One-pot tandem catalysis has been regarded as one of the most atomic economic ways to produce secondary amines,the important platform molecules for chemical synthesis and pharmaceutical manufacture,but it is facing serious issues in overall *** promotional effects are highly desired for boosting the activity and regulating the selectivity of conventional tandem *** this work,we report a high-performance tandem catalyst with maximized synergistic effect among each counterpart by preciously manipulating the spatial structure,which involves the active CeO_(2)/Pt component as kernel,the densely-coated N-doped C(NC)layer as selectivity controller,and the differentially-grown Co species as catalytic performance *** comprehensive investigations,the unique growth mechanism and the promotion effect of Co regulators are ***,the surface-landed Co clusters(Cocs)are crucial to selectivity by altering the adsorption configuration of benzylideneaniline ***,the inner Co particles(Cops)are essential for activity by denoting their electrons to neighboring *** from the unique promotion effect,a remarkably-improved catalytic efficiency(100%nitrobenzene conversion with 94%N-benzylaniline selectivity)is achieved at a relatively low temperature of 80℃,which is much better than that of CeO_(2)/Pt(100%nitrobenzene conversion with 12%N-benzylaniline selectivity)and CeO_(2)/Pt/NC(35%nitrobenzene conversion with 94%benzylideneaniline selectivity).

Esophageal cancer(ESC)is a malignant tumor that originates from the mucosal epithelium of the esophagus and is part of the digestive *** the exact pathogenesis of ESC has not been fully elucidated,excessive oxidative stress is an important characteristic that leads to the development of many *** expression of several proteins and transcription factors contributes to oxidative stress in ESCs,which alters the growth and proliferation of ESCs and promotes their *** compounds,including alkaloids,terpenes,polyphenols,and xanthine compounds,can inhibit reactive oxygen species production in *** compounds reduce oxidative stress levels and subsequently inhibit the oc-currence and progression of ESC through the regulation of targets and pathways such as the cytokine interleukins 6 and 10,superoxide dismutase,the NF-+ACY-kappa+ADs-B/MAPK pathway,and the mammalian Nrf2/ARE target ***,targeting tumor oxidative stress has become a key focus in anti-ESC *** review discusses the potential of Natural products(NPs)for treating ESCs and summarizes the application prospects of oxidative stress as a new target for ESC *** findings of this review provide a reference for drug development targeting ***,further high-quality studies will be necessary to determine the clinical efficacy of these various NPs.

BACKGROUND As one of the fatal diseases with high incidence,lung cancer has seriously endangered public health and *** patients usually have poor self-care and are more likely to show a series of psychological *** To investigate the effectiveness of the initial check,information exchange,final accuracy check,reaction(IIFAR)information care model on the mental health status of elderly patients with lung *** This study is a single-centre *** randomly recruited 60 elderly patients with lung cancer who attended our hospital from January 2021 to January *** elderly patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with the control group taking the conventional propaganda and education and the observation group taking the IIFAR information care model based on the conventional care *** differences in psychological distress,anxiety and depression,life quality,fatigue,and the locus of control in psychology were compared between these two groups,and the causes of psychological distress were *** After the intervention,Distress Thermometer,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)for anxiety and the HADS for depression,Revised Piper’s Fatigue Scale,and Chance Health Locus of Control scores were lower in the observation group compared to the pre-intervention period in the same group and were significantly lower in the observation group compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30),Internal Health Locus of Control,and Powerful Others Health Locus of Control scores were significantly higher in the observation and the control groups compared to the pre-intervention period in their same group,and QLQ-C30 scores were significantly higher in the observation group compared to those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The IIFAR information care model can help elderly patients with lung cancer by reducing their anxiety and depression,

Synthesis and characterization of iron clusters with an icosahedral [Fe@Fe12]16+ Core

Iron-metal clusters are crucial in a variety of critical biological and material systems,including metalloenzymes,catalysts,and magnetic storage ***,a synthetic high-nuclear iron cluster has been absent due to the extreme difficulty in stabilizing species with direct iron-iron *** this work,we have synthesized,crystallized,and characterized a（Tp*）4W4S12(Fe@Fe12) cluster(Tp*=tris（3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl）borate（1-）),which features a rare trideca-nuclear,icosahedral[Fe@Fe12] cluster core with direct multicenter iron-iron bonding between the interstitial iron（Fei） and peripheral irons（Fep）,as well as Fep…Fepferromagnetic *** chemistry studies reveal that the stability of the cluster arises from the 18-electron shell-closing of the [Fe@Fe12]16+core,assisted by its bonding interactions with the peripheral tridentate [（Tp*）WS3]4-ligands which possess both S→Fe donation and spin-polarized Fe-Wσ *** ground-state electron spin is theoretically predicted to be S=32/2 for the *** existence of low oxidation-state（OS～+1.23） iron in this compound may find interesting applications in magnetic storage,spintronics,redox chemistry,and cluster catalysis.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a progressive neurogenerative disorder with uncertain *** evidence implicates N6-methyladenosine(m6A)modification in ALS *** RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing(MeRIP-seq)and liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry were utilized for m6A profiling in peripheral immune cells and serum proteome analysis,respectively,in patients with ALS(n=16)and controls(n=6).The single-cell transcriptomic dataset(GSE174332)of primary motor cortex was further analyzed to illuminate the biological implications of differentially methylated genes and cell communication *** of peripheral immune cells revealed extensive RNA hypermethylation,highlighting candidate genes with differential m6A modification and expression,including C-X3-C motif chemokine receptor 1(CX3CR1).In RAW264.7 macrophages,disrupted CX3CR1 signaling affected chemotaxis,potentially influencing immune cell migration in *** proteome analysis demonstrated the role of dysregulated immune cell migration in *** type-specific expression variations of these genes in the central nervous system(CNS),particularly microglia,were *** communication between neurons and glial cells was selectively altered in ALS *** integrated approach underscores m6A dysregulation in immune cells as a potential ALS contributor.

Cross-linked Electrospun Gel Polymer Electrolytes for Lithium-Ion Batteries

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)benefit from an effective electrolyte system design in both terms of their safety and energy storage ***,a series of precursor membranes with high porosity were produced using electrospinning technology by mixing PVDF and triblock copolymer(PS-PEO-PS),resulting in a porous structure with good interconnections,which facilitates the absorbency of a large amount of electrolyte and further increases the ionic conductivity of gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs).It has been demonstrated that post-cross-linking of the precursor membranes increa ses the rigidity of the nanofibers,which allows the polymer film to be dimensionally sta ble up to 260℃while maintaining superior electrochemical *** obtained cross-linked GPEs(CGPEs)showed high ionic conductivity up to 4.53×10^(-3)S·cm^(-1).With the CGPE-25,the assembled Li/LiFeP04 half cells exhibited good rate capability and maintained a capacity of 99.4%and a coulombic efficiency of99.3%at 0.1 *** results suggest that the combination of electrospinning technique and post-cross-linking is an effective method to construct polymer electrolytes with high thermal stability and steadily decent electrochemical performance,particularly useful for Lithium-ion battery applications that require high-temperature usage.

In this study,a Ni-Fe metal-organic framework modified by-NH_(2)and-SH was synthesized using a sim-ple hydrothermal process for enhancing photocatalytic CO_(2)*** expected,the N2S-NiFe(NH_(2)-BDC/H_(4)DSBDC,2:1)displayed excellent photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction activity and high CO selectivity(12,412.23μmol g^(−1)h^(−1))under visible light irradiation(λ≥420 nm),which is 5 times that of ***,the excellent photocatalytic performance of N2S-NiFe can benefit from the rich defect trap site caused by the introduction of amino and sulfhydryl groups,accelerating charge transfer and promoting space charge separation,as supported by the photo-electrochemical *** better understand the CO_(2)adsorption mechanism,density functional theory calculations were performed,which revealed that the Niov site has more negative adsorption energy compared with the Feov *** study provides a simple strategy to establish efficient photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction through the modification of organic ligands.
