The transformation of aldose to ketose or common sugars into rare saccharides,including rare ketoses and aldoses,is of great value and interest to the food industry and for saccharidic biomass utilization,medicine,and the synthesis of ***,high-fructose corn syrup(HFCS)is industrially produced in more than 10 million tons annually using immobilized glucose *** low-calorie saccharides such as tagatose and psicose,which are becoming popular sweeteners,have also been produced on a pilot scale in order to replace sucrose and ***,current catalysts and catalytic processes are still difficult to utilize in biomass conversion and also have strong substrate dependence in producing high-value,rare *** the specific reaction properties of saccharides and catalysts,since the pioneering discovery by Fischer,various catalysts and catalytic systems have been discovered or developed in attempts to extend the reaction pathways,improve the reaction efficiency,and to potentially produce commercial *** this review,we trace the history of sugar isomerization/epimerization reactions and summarize the important breakthroughs for each reaction as well as the difficulties that remain unresolved to date.

Neuropeptide Y (NPY), a metabolism-related cardiovascular factor, plays a crucial role in blood pressure(BP) regulation via peripheral and central pathways. The expression of NPY receptors (Y1R/Y2R) specific to baroreflex afferents impacts on the sexually dimorphic neural control of circulation. This study was designed to investigate the expression profiles of NPY receptors in the nodose ganglion (NG) and nucleus tractus solitary (NTS) under hypertensive conditions. To this end, rats with hypertension induced by NG-nitro-L-arginine methylester (L-NAME) or high fructose drinking (HFD), and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) were used to explore the effects/mechanisms of NPY on BP using functional, molecular, and electrophysiological approaches. The data showed that BP was elevated along with baroreceptor sensitivity dysfunction in model rats;Y1R was up-or down-regulated in the NG or NTS of male and female HFD/L-NAME groups,while Y2R was only down-regulated in the HFD groups as well as in the NG of the male L-NAME group. In SHRs,Y1R and Y2R were both down-regulated in the NTS, and not in the NG. In addition to NPY-mediated energy homeostasis, leptin-melanocortin activation may be essential for metabolic disturbance-related hypertension. We found that leptin and a-melanocyte stimulating hormone (aMSH) receptors were aberrantly down-regulated in HFD rats. In addition, a-MSH concentrations were reduced and NPY concentrations were elevated in the serum and NTS at 60 and 90 min after acute leptin infusion. Electrophysiological recordings showed that the decay time-constant and area under the curve of excitatory post-synaptic currents were decreased by Y1R activation in A-types, whereas, both were increased by Y2R activation in Ah-or C-types. These results demonstrate that sex-and afferent-specific NPY receptor expression in the baroreflex afferent pathway is likely to be a novel target for the clinical management of metabolism-related and essential hypertension.

Li-S battery has attracted great attention due to its high specific capacity and energy ***,the serious polysulfides shuttle effect,low conductivity of sulfur and discharge product of lithium sulfide limit their application in commercial energy storage *** solve the above problems,this work designs and constructs C@CoSe_(2) nano wire material as sulfur host for realizing high-performance Li-S *** combing the high conductivity,strong chemisorption,promising catalytic capacity and unique nanowire array structure,the C@CoSe_(2)/S electrode demonstrates a high specific capacity of 1264 mAh·g^(-1) with a low capacity decay of 0.051%per cycle at 0.2 C over 200 *** expected,the battery delivers outstanding capacity retention over 1000 cycles at5 C and the decay is as low as≈0.026% per ***,even at higher sulfur loading of 5.1 mg·cm^(-2),the battery could still remain a stable areal capacity of 5.02 mAh·cm^(-2) at 0.2 C. More importantly,the experimental data and theoretical calculation results reveal that the internal mechanism of the improved electrochemical performance is the catalytic activation of CoSe_(2) on poly sulfides.

Over the past few decades, photothermal therapy（PTT） and photodynamic therapy（PDT） have drawn much attention from the academic community because of their outstanding therapeutic effects. However, the tumor recurrence often observed after the treatments remains to be overcome. To address this challenge, we innovatively engineer a ‘photo-vaccine’ fighting against cancer by combining photo-and immune-therapy. First, we utilized albumin, a FDA-approved excipient to prepare nanoparticles. We loaded a photosensitive drug（Ce6） with a time-honored aluminum adjuvant into the 40 nm-sized albumin nanoparticle with a zeta potential-2 mV to-7 mV. Such a biocompatible nanoplatform presented a 10-folds higher cellular uptake and much better PTT＆PDT cytotoxicity effects on B16 F10 cell model at an extremely low dose（0.01 μg/mL） than that of free Ce6. After that, we established a mouse melanoma disease model and investigated the distribution profile of this novel formulation. Its accumulations at tumor sites are much higher than those at normal tissues, especially at 6 hours post the injection. Furthermore, in combination with the checkpoint-blockade peptide targeting PD-1, this albumin nanoparticle generated powerful immunological response that is capable of eradicating remaining tumor cells in mice, producing metastasis inhibition and even providing protection against tumor re-challenges.

目的探究骨质疏松对侧方入路腰椎椎体间融合术(LLIF)后相邻椎体的生物力学影响。方法本研究以L3～S1为研究对象, 模拟LLIF术前及术后的腰椎正常骨密度和骨质疏松状态, 建立有限元模型(FEM)。通过赋予FEM不同的材料属性来模拟术后骨质正常有限元模型(NFEM)和骨质疏松的有限元模型(OFEM)。手术节段模拟在L4～L5。对模型施加一个500 N的随动载荷和7.5 N·m的力矩载荷模拟腰椎的屈伸、侧弯、轴向旋转的不同姿态。不同姿态下, 计算NFEM和OFEM的邻近节段(L3和S1)椎体松质骨和终板的Von Mises力峰值。结果与NFEM组相比, OFEM组的L3松质骨的Von Mises力峰值在前后屈伸、左右侧弯、左右轴向旋转6种姿态下均有明显降低(8%、12%、21%、16%、20%、29%)。观察S1松质骨Von Mises力峰值, OFEM组在后伸、左弯、右弯和右旋的姿态下的Von Mises力峰值增加(49%、17%、25%、14%), 在前屈和左旋姿态Von Mises力峰值减小(31%、12%)。与L3松质骨相比, S1松质骨在各姿态下的应力变化方向存在差异。与NFEM组相比, 在上述6种姿态下OFEM组的L3下终板的Von Mises力峰值均有明显增加(42.10%、34.13%、30.05%、17.88%、26.50%、24.15%)。与NFEM组相比, OFEM组在前屈、侧弯、轴向旋转姿态的S1上终板的Von Mises力峰值增加(23.25%、0.07%、29.94%、22.69%、32.43%), 在后伸姿态下应力降低(5.36%)。与NFEM组比, OFEM组L4～L5节段相邻终板应力峰值大部分有明显增加。结论骨质疏松模型中LLIF术后手术节段临近椎体生物力学发生明显改变, 相邻椎体终板应力明显增加, 头侧松质骨应力明显降低, 而尾侧松质骨应力呈现出增加趋势。

Due to the insufficient long-term protection and significant efficacy reduction to new variants of current COVID-19 vaccines,the epidemic prevention and control are still ***,we employ a capsid and antigen structure engineering(CASE)strategy to manufacture an adenoassociated viral serotype 6-based vaccine(S663V-RBD),which expresses trimeric receptor binding domain(RBD)of spike protein fused with a biological adjuvant ***,the engineered S663V-RBD could rapidly induce a satisfactory RBD-specific IgG titer within 2 weeks and maintain the titer for more than 4 *** to the licensed BBIBP-CorV(Sinopharm,China),a single-dose S663V-RBD induced more endurable and robust immune responses in mice and elicited superior neutralizing antibodies against three typical SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses including wild type,C.37(Lambda)and B.1.617.2(Delta).More interestingly,the intramuscular injection of S663V-RBD could overcome pre-existing immunity against the *** its effectiveness,the CASE-based S663VRBD may provide a new solution for the current and next pandemic.

Passive immunotherapy is one of the most promising interventions for Alzheimer’s disease(AD).However,almost all immune-modulating strategies fail in clinical trials with unclear causes although they attenuate neuropathology and cognitive deficits in AD animal ***,we showed that Aβ-targeting antibodies including their lgG1 and lgG4 subtypes induced microglial engulfment of neuronal synapses by activating CR3 or FcγRIIb via the complex of Aβ,antibody,and ***,anti-Aβantibodies without Fc fragment,or with blockage of CR3 or FcγRIIb,did not exert these adverse ***,Aβ-targeting antibodies,but not their Fab fragments,significantly induced acute microglial synapse removal and rapidly exacerbated cognitive deficits and neuroinflammation in APP/PS1 mice post-treatment,whereas the memory impairments in mice were gradually rescued *** the recovery rate of synapses in humans is much lower than that in mice,our findings may clarify the variances in the preclinical and clinical studies assessing AD ***,Aβ-targeting antibodies lack of Fc fragment,or with reduced Fc effector function,may not induce microglial synaptic pruning,providing a safer and more efficient therapeutic alternative for passive immunotherapy for AD.

"梦游录"小说是韩国汉文小说一个特殊的门类,所涉作品数量众多,且特色鲜明。作者介绍了韩国"梦游录"小说的存在状况及其渊源,从三个方面就小说和儒家核心价值观的关系做了探讨。从血脉关系讲,韩国"梦游录"小说与我国唐传奇中表现佛教虚空观念的梦幻小说不同,继承的是明代瞿佑《剪灯新话》中《令狐生冥梦录》、朝鲜金时习《金鳌新话》中《南炎浮州志》一脉的传统,表现的是儒家入世思想,具体涉及到"华夷观"、"忠义观"和"正统观"等一系列儒家核心价值观念;从中可见儒学对韩国汉文小说创作的强大渗透力,以及小说作者所承载的以儒学融于文学、教化人民的社会责任。
