A series of novel side-chain liquid cry.talline(SCLC)copoly.ers were sy.thesized by.attaching two distinct m.sogenic units,nam.ly.a chiral cholestery.-based m.nom.r(m.)and an achiral bipheny.-based m.nom.r(m.),to a poly.3-m.rcaptopropy.m.thy.siloxane)(Pm.S)backbone via thiol-ene click *** influence of side chain com.osition on the self-assem.ly.behavior and phase structures of these SCLC copoly.ers was sy.tem.tically.investigated using different *** indicate that three distinct liquid cry.talline phases and four unique m.lecular configurations were identified within the poly.er series,with the em.rgence of the liquid cry.talline phase being a sy.ergistic outcom. of the two distinct side *** study.underscores the critical influence of side chain dim.nsions,rigidity.and spatial volum. on the self-assem.ly.structures and phase characteristics of liquid cry.talline poly.ers,providing valuable insights for the rational design and developm.nt of advanced functional m.terials with tailored properties.

Introduction:Radon(222Rn or 222radon)is a radioactive gas em.tted from.building m.terials,foundations,and *** are especially.susceptible to radon exposure,underscoring the need to assess indoor radon levels in *** study.m.nitored radon concentrations in 37 Beijing kindergartens from.June to October ***:A random.sam.le of 37 kindergartens was selected from.18 adm.nistrative districts in *** indoor radon concentration was m.asured using the solid track accum.lation m.thod,with radon detectors continuously.m.nitored over a 3-m.nth ***:The m.an indoor radon level in 37 kindergartens,observed at 252 m.nitoring points,was 84.3 Bq/m.(3),with values vary.ng from.12.9 to 263.5 Bq/m.(3).About 20.2%of points showed radon levels between 100.0 and 200.0 Bq/m.(3),while 2.4%exceeded 200.0 Bq/m.(3).Notably.radon levels were significantly.elevated on the ground floor com.ared to the upper ***:Indoor radon levels in 37 kindergartens rem.ined below the national standard lim.t of 300.0 Bq/m.(3) for buildings(GB/T 16146-2015).Nonetheless,18.9%of the kindergartens exceeded the 100.0 Bq/m.(3) lim.t set for new *** is advised to im.rove radon m.nitoring in kindergartens and consider developing a national standard for m.xim.m.perm.ssible radon levels in such facilities.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huangqin Decoction(HQD)on nuclear factor ery.hroid 2 related-factor 2(Nrf2)/hem. oxy.enase(HO-1)signaling pathway.by.inducing the colitis-associated carcinogenesis(CAC)m.del m.ce with azoxy.ethane(AOm./dextran sodium.sulfate(DSS).m.thods:The chem.cal com.onents of HQD were analy.ed by.liquid chrom.tography.quadrupole-tim.-of-flight m.ss spectrom.try.LC-Q-TOF-m./m.)to determ.ne the m.lecular constituents of *** 48 C57BL/6J m.ce were random.y.divided into 6 groups by.a random.num.er table,including control,m.del(AOm.DSS),m.salazine(m.),low-,m.dium.,and high-dose HQD(HQD-L,HQD-m.and HQD-H)groups,8 m.ce in each *** for the control group,the m.ce in the other groups were intraperitoneally.injected with AOm.10 m./kg)and adm.nistrated with 2.5%DSS orally.for 1 week every.two weeks(totally.3 rounds of DSS)to construct a colitis-associated carcinogenesis m.use *** m.ce in the HQD-L,HQD-m.and HQD-H groups were given HQD by.gavage at doses of 2.925,5.85,and 11.7 g/kg,respectively.the m.ce in the m. group was given a suspension of m. at a dose of 0.043 g/kg(totally.11 weeks).The serum.levels of m.londialdehy.e(m.A)and superoxide dism.tase(SOD)were m.asured by.enzy.e-linked im.unosorbent *** m.NA and protein expression levels of Nrf2,HO-1,and inhibitory.KELCH like ECH-related protein 1(Keap1)in colon tissue were detected by.quantitative real-tim.
