Prognostic model for esophagogastric variceal rebleeding after endoscopic treatment in liver cirrhosis: A Chinese multicenter study

In this study. a modified rotating disc contactor (MRDC) is proposed. MRDC is difFerent to the traditional RDC in that a perforated rotating disc is added at the stator ring level. The disc is perforated so that the throughput capacity.of MRDC can be kept nearly.as high as the RDC. Hy.rody.amic and mass transfer experiments were carried out in both MRDC and RDC. In the case of MRDC experiments, perforated discs were installed between every.two rotating discs. Continuous phase was deionised water. Dispersed phase was 6%(by.weight) succinic acid in n-octanol. The results indicate that mass transfer efficiency.increased by.25 to 40% compared to conventional RDC while throughput capacity.is only.1% lower than that of conventional RDC.

The feasibility.of manufacturing Ti-6Al-4V samples through a combination of laser-aided additive manufacturing with powder(LAAM_(p))and wire(LAAM_(w))was explored.A process study.was first conducted to successfully.circumvent defects in Ti-6Al-4V deposits for LAAM_(p) and LAAM_(w),*** the optimized process parameters,robust interfaces were achieved between powder/wire deposits and the forged substrate,as well as between powder and wire *** characterization results revealed the epitaxial prior β grains in the deposited Ti-6Al-4V,wherein the powder deposit was dominated by.a finerα′microstructure and the wire deposit was characterized by.lamellar α *** mechanisms of microstructure formation and correlation with mechanical behavior were analy.ed and *** mechanical properties of the interfacial samples can meet the requirements of the relevant Aerospace Material Specifications(AMS 6932)even without post heat *** fracture occurred within the interfacial area,further suggesting the robust *** findings of this study.highlighted the feasibility.of combining LAAM_(p) and LAAM_(w) in the direct manufacturing of Ti-6Al-4V parts in accordance with the required dimensional resolution and deposition rate,together with sound strength and ductility.balance in the as-built condition.

Corrosion monitoring techniques were performed on X7O steel in saline solution saturated with CO2 with and without thiourea additives within the concentration range 5-25 mg/L. It was found that when the concentration of the inhibitors were increased, the inhibitor efficiencies（IE） of thiourea varied with solution temperature and immersion time. The results indicated that thiourea had the highest inhibition efficiency. The potentiondy.amic polarization studies revealed that thiourea are mixed-ty.e inhibitor that mainly.restrains the anodic process.
