X-ray photon correlation spectroscopy(XPCS)has emerged as a powerful tool for probing the nanoscale dynamics of soft condensed matter and strongly correlated materials owing to its high spatial resolution and penetration *** technique requires high brilliance and beam coherence,which are not directly available at modern synchrotron beamlines in *** facilitate future XPCS experiments,we modified the optical setup of the newly commissioned BL10U1 USAXS beamline at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF).Subsequently,we performed XPCS measurements on silica suspensions in glycerol,which were opaque owing to their high *** were collected using a high frame rate area detector.A comprehensive analysis was performed,yielding correlation functions and several key dynamic *** the results were consistent with the theory of Brownian motion and demonstrated the feasibility of XPCS at ***,by carefully optimizing the setup and analyzing the algorithms,we achieved a time resolution of 2 ms,which enabled the characterization of millisecond dynamics in opaque systems.

The genus Silurus,an important group of catfish,exhibits heterogeneous distribution in Eurasian freshwater *** group includes economically important and endangered species,thereby attracting considerable scientific *** this interest,the lack of a comprehensive phylogenetic framework impedes our understanding of the mechanisms underlying the extensive diversity found within this ***,we analyzed 89 newly sequenced and 20 previously published mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes)from 13 morphological species to reconstruct the phylogenetic relationships,biogeographic history,and species diversity of *** phylogenetic reconstructions identified eight clades,supported by both maximum-likelihood and Bayesian ***-based species delimitation analyses yielded multiple molecular operational taxonomic units(MOTUs)in several taxa,including the Silurus asotus complex(four MOTUs)and Silurus microdorsalis(two MOTUs),suggesting that species diversity is underestimated in the genus.A reconstructed time-calibrated tree of Silurus species provided an age estimate of the most recent common ancestor of approximately 37.61 million years ago(Ma),with divergences among clades within the genus occurring between 11.56 Ma and 29.44 Ma,and divergences among MOTUs within species occurring between 3.71 Ma and 11.56 *** reconstructions suggested that the ancestral area for the genus likely encompassed China and the Korean Peninsula,with multiple inferred dispersal events to Europe and Central and Western Asia between 21.78 Ma and 26.67 Ma and to Japan between 2.51 Ma and 18.42 *** factors such as the Eocene-Oligocene extinction event,onset and intensification of the monsoon system,and glacial cycles associated with sea-level fluctuations have likely played significant roles in shaping the evolutionary history of the genus Silurus.

东北三省原粮产业链高质量发展的重要路径是新型农业经营主体通过社会化服务将现代生产要素引入粮农,那么亟需评价这种新型农业经营服务主体中是否存在高质量发展的示范主体,明确其通过社会化服务,引领其他新型农业经营服务主体服务小型粮农的高质量发展路径。对此,考虑引入现代生产要素的社会化服务、基于政策目标等设定各指标全面实现高质量发展的目标值并计入权重,构建了新型农业经营服务主体高质量发展评价模型,评价结果表明,处于高质量发展基本实现和全面实现阶段的社会化服务企业可作为高质量发展示范主体,其具有引领其他新型农业经营服务主体应用现代生产要素、提供全过程服务和数字赋能服务的能力;由此得出,上述示范型社会化服务企业引领其他新型农业经营服务主体服务小型粮农的高质量发展关键路径是建立社会化服务平台,该平台可引入大语言模型和检索增强生成技术,智能生成社会化服务方案。

近年来,受水库蓄水及降雨等因素影响,造成大量水电站库岸边坡变形加剧,一旦失稳极可能对电站的正常运行造成极大危害。选取距HD水电站坝址约6 km,方量约353×10^(4)m^(3)的库岸边坡变形体作为研究对象,通过综合采用野外地质精细调查、室内试验、三维数值模拟和理论分析等方法对该变形体的稳定性及成因机制进行深入研究。结果表明:该岸坡变形体基岩以玄武岩、凝灰岩为主,覆盖层总体较薄,主要为碎石土,变形体的持续发育由多因素耦合作用引起;当暴雨或水库蓄水时,变形体有效应力减小,位移量增加,滑面剪应变增量增加且贯通性更好;三维数值模拟结果显示,在天然、暴雨、低蓄水位(1586 m)和高蓄水位(1691 m)工况下的最大变形量分别为33.9、56.2、79.5、88.6 cm;该变形体的发育过程可分为两个阶段,分别是天然情况下的稳定阶段和暴雨或水库蓄水后的加速变形阶段,暴雨和库水位上升是促进该变形体持续变形的主要原因。

Humic acids(HAs) are widely used as filtrate and viscosity reducers in drilling fluids. However, their practical utility is limited due to poor stability in salt resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal pyrolysis above 650.C. The substance's molecular structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkyl substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical properties and excellent drilling performance, surpassing traditional humic acids in drilling operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal catalysis. A new type of high-quality humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K polymer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile sodium salt(Na-HPAN),urea, formaldehyde, phenol and acrylamide(AAM) as raw materials. The experimental results demonstrate that the most favorable conditions for the catalytic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catalyst dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resulting in a maximum yield of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K polymer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl, and amine functional groups in the Graft CP-HA-K polymer,which increase the length of the carbon chains, enhance the electrostatic repulsion on the surface of solid particles. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K polymer demonstrates significantly higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K polymer can tolerate a high salt concentration of 8000 mg.L-1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K polymer. 细胞自噬在植物抵御病原菌侵染过程中发挥重要作用，其中自噬相关蛋白12 (autophagyrelated protein 12, ATG12)主要参与自噬体双层膜的形成和延伸，然而其在植物病原菌特别是卵菌中的作用鲜有报道。为明确自噬相关基因PlATG12 (GenBank No. OR909654)在荔枝霜疫霉(Peronophythora litchii)生长发育和致病过程中的作用，本研究通过CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑和PEG介导的原生质体转化技术，获得了荔枝霜疫霉自噬相关基因PlATG12敲除突变体，并进行原位回补。表型测定结果显示，与野生型(SHS3)相比，突变体ΔPlatg12-77和ΔPlatg12-315的菌落生长速率分别下降了6.50%和7.49%，孢子囊数量分别降低了33.86%和34.02%。同时，在低温12℃处理0.5和2 h后，突变体的游动孢子释放率也受到显著抑制。此外，突变体卵孢子产量分别仅为野生型的20.25%和22.00%，且Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型卵孢子产量显著增加。致病性测定发现PlATG12敲除突变体在荔枝(Litchi chinensis)叶片上的致病力低于野生型。PlATG12原位回补后突变体的表型恢复到野生型水平。研究结果表明，自噬相关基因PlATG12参与荔枝霜疫霉的生长发育和致病性。本研究为进一步解析细胞自噬途径对卵菌致病过程的调控提供理论依据。

The BL07U beamline is a new extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray beamline housed in the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility. Beamlines are used in nano-resolved angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(nano-ARPES), spin-resolved angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(spin-ARPES), X-ray magnetic circular dichroism spectroscopy, and X-ray magnetic linear dichroism spectroscopy for certain scientific research. The BL07U beamline, which is based on a pair of elliptical polarized undulators and a variable-included-angle plane-grating monochromator, delivers circularly or linear polarized X-rays within the energy range of 50–2000 eV. The beamline features two branches: One dedicated to nano-ARPES,which has a minimum spot size of only ~ 200 nm, and another branch comprising spin-ARPES, a vector magnetic field, and superconductive magnetic end-station.

BACKGROUND Given the current organ shortage crisis,split liver transplantation(SLT)has emerged as a promising alternative for select end-stage liver disease *** To introduce an ex-vivo liver graft splitting approach and evaluate its safety and feasibility in *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on the liver transplantation data from cases performed at our center between April 1,2022,and May 31,*** study included 25 SLT cases and 81 whole liver transplantation(WLT)*** ex-vivo liver splitting was employed for SLT graft procurement in three *** outcomes were determined,including liver function parameters,postoperative complications,and perioperative *** comparisons for categorical variables were performed using theχ²-*** In the study,postoperative complications in the 25 SLT cases included hepatic artery thrombosis(n=1)and pulmonary infections(n=3),with no perioperative *** contrast,among the 81 patients who underwent WLT,complications included perioperative mortality(n=1),postoperative pulmonary infections(n=8),abdominal infection(n=1),hepatic artery thromboses(n=3),portal vein thrombosis(n=1),and intra-abdominal bleeding(n=5).Comparative analysis demonstrated significant differences in alanine aminotransferase(176.0 vs 73.5,P=0.000)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(42.0 vs 29.0,P=0.004)at 1 wk postoperatively,and in total bilirubin(11.8 vs 20.8,P=0.003)and AST(41.5 vs 26.0,P=0.014)at 2 wk ***,the overall incidence of complications was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that the total ex-vivo liver graft splitting technique is a safe and feasible approach,especially under the expertise of an experienced transplant *** approach developed by our center can serve as a valuable reference for other transplantation centers.
