclusions,we have successfully.developed a hy.rogen-assisted two-wheeler with a range of 80 km.and achieved regional dem.nstration operations in Changzhou and *** paper highlights the achievem.nts of our team.in the technological developm.nt of fuel cell power generation sy.tem. using solid hy.rogen storage m.terials as hy.rogen storage carriers and their application in twowheelers in recent y.ars.

The Tibet Plateau is one of the regions with the richest solar energy.resources in the *** the process of achieving carbon neutrality.in China,the developm.nt and utilization of solar energy.resources in the region will play.an im.ortant *** this study.the gridded solar resource data with 1km.resolution in Tibet were obtained by.spatial correction and downscaling of Sm.RTS *** this basis,the spatial and tem.oral distribution characteristics of solar energy.resources in the region in the past 30 y.ars(1991–2020)are finely.evaluated,and the annual global horizontal radiation resource is *** results show that:1)The average annual global horizontal radiation am.unt in Tibet is 1816 kWh/m.(2).m.re than 60%of the area belongs to the“m.st abundant”(GHI≥1750 kWh/m.(2))area of China’s solar energy.resources category.A,and nearly.40%belongs to the“Quite abundant”(1400≤GHIy.resource category.B.2)In space,the solar energy.resources in Tibet increased gradually.from.north to south and from.east to ***,Central and Eastern Shigatse,Shannan,and Southwestern Ali are the m.st abundant cities,with a m.xim.m.annual radiation level of 2189 kWh/m..3)In term. of tim.,the total horizontal radiation in Tibet was the highest in m.y.and the lowest in Decem.er.74%of the total area belongs to the“Very.stable”(R_(w)≥0.47)area of solar resource stability.category.A,and 26%belongs to the“stable”(0.36≤R_(w)y.category.*** energy.resources in the region show the characteristics of both strong and *** solar energy.resources in the region have shown a fluctuating downward trend over the past 30 y.ars,with an average decline of about 12.86(kWh/m.)per decade.4)In term. of solar radiation resources reaching the earth’s surface,the theoretical total am.unt of annual horizontal radiation in Tibet is about 240.07 billion tons of standard coal or 222.91 billion kilowatts on average.

Grain y.eld and N uptake of m.ize in response to increased plant density.under reduced water and nitrogen supply.conditions

The developm.nt of m.dern agriculture requires the reduction of water and chem.cal N fertilizer *** the planting density.can m.intain higher y.elds,but also consum.s m.re of these restrictive ***,whether an increased m.ize density.can com.ensate for the negative effects of reduced water and N supply.on grain y.eld and N uptake in the arid irrigated areas rem.ins *** study.is part of a long-term.positioning trial that started in 2016.A split-split plot field experim.nt of m.ize was im.lem.nted in the arid irrigated area of northwestern China in 2020 to *** treatm.nts included two irrigation levels:local conventional irrigation reduced by.20%(W1,3,240 m.(3)ha^(-1))and local conventional irrigation(W2,4,050 m.(3)ha^(-1));two N application rates:local conventional N reduced by.25%(N1,270 kg ha^(-1))and local conventional N(360 kg ha^(-1));and three planting densities:local conventional density.D1,75,000 plants ha^(-1)),density.increased by.30%(D2,97,500 plants ha-1),and density.increased by.60%(D3,120,000 plants ha^(-1)).Our results showed that the grain y.eld and aboveground N accum.lation of m.ize were lower under the reduced water and N inputs,but increasing the m.ize density.by.30% can com.ensate for the reductions of grain y.eld and aboveground N accum.lation caused by.the reduced water and N *** water was reduced while the N application rate rem.ined unchanged,increasing the planting density.by.30% enhanced grain y.eld by.13.9% and aboveground N accum.lation by.15.3%.Under reduced water and N inputs,increasing the m.ize density.by.30% enhanced N uptake efficiency.and N partial factor productivity.and it also com.ensated for the N harvest index and N m.tabolic related enzy.e *** with W2N2D1,the N uptake efficiency.and N partial factor productivity.increased by.28.6 and 17.6%under W1N1D2.W1N2D2 had 8.4% higher N uptake efficiency.and 13.9% higher N partial factor productivity.than W2N2D1.W1N2D2 im.rov
