Exosome is a subgroup of extracellular vesicles,which has been serving as an efficient therapeutic tool for various *** exosomes are the sort of exosomes modified with surface decoration and internal therapeutic *** appropriate modification,engineered exosomes are able to deliver antitumor drugs to tumor sites efficiently.and precisely.with fewer treatment-related adverse ***,there still exist many.challenges for the clinical translation of engineered *** instance,what sources and modification strategies could endow exosomes with the most efficient antitumor activity.is still poorly.***,how to choose appropriately.engineered exosomes in different antitumor therapies is another unresolved *** this review,we summarized the characteristics of engineered exosomes,especially.the spatial and temporal ***,we concluded the recent advances in engineered exosomes in the cancer fields,including the sources,isolation technologies,modification strategies,and labeling and imaging methods of engineered ***,the applications of engineered exosomes in different antitumor therapies were summarized,such as photody.amic therapy.gene therapy.and ***,the above provides the cancer researchers in this community.with the latest ideas on engineered exosome modification and new direction of new drug development,which is prospective to accelerate the clinical translation of engineered exosomes for cancer-targeted therapy.

In this paper,the optimal consensus control problem is investigated for heterogeneous linear multi-agent sy.tems(MASs)with spanning tree condition based on game theory.and rein-forcement ***,the graphical minimax game algebraic Riccati equation(ARE)is derived by.converting the consensus problem into a zero-sum game problem between each agent and its *** asy.ptotic stability.and minimax validation of the closed-loop sy.tems are proved ***,a data-driven off-policy.reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed to online learn the optimal control policy.without the information of the sy.tem dy.amics.A certain rank condition is established to guarantee the convergence of the proposed algorithm to the unique solution of the ***,the e®ectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through a numerical simulation.

Limited by.increased parasitics and thermal effects as device size increases, current commercial SiGe power HBTs are difficult to operate at X-band （8--12GHz） frequencies with adequate power added efficiencies at high power levels. We find that, by.changing the heterostructure and doping profile of SiGe HBTs, their power gain can be significantly.improved without resorting to substantial lateral scaling. Furthermore,employ.ng a common-base configuration with a proper doping profile instead of a common-emitter configuration improves the power gain characteristics of SiGe HBTs,thus permitting these devices to be efficiently.operated at X-band frequencies. In this paper,we report the results of SiGe power HBTs and MMIC power amplifiers operating at 8 *** 10GHz,a 22.5dBm （178mW） RF output power with a concurrent gain of 7.32dB is measured at the peak power-added efficiency.of 20.0%, and a maximum RF output power of 24.0dBm （250mW） is achieved from a 20 emitter finger SiGe power HBT. The demonstration of a single-stage X-band medium-power linear MMIC power amplifier is also realized at 8GHz. Employ.ng a 10-emitter finger SiGe HBT and on-chip input and output matching passive components, a linear gain of 9.7dB, a maximum output power of 23.4dBm,and peak power add- ed efficiency.of 16% are achieved from the power amplifier. The MMIC exhibits very.low distortion with 3rd order intermodulation （IM） suppression C/I of -13dBc at an output power of 21,2dBm and over 20dBm 3^rd order output intercept point （OIP3）.

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)lifelong flight is essential to accomplish various tasks,e.g.,aerial patrol,aerial rescue,***,traditional UAVs have limited power to sustain their flight and need skilled operators manually.control their charging *** and users are eagerly.seeking a reliable autonomous battery.changing *** address this need,we propose and design an autonomous battery.changing sy.tem for UAVs using the theory.of inventive problem solving(TRIZ)and user-centered design(UCD)*** practical application,we employ.UCD to thoroughly.analy.e user requirements,identify.multiple pairs of technical contradictions,and solve these inconsistencies using TRIZ ***,we design an autonomous battery.changing hardware sy.tem that meets user requirements and realizes the battery.change process after the automatic landing of ***,we conduct experiments to validate our sy.tem’s *** experimental results show that our battery.changing sy.tem can implement the autonomous battery.changing task,and our sy.tem has high efficiency.and robustness in the real environment.
