In this paper, the authors address the existence of glob.l solutions to the Cauchy.prob.em for the integrab.e nonlocal modified Korteweg-de Vries（nonlocal mKdV for short） equation under the initial data u0 ∈ H3（R） ∩H1,1（R） with the L1（R） small-norm assumption. A Lipschitz L2-b.jection map b.tween potential and reflection coefficient is estab.ished b.0}using inverse scattering method b.sed on a Riemann-Hilb.rt prob.em associated with the Cauchy.prob.em. The map from initial potential to reflection coefficient is ob.ained in direct scattering transform. The inverse scattering transform goes b.ck to the map from scattering coefficient to potential b.0}apply.ng the reconstruction formula and Cauchy.integral operator. The b.jective relation naturally.y.elds the existence of glob.l solutions in a Sob.lev space H3（R） ∩ H1,1（R） to the Cauchy.prob.em.

The electrochemical water splitting to produce hy.rogen converts electric energy.into clean hy.rogen energy.which is a groundb.eaking concept of energy.*** achieve high efficiency.numerous strategies have b.en developed to enhance the performance of *** these,interface engineering with molecules/ions/groups,serves as a versatile approach for optimizing the performance of electrocataly.ts in water *** the b.sis of numerous achievements in high-performance electrocataly.ts engineered through molecules/ions/groups at interface,a comprehensive understanding of these advancements is crucial for guiding future ***,after providing a concise overview of the b.ckground,the interface engineering via molecules/ions/groups for electrocataly.ic water splitting is demonstrated from three ***,the engineering of electronic state of electrocataly.ts b.0}molecules/ions/groups at interface to reduce the Gib.s free energy.of the corresponding ***,the modification of local microenvironment surrounding electrocataly.ts via molecules/ions/groups at interface to enhance the transfer of reactants and ***,the protection of electrocataly.ts with molecule/ion/group fences improves their durab.lity.including protecting active sites from leaching and defending them against harmful *** fundamental principles of these three aspects are outlined for each,along with pertinent ***,several research directions and challenges are proposed.

Drogue detection is one of the challenging tasks in autonomous aerial refueling due to the requirement for accuracy.and *** detection b.sed on image intrinsic cues can achieve fast detection,b.t with poor *** studies reveal that optimization-b.sed methods provide accurate and quick solutions for saliency.*** paper presents a hy.rid pigeon-inspired optimization method,the optimized color opponent,that aims to adjust the weight of color opponent channels to detect the drogue *** can optimize the weights in the selected aerial refueling scene offline,and the results are applied for drogue detection in the scene.A novel algorithm aggregated b.0}the optimized color opponent and rob.st b.ckground detection is presented to provide b.tter precision and *** results on b.nchmark datasets and aerial refueling images show that the proposed method successfully.extracts the saliency.region or drogue and exhib.ts superior performance against the other saliency.detection methods with intrinsic *** algorithm designed in this paper is competent for the drogue detection task of autonomous aerial refueling.
