The controlled self-assembly of organic heterostructures(OHSs)with precisely defined compositions,architectures,and interfaces,have largely remained a ***,we introduce an effective approach to accurately construct three types of axial branching OHSs including unilateral axial OHSs,bilateral single-branching axial OHSs and bilateral multi-branching axial OHSs through modulating hierarchical charge-transfer intermolecular interactions and sequential crystal nucleation rate on account of the two different cocrystals with the low lattice mismatching rate of~2.2%.The present work opens an avenue for rationally designing and finely synthesizing more kinds of OHSs.

In contrast to the widely reported excited-state single proton-transfer,excited-state multiple proton transfer(ESMPT)containing two or more intra-or inter-molecular proton transfers has greatly expanded the research scope of the excited-state proton *** recent decades,ESMPT-active organic molecules have attracted much attention owing to their unique photophysical properties,such as large magnitude Stokes shifts and dual *** photophysical properties facilitate the application of the organic molecules in organic solid-state lasers,fluorescent probes and sensors,and molecular ***,we introduce the fundamentals of the ESMPT and review the recent advances in different types of ESMPTs in organic ***,we present our conclusions and the future development prospects of the ESMPT in organic molecules.

This longitudinal study aims to analyze the different modes of the maxillary and mandibular tooth displacement in subjects,who were aged 12.5-17.5 years(150-210 months),with untreated normal(Class I)*** lateral cephalograms for a set of 10 subjects(7 females and 3 males)at consecutive annual time points were selected and *** were analyzed on the basis of the superimpositions of serial tracings of lateral cephalograms on stable anterior cranial base,the anatomies of the maxillary and mandibular *** horizontal and vertical displacements of the first molar and incisor were assessed by *** local and the secondary tooth displacements with growth contributed to the total horizontal and vertical displacements of the molars and incisors of the *** the total tooth displacement,the horizontal growth of maxilla and mandible had the same contribution as the local tooth *** vertical maxillary growth played a smaller role than the local drift,and mandibular remodeling went in a reverse direction with the local tooth *** first molars moved more forward than the incisors in the upper and lower *** the upper and lower first molars showed forward *** analysis of tooth displacement may be utilized in making orthodontic treatment plan,including anchorage or torque control.

BACKGROUND： Decision making and surgical planning are to achieve the precise balance of maximal removal of target lesion, maximal sparing of functional liver remnant volume, and minimal surgical invasiveness and therefore, crucial in liver surgery. The aim of this prospective study was to validate the accuracy and predictability of 3D interactive quantitative surgical planning approach （IQSP）, and to evaluate the impact of IQSP on traditional surgical plans based on 2D images. METHODS： A total of 305 consecutive patients undergoing hepatectomy were included in this study. Surgical plans were created by traditional 2D approach using picture archiving and communication system （PACS） and 3D approach using IQSP respectively by two groups of physicians who did not know the surgical plans of the other group. The two surgical plans were submitted to the chief surgeon for selection before operation. The specimens were weighed. The two surgical plans were compared and analyzed retrospectively based on the operation results. RESULTS： The two surgical plans were successfully developed in all 305 patients and all the 3D IQSP surgical plans were selected as the final decision. Total 278 patients successfully underwent surgery, including 147 uncomplex hepatectomy and 131 complex hepatectomy. Twenty-seven patients were withdrawn from hepatectomy. In the uncomplex group, the two surgical plans were the same in all 147 patients and no statistically significant difference was found among 2D calcu- lated resection volume （2D-RV）, 3D IQSP calculated resection volume （IQSP-RV） and the specimen volume. In the complex group, the two surgical plans were different in 49 patients （49/131, 37.4%）. According to the significance of differences, the 49 different patients were classified into three grades. No statistically significant difference was found between IQSP-RV and specimen volume. The coincidence rate of territory analy- sis of IQSP with operation was 92.1% （93/101） for 101 patients of

Organic luminescent materials play an integral role in the optoelectronic applications of displays and solid-state ***, high-performance organic luminescent materials require the efficient combination of two or more kinds of materials, which is extremely difficult owing to the completely different self-assembly behaviors of multicomponent ***, based on a broad scale from the molecular, micro-/nano-scale, and macroscopic levels, we successfully demonstrate the multiscale construction of organic luminescent microwires of cocrystals, solid solutions, and core-shell microstructures. Through the wide selection of electron donor/acceptor pairs, a series of color-tunable charge-transfer(CT) cocrystals are formed via the intermolecular cooperative self-assembly process. On this basis, the high structural compatibility and perfect lattice mismatching(~1.1%) of cocrystals are critical factors that facilitate the combination of dissimilar materials to form solid solutions and core/shell microwires. Significantly, because of the full-spectrum light transport from 400 to 800 nm, the nano-micro-scaled solid solution microwires act as microscale white-light sources [CIE(0.32, 0.36)]. Meanwhile, the macroscopic-scale core/shell organic-microwires demonstrate tunable white-light emission with a high color-rendering index(CRI) of 83, whose CIE coordinates span from(0.37, 0.39) to(0.40, 0.31). Therefore, our work provides a feasible approach to the multiscale synthesis of novel luminescent organic semiconductor materials, which could lay a solid foundation for organic optoelectronics.

Anterior repositioning splint(ARS)therapy is considered one of the most effective therapies for treating disc displacement-related temporomandibular disorders(TMDs),which account for a large proportion of TMD *** to the wide application of this therapy,the exact mechanism of remission has increasingly drawn *** that practitioners have different views on ARS therapy,its indications are broadened,and operating methods *** review attempts to provide an overview of ARS therapy and helps practitioners establish indications and suitable operating *** views in the past 10 years were summarised,and conclusions were drawn as follows:The mechanism of ARS therapy is mainly attributed to internal derangement correction,improvement of stress distribution and recently reported joint *** has an evident effect in the short term,and the most prevalent operating methods are protruding the mandible to the edge-to-edge position and wearing the ARS for 24 hours daily for 3-6 ***,long-term stability is not optimal,and thus indications should be selected ***,most of the clinical studies in this field are case analyses with low-quality ***-designed RCTs are required to further validate relevant theories.

A versatile cooperative template-directed coating method to synthesize hollow and yolk-shell mesoporous zirconium titanium oxide nanospheres as catalytic reactors

The design of hollow mesoporous nanostructures for cascade catalytic reactions can inject new vitality into the development of nanostructures. In this study, we report a versatile cooperative template-directed coating method for the synthesis of hollow and yolk-shell mesoporous zirconium titanium oxide nanospheres with varying compositions （ZrO2 content from 0 to 100%）, high surface areas （465 m2·g-1） and uniform mesopores. In particular, the hexadecylamine （HDA） used in the coating procedure serves as a soft template for silica@mesostructured metal oxide core-shell nanosphere formation. By a facile solvothermal treatment route with an ammonia solution and calcination in air, the silica@mesostructured zirconium titanium oxide spheres can be converted into highly uniform hollow zirconium titanium oxide spheres. By simply replacing hard template silica nanospheres with core-shell silica nanocomposites, the synthesis approach can be further used to prepare yolk-shell mesoporous structures through the coating and etching process. The approach is similar to the preparation of mesoporous silica nanocomposites from the self-assembly of the core, the soft template cetyltrimethylammonium bromide （CTAB） and a silica precursor and can be extended as a general method to coat mesoporous zirconium titanium oxide on other commonly used hard templates （e.g., mesoporous silica spheres, mesoporous organosilica ellipsoids, polymer spheres, and carbon nanospheres）. The presence of highly permeable mesoporous channels in the zirconium titanium oxide shells has been demonstrated by the reduction of 4-nitrophenol with yolk-shell Au@mesoporous zirconium titanium oxide as the catalyst.
