Due to the constraints imposed by physical effects and performance degra certain limitations in sustaining the advancement of Moore’s ***-dimensional(2D)materials have emerged as highly promising candidates for the post-Moore era,offering significant potential in domains such as integrated circuits and next-generation ***,in this review,the progress of 2D semiconductors in process engineering and various electronic applications are summarized.A careful introduction of material synthesis,transistor engineering focused on device configuration,dielectric engineering,contact engineering,and material integration are given *** 2D transistors for certain electronic applications including digital and analog circuits,heterogeneous integration chips,and sensing circuits are ***,several promising applications(artificial intelligence chips and quantum chips)based on specific mechanism devices are ***,the challenges for 2D materials encountered in achieving circuit-level or system-level applications are analyzed,and potential development pathways or roadmaps are further speculated and outlooked.

Four-dimensional direct detection receiver enabling Jones-space field recovery with phase and polarization diversity

Data centers,the engines of the global Internet,rely on powerful high-speed optical *** optical fiber communication,classic direct detection captures only the intensity of the optical field,while the coherent detection counterpart utilizes both phase and polarization diversities at the expense of requiring a narrow-linewidth and high-stability local oscillator(LO).Herein,we propose and demonstrate a four-dimensional Jones-space optical field recovery(4-D JSFR)scheme without an *** polarization-diverse full-field receiver structure captures information encoded in the intensity and phase of both polarizations,which can be subsequently extracted *** our knowledge,our proposed receiver achieves the highest electrical spectral efficiency among existing direct detection systems and potentially provides similar electrical spectral efficiency as standard intradyne coherent detection *** fully recovered optical field extends the transmission distance beyond the limitations imposed by fiber chromatic ***,the LO-free advantage makes 4-D JSFR suitable for photonic integration,offering a spectrally efficient and cost-effective solution for massively parallel data center *** results may contribute to the ongoing developments in the theory of optical field recovery and the potential design considerations for future high-speed optical transceivers.

Two-dimensional transition metal trithiophosphates （TMPS3,TM=Mn,Fe,Co,etc.） are competitive anode materials for sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） due to their high theoretical capacity (>1,300 mAh g-1) but suffer from limited practical capacity(～300 mAh g-1) and inferior rate capability caused by sluggish Na+intercalation/deintercalation kinetics and severe structural ***,alkylamine molecules are first proposed as intercalation guests to significantly boost the electrochemical activity and stability of *** to MnPS3,C3H9N-MnPS3enlarges the interlayer spacing from 6.48 to 10.23?and shows a 10～5times higher electrical conductivity,which provides fast ion/electron transport and high strain adaptability,realizing a quasi-topological Na+intercalation ***,C3H9N-MnPS3exhibits an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 775m Ah g-1at 0.5 A g-1and superior high-rate cycling stability with～100%capacity retention after 2,500 cycles at 15 A g-1,ranking it among the top metal trithiophosphate-based anode materials *** calculations indicate that the improved sodium storage performance of C3H9N-MnPS3results from the reduced bonding energy of P–S bonds and increased adsorption energy of Na+.This work is expected to provide an efficient strategy for the design of high-performance layered anode materials for SIBs.

JAK2^(V617F)突变真性红细胞增多症及真性红细胞增多症后骨髓纤维化临床特点

目的探讨JAK2^(V617F)突变真性红细胞增多症(PV)及真性红细胞增多症后骨髓纤维化(post-PV MF)患者的临床特点及骨髓活检特点。方法收集并分析2017年1月至2020年9月郑州大学第一附属医院血液内科收治的92例PV患者的临床特点,既往病史、外周血指标、基因学检查、骨髓穿刺等资料。结果与JAK2^(V617F)阴性组比较,JAK2^(V617F)阳性组患者血小板(PLT)、中性粒细胞绝对值计数和碱性磷酸酶更高(Z=2.596,P=0.009;Z=2.109,P=0.035;Z=2.167,P=0.030),且年龄更大(χ^(2)=4.434,P=0.035),预后更差(χ^(2)=11.471,P=0.003)。预后再发血栓事件中,高白细胞、高龄及既往冠心病史均为危险因素(OR=1.242,P<0.001;OR=1.075,P=0.037;OR=5.460,P=0.018)。PLT、血小板分布宽度和甘油三酯能够用来预测post-PV MF(界限值分别为396×109/L、18.25×109/L及1.64 mmol/L),骨髓活检组织中更多的造血组织、巨核细胞、更少的脂肪组织及更多的网织纤维(t=1.991,P=0.046;t=2.923,P=0.003;t=2.075,P=0.038;χ^(2)=37.594,P<0.001)可能有助于发现早期的post-PV MF。结论JAK2^(V617F)是否突变产生的临床特点上的差异可能有助于指导我们对不同患者的治疗,并且通过早期预防危险因素的发生改善预后,同时部分临床特点可能提示我们早期发现post-PV MF的发生,因此临床上应重视PV患者的详细检查。

基于近几年对重庆地区浅层地温能的调查研究及相关科研工作,结合已施工的浅层地温能开发利用项目,建立浅层地温能资源监测网,对地源热泵系统进行动态监测。采集典型地源热泵工程2011年3月28日~2014年10月28日的地温数据,通过对比分析系统运行前后地温变化,认为地温会随着系统的运行产生周期性的变化,运行孔的地温变化幅度会明显高于周围钻孔。绘制系统运行后恢复期的平均温度变化曲线,发现土壤平均温度呈上升趋势,产生轻微热堆积情况,目前该系统运行状况良好,地温变化未对系统产生重大影响。

目的采用网状Meta分析的方法评价全球哮喘倡议委员会推荐的药物治疗方案在5~18岁中重度哮喘患者中的疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、SinoMed、临床研究注册平台(***),搜集关于5~18岁哮喘患者且报告了哮喘症状评分的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为建库至2023年8月26日。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Stata 15.0软件进行网状Meta分析。结果最终纳入23个研究,其中23篇RCT报告了日间哮喘症状评分,与低剂量ICS组症状评分相比,低剂量ICS+LABA+LTRA[SMD=-1.4,95%CI(-1.99,-0.81)]和低剂量ICS+LABA+SABA[SMD=-1.43,95%CI(-2.48,-0.39)]在改善日间症状方面有统计学差异。20篇RCT报告了夜间哮喘症状评分,与低剂量ICS组症状评分相比,低剂量ICS+LABA+LTRA[SMD=-1.20,95%CI(-2.20,-0.21)]差异有统计学意义。进行疗效排序后显示,日间、夜间哮喘症状评分排第一位的均为低剂量ICS+LABA+LTRA组。结论低剂量ICS+LABA+LTRA在改善日间、夜间哮喘症状评分方面疗效最优。

Winter soil respiration during soilfreezing process in a boreal forest in Northeast China

Aims Boreal forest is the largest and contains the most soil carbon among global terrestrial *** respiration during the prolonged winter period may play an important role in the carbon cycles in boreal *** study aims to explore the characteristics of winter soil respiration in the boreal forest and to show how it is regulated by environmental factors,such as soil temperature,soil moisture and *** Soil respiration in an old-growth larch forest(Larix gmelinii Ruppr.)in Northeast China was intensively measured during the winter soilfreezing process in 2011 using an automated soil CO_(2) flux *** effects of soil temperature,soil moisture and thin snowpack on soil respiration and its temperature sensitivity were *** Findings Total soil respiration and heterotrophic respiration both showed a declining trend during the observation period,and no significant difference was found between soil respiration and heterotrophic respiration until the snowpack exceeded *** respiration was exponentially correlated with soil temperature and its temperature sensitivity(Q10 value)for the entire measurement duration was *** depth and soil moisture both showed positive effects on the temperature sensitivity of soil *** on the change in the Q10 value,we proposed a‘freeze–thaw critical point’hypothesis,which states that the Q10 value above freeze–thaw critical point is much higher than that below it(16.0 vs.3.5),and this was probably regulated by the abrupt change in soil water availability during the soil-freezing *** findings suggest interactive effects of multiple environmental factors on winter soil respiration and recommend adopting the freeze–thaw critical point to model soil respiration in a changing winter climate.

NEECF: a project of nutrient enrichment experiments in China’s forests

Anthropogenic nitrogen(N)emissions to atmosphere have increased dramatically in China since 1980s,and this increase has aroused great concerns on its ecological impacts on terrestrial *** studies have showed that terrestrial ecosystems in China are acting as a large carbon(C)sink,but its potential in the future remains largely *** far little work on the impacts of the N deposition on C sequestration in China’s terrestrial ecosystems has been assessed at a national *** to assess and predict how ecological processes especially the C cycling respond to the increasing N deposition in China’s forests,recently researchers from Peking University and their partners have established a manipulation experimental network on the ecological effects of the N deposition:Nutrient Enrichment Experiments in China’s Forests Project(NEECF).The NEECF comprises 10 experiments at 7 sites located from north to south China,covering major zonal forest vegetation in eastern China from boreal forest in Greater Khingan Mountains to tropical forests in Hainan *** paper introduces the framework of the NEECF project and its potential policy implications.
