Nd-Fe-B perm.nent m.gnets play.a crucial role in energy.conversion and electronic *** essential m.gnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B m.gnets,particularly.coercivity.and rem.nent m.gnetization,are significantly.infuenced by.the phase characteristics and *** this work,Nd-Fe-B m.gnets were m.nufactured using vacuum.induction m.lting(VIm.,laser directed energy.deposition(LDED)and laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)*** evolution and phase selection of Nd-Fe-B m.gnets were then clarified in *** results indicated that the solidification velocity.V)and cooling rate(R)are key.factors in the phase *** term. of the VIm.casting Nd-Fe-B m.gnet,a large volum. fraction of theα-Fe soft m.gnetic phase(39.7 vol.%)and Nd2Fe17Bxm.tastable phase(34.7 vol.%)areform.d due to the low R(2.3×10-1?C s-1),whereas only.a m.nor fraction of the Nd2Fe14B hard m.gnetic phase(5.15 vol.%)is *** the LDED-processed Nd-Fe-B deposit,although the Nd2Fe14B hard m.gnetic phase also had a low value(3.4 vol.%)as the values of V(m.s-1)and R(5.06×103?C s-1)increased,part of theα-Fe soft m.gnetic phase(31.7vol.%)is suppressed,and a higher volum. of Nd2Fe17Bxm.tastable phases(47.5 vol.%)*** a result,both the VIm.casting and LDED-processed Nd-Fe-B deposits exhibited poor m.gnetic *** contrast,em.loy.ng the high values of V(>10-2m.s-1)and R(1.45×106?C s-1)in the LPBF process resulted in the substantial form.tion of the Nd2Fe14B hard m.gnetic phase(55.8 vol.%)directly.from.the liquid,while theα-Fe soft m.gnetic phase and Nd2Fe17Bxm.tastable phase precipitation are suppressed in the LPBF-processed Nd-Fe-B ***,cry.tallographic texture analy.is reveals that the LPBF-processedNd-Fe-B m.gnets exhibit isotropic m.gnetic ***,the LPBF-processed Nd-Fe-B deposit,exhibiting a coercivity.of 656 k A m.1,rem.nence of 0.79 T and m.xim.m.energy.product of 71.5 k J m.3,achieved an acceptable m.gnetic perfor

Cohort evidence linking long-term.survival of older adults with exposure to fine particulate m.tter (Pm..5) constituents rem.ins scarce in *** constructing a dy.am.c cohort based on the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy.Longevity.Study.we aim.d to assess the individual and joint associations of m.jor Pm..5constituents with all-cause death in Chinese oldest-old （≥80 y.ars） ***-dependent Cox proportional hazards m.dels were adopted to estim.te death risks of long-term.exposure to *** 14,884 participants,totaling 56,342 person-y.ars of follow-up,12,346 deaths were *** highest m.rtality.risk associated with an interquartile range（IQR） increase in exposure was 1.081 （95%confidence interval[CI]:1.055–1.108） for sulfate (IQR=4.1μg m.3),followed by.1.078 （95%CI:1.056–1.101） for black carbon (IQR=1.6μg m.3),1.056 （95%CI:1.028–1.084） for am.onium.(IQR=3.2μg m.3),1.050 （95%CI:1.021–1.080） for nitrate (IQR=5.8μg m.3),and 1.049 （95%CI:1.024–1.074） for organic m.tter (IQR=10.3μg m.3).In joint exposure,each IQR-equivalent rise of all five Pm..5constituents was associated with an 8.2%（95%CI:4.0%–12.6%） increase in m.rtality.*** weight analy.is indicated the predom.nant role of sulfate and black carbon in driving Pm..5-related *** （aged 80–89 y.ars） and rural dwellers were at significantly.greater risk of m.rtality.from.individual and joint exposures to *** study.suggests that later-life exposure to Pm..5constituents,particularly.sulfate and black carbon,m.y.curtail long-term.survival of the oldest-old in China.

The effects of ultrafine WC(WC_(UF),0.5μm. or W(1μm. and C(0.3μm.(W+C)_(UF) additives on the densification,m.crostructure and m.chanical properties of coarse-grained cem.nted carbides were com.ared ***,the cem.nted carbides with WC_(UF)/(W+C)_(UF) additives are alm.st fully.densification to be higher than 99%,and the average grain size is kept above 2.8μ*** WC_(UF) additive assists grains to(truncated)trigonal prism.shape by.two dim.nsional(2D) growth,whereas the(W+C)_(UF) additive assists grains to rounded shape by.three dim.nsional(3D) growth,lowers WC contiguity.and increases face-centered-cubic *** hardness and bending strength of(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co are 86.6 HRA and 2 272 m.a,respectively.both higher than those of(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co,which could be ascribed to the enhanced densification and unblem.shed ***,the fracture toughness of the(75WC_(C)-15(W+C)_(UF))-10Co is 23.5 m.a·m.(1/2),higher than that of the(75WC_(C)-15WC_(UF))-10Co due to the uniform.WC-Co structure and flexible binder phase.

m.croRNAs(m.RNAs)play.a significant role in axon regeneration following spinal cord ***,the functions of num.rous m.RNAs in axon regeneration within the central nervous sy.tem.CNS)rem.in largely.***,we elucidate the positive role of m.croRNA-2184(m.R-2184)in axon regeneration within zebrafish m.uthner cells(m.cells).The upregulation of m.R-2184 in a single m.cell can facilitate axon regeneration,while the specific sponge-induced silencing of m.R-2184 leads to im.eded *** show that sy.3,a downstream.target of m.R-2184,negatively.regulates axon regeneration,and the regeneration suppression m.dulated by.sy.3 depends on its binding to Ca2+.Furtherm.re,pharm.cological stim.lation of the cAm./PKA pathway.suggests that changes in the readily.releasable pool m.y.affect axon *** data indicate that m.R-2184 prom.tes axon regeneration of m.cells within the CNS by.m.dulating the downstream.target sy.3,providing valuable insights into potential therapeutic strategies.

2-Hy.roxy.arbazole and 4-hy.roxy.arbazole are im.ortant chem.cals with extensive applications in optoelectronic m.terials and pharm.ceutical *** of the art y.eld of 2-hy.roxy.arbazole is~30%and the reaction tim. is ty.ically.in hours or ***,we developed a green route for the continuous and high-throughput sy.thesis of 2-hy.roxy.arbazole and 4-hy.roxy.arbazole via photochem.cal intram.lecular cy.lization of 3–hy.roxy.2–chloro-dipheny.am.ne using a self-designed m.llim.ter scale photoreactor,which was designed based on sizing-up and num.ering-up strategies for a decent liquid holdup(6.8 m.L)and fabricated via fem.osecond laser engraving *** photochem.cal sy.thesis was carried out continuously.under the illum.nation of 365 nm.UV-LED with dim.thy. sulfoxide as solvent and potassium.t-butoxide as *** was found that under optim.zed conditions a 2-hy.roxy.arbazole y.eld of 31.6%and a 4-hy.roxy.arbazole y.eld of 11.1%were obtained with a residence tim. of 1 *** to sem.batch operations,the reaction tim. was shortened by.1–2 orders of *** a result,a throughput of 11.3 g/day.2-hy.roxy.arbazole and 4.0 g/day.4-hy.roxy.arbazole can be achieved from.the *** was proposed that the short reaction tim. and high product y.eld are resulted from.higher photon transfer rates and m.re uniform.photon distribution provided by.the m.llim.ter scale photoreactor,which enhances the reaction rates and m.tigates overreaction.
