Performance and microbial community analysis of bioaugmented activated sludge for nitrogen-containing organic pollutants removal

Nitrogen-containing organic pollutants(quinoline,pyridine and indole)are widely distributed in coking wastewater,and bioaugmentation with specific microorganisms may enhance the removal of these recalcitrant pollutants.The bioaugmented system(group B)was constructed through inoculation of two aromatics-degrading bacteria,Comamonas sp.Z1(quinoline degrader)and Acinetobacter sp.JW(indole degrader),into the activated sludge for treatment of quinoline,indole and pyridine,and the non-bioaugmented activated sludge was used as the control(group C).Both groups maintained high efficiencies(>94%)for removal of nitrogen-containing organic pollutants and chemical oxygen demand(COD)during the long-term operation,and group B was highly effective at the starting period and the operation stage fed with raw wastewater.High-throughput sequencing analysis indicated that nitrogen-containing organic pollutants could shape the microbial community structure,and communities of bioaugmented group B were clearly separated from those of non-bioaugmented group C as observed in non-metric multidimensional scaling(NMDS)plot.Although the inoculants did not remain their dominance in group B,bioaugmentation could induce the formation of effective microbial community,and the indigenous microbes might play the key role in removal of nitrogen-containing organic pollutants,including Dokdonella,Comamonas and Pseudoxanthomonas.Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States(PICRUSt)analysis suggested that bioaugmentation could facilitate the enrichment of functional genes related to xenobiotics biodegradation and metabolism,probably leading to the improved performance in group B.This study indicated that bioaugmentation could promote the removal of nitrogen-containing organic pollutants,which should be an effective strategy for wastewater treatment.

With the popularization of the Internet and the development of information technology,e-commerce develops rapidly with low cost,high efficiency,and cross-region.Online shopping has become more and more important in daily life.However,due to the asymmetry of information between sellers and consumers,the discredit of e-commerce becomes serious.As the medium of e-commerce transaction mode,the regulation of the platform cannot be ignored.Based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model with e-commerce platform and seller as the behavior subjects,establishes the replication dynamic equation of the two parties,and analyzes evolution path and the influence of relevant parameters on the behaviors of sellers and e-commerce platform.The study provides decision support for reducing regulatory costs,standardizing honest operation,and promoting the steady development of e-commerce economy.

Seasonal variations of soil bacterial communities in Suaeda wetland of Shuangtaizi River estuary, Northeast China

Estuarine wetland is the transitional interface linking terrestrial with marine ecosystems,and wetland microbes are crucial to the biogeochemical cycles of nutrients.The soil samples were collected in four seasons(spring,S1;summer,S2;autumn,S3;and winter,S4)from Suaeda wetland of Shuangtaizi River estuary,Northeast China,and the variations of bacterial community were evaluated by high-throughput sequencing.Soil properties presented a significant seasonal change,including p H,carbon(C)and total nitrogen(TN),and the microbial diversity,richness and structure also differed with seasons.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)and Mantel tests implied that soil p H,C and TN were the key factors structuring the microbial community.Gillisia(belonging to Bacteroidetes)and Woeseia(affiliating with Gammaproteobacteria)were the two primary components in the rhizosphere soils,displaying opposite variations with seasons.Based on PICRUSt(Phylogenetic Investigation of Communities by Reconstruction of Unobserved States)prediction,the xenobiotics biodegradation related genes exhibited a seasonal decline,while the majority of biomarker genes involved in nitrogen cycle showed an ascending trend.These findings could advance the understanding of rhizosphere microbiota of Suaeda in estuarine wetland.

Scientific research, the representative of a university’s comprehensive strengths, is one part of the four significant functions in colleges. Management and incentives to scientific research innovation is a key point to build a positive research atmosphere. This paper, on the premise of bounded rationality, initially analyze the factors that have influence on researchers and management administrations decision-making. we construct a game pay-off matrix about the behaviors of researchers and management administrations based on Evolutionary Game Theory(EGT) and build a replicated dynamic equation. Then, we analyze the evolutionary paths of both sides and factors by using EGT, which reveal the impact of individual selection on group behaviors. In order to study innovative behavior of scientific research systematically and quantitatively, the next step is to develop a simulation system related to scientific research innovation and management on Matlab GUI platform. The analytic procedure of this paper can provide decision support for universities and scientific research management departments. Those bodies are able to choose the best incentive strategy and improve the level of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities.

With the development of information technology and the strong promotion of Internet Plus,online centralized procurement has been increasingly used by the government and enterprise groups,the design of the winning bid evaluation decision-making method is particularly important.During the multi-attribute bid evaluation decision,due to the strong negative correlation between technical attributes and business attributes,the bid evaluation process may bring irrational influence and opportunistic behavior under the premise of the accumulation of experience and bounded rationality of bid evaluation experts.Considering the unfair decision of experts in the bid evaluation process,this paper proposes a method to determine the attribute weights based on difference degree of the scoring,and the weight between groups is determined according to the scoring similarity.Finally,the effectiveness and applicability of this method are verified by an example,which provides some decision guidance for the centralized procurement.

Probabilistic choice model is an important theory foundation for investigating consumer choice behavior.Multinomial logit model（MNL） is the most widely used probabilistic choice model,but its assumptions,irrelevant options are independent and obey the same Gumbel distribution,are difficult to be satisfied in practice.Marginal moment model（MMM） has weak assumptions,i.e.,the mean and variance of consumer’s utility are known,which are easy to be satisfied.Residual utility of the consumer is applied to MMM,and the optimization model of product line based on the improved MMM is established to investigate product pricing problem through three types of problems.Then the negative utility is applied to the optimization model,and numerical experiments show that the results are closer to reality.Finally the relationship between the optimal solution and competitive products’ price is explored.The results obtained by MMM are satisfactory.MMM has a good application prospect.

产品的网络效应特性是产品定价决策的重要因素,免费增值是企业利用产品网络效应的重要手段.本文考虑基础产品和服务均存在正网络效应的情况下,多种服务在分别售卖和捆绑售卖(VIP模式)下的最优定价、最优市场份额和最大收益.基于multinominal logit model (MNL)模型,构建了免费增值模式下服务产品的最优定价与策略选择优化模型,理论分析了分别售卖和捆绑售卖下的最优解和利润差异.研究表明,受正网络效应影响,在一定范围内,得到了产品服务的最优定价、最优市场份额和最大收益的理论解;最后,数值仿真表明产品进入市场初期捆绑售卖模式最优,选择异质产品分别售卖将是最优策略.研究成果可以为平台信息类产品服务的定价策略提供理论依据和决策支持.

在线产品定价是平台经济的重要研究领域,两阶段混合预售是线上销售的一种主流模式。顾客在线上购买过程中,支付方式和预售模式对消费者行为和产品定价具有重要的影响。基于两阶段混合预售模式,本文考虑支付痛苦钝化效应对消费者购买心理的影响,建立相应的产品定价模型,得到了在线产品的最优预售价格、最优销量和最优利润,分析了支付痛苦钝化对消费者行为和在线产品最优定价的影响机制。理论和数值分析表明,两阶段混合预售策略更有利于卖方收益最大化;受支付痛苦钝化效应影响,折扣预售并非一定是产品最优选择策略,痛苦钝化因子是影响产品预售策略的重要因素。本文成果将进一步丰富平台经济下的顾客行为和产品定价研究,为平台企业和商家制定预售和产品定价策略提供决策依据。

Harmony search algorithm is a good intelligent optimization algorithm, but it is not high robustness and large random. So combining variable metric method of the better local search ability, Harmony Search Algorithm based on variable metric method is proposed. Giving the theory of the basic harmony search algorithm and variable metric method, the specific processes of the improved algorithm is analyzed, through four test functions demonstrate the performance of the improved algorithm. The numerical experiments show that the means of the algorithm are better than other given algorithms in the text, and standard deviations are better than other algorithms. This shows the improved algorithm has the better optimization ability, good robustness, and the method is easy implemented,it has a good prospect in engineering.

考虑平台声誉及顾客在平台间的转移购买行为,基于期望效用理论和博弈论,构建了竞争平台双方的两阶段动态定价模型,考察声誉差异电商平台的定价策略选择,探讨顾客转移对在线产品定价机制的影响。研究发现:声誉差异对平台的定价策略选择具有重要影响,平台双方价格策略具有趋同性且易陷入“猎鹿博弈”困境;相比于统一定价,基于行为的定价将降低企业第2阶段产品价格和利润,但会增加高声誉平台的市场份额;双方均选择基于行为的定价时,信息搜集成本不影响平台第2阶段的产品定价及利润;当消费者转移成本不为零时,基于行为的定价进一步降低平台利润,转移成本越高,平台利润越低。
