Magnetic-liquid suspension guide-way system( MLSGS) is coupled supported by permanent magnetic suspension and hydrostatic bearing. The structure and bearing mechanism of MLSGS of heavy computer numerical control( CNC) machine tools are introduced and the mathematical expression of bearing force of bearing unit is derived and it can be broken apart into six parts which sustains directly the coordinate components of broad external load,where the air gap of permanent magnet and hydrostatic oil film can be simplified as elastic supports,the compatibility equations of deformations for oil films and air gap are presented,and then the bearing capacity calculation of the bearing unit is transformed into a determinate problem. Considering the guide-way as a rigid body,the mathematics expression between the bearing unit's bearing force and the oil film variation is linearized,and the oil pocket's bearing capacity which bears different components of the external load is calculated separately. The six components of the bearing unit are added up,and the final general mathematics expression is derived. The proposed research offers a general simple method for calculating the bearing capacity of MLSGS with complicate constraint,which can be mastered simply by engineering designer and can improve design efficiency and accuracy.

Background With the development of information technology,there is a significant increase in the number of network traffic logs mixed with various types of *** intrusion detection systems(IDSs)are limited in detecting new inconstant patterns and identifying malicious traffic traces in real ***,there is an urgent need to implement more effective intrusion detection technologies to protect computer *** In this study,we designed a hybrid IDS by combining our incremental learning model(KANSOINN)and active learning to learn new log patterns and detect various network anomalies in real *** Experimental results on the NSLKDD dataset showed that KAN-SOINN can be continuously improved and effectively detect malicious ***,comparative experiments proved that using a hybrid query strategy in active learning can improve the model learning efficiency.

目的:探讨七叶内酯对小鼠乳腺癌4T1细胞铁死亡的影响及其作用机制。方法:对七叶内酯与p53、溶质载体家族7成员11(SLC7A11)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(GPX4)进行分子对接,并绘制Kaplan-Meier和time ROC曲线。将4T1细胞分为对照组、1/2 IC_(50)组、IC_(50)组、2 IC_(50)组、erastin组和卡培他滨组。采用CCK-8法观察4T1细胞活力情况,筛选药物干预浓度;电镜观察4T1细胞线粒体形态,评估线粒体损伤情况;试剂盒检测4T1细胞活性氧(ROS)、Fe2+、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和GPX4的水平;采用划痕和Transwell小室实验检测4T1细胞侵袭和迁移能力;Western blot检测p53、SLC7A11、GPX4和酰基辅酶A合成酶长链家族成员4(ACSL4)的表达水平。结果:与对照组相比,七叶内酯1/2 IC_(50)、IC_(50)和2 IC_(50)组细胞活力,GSH和GPX4表达水平,侵袭和迁移能力,以及SLC7A11和GPX4蛋白表达水平均降低,细胞线粒体变小,膜密度增高,嵴减少(P<0.05),Fe2+、ROS和MDA水平及p53和ACSL4蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:七叶内酯可促进4T1细胞铁死亡,其作用机制可能与p53/SLC7A11/GPX4信号通路相关。

This study investigated the relationship between angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene insertion/deletion polymorphism and the occurrence, severity, prognosis of HSPN. The polymorphism of ACE gene in 103 HSPN cases and 100 healthy children was studied by using the polymerase chain reactions (PCR). Its relation to the clinical manifestation, pathological classification and prognosis of HSPN was analyzed accordingly. The results showed that: (1) there was a significantly higher frequency for DD genotype in HSPN children (P<0.01); (2) DD genotype was more frequently seen in HSPN children with gross hematuria and massive proteinuria (P<0.05), while DI genotype was more common in HSPN children group with renal insufficiency (P<0.05); (3) although mesangial proliferative lesion was most frequently observed in 21 biopsied HSPN children, and DD genotype frequency was still higher in children with severe pathology (Class Ⅲ Ⅳ); (4)II genotype was significantly frequent in HSPN children with complete remission in the follow-up of 32 HSPN children. It was concluded that the deletion allele of ACE gene might play a role, at least to some extent, in the occurrence, deterioration and progression in juvenile HSPN.
