In this paper,we consider the partial linear regression model y_(i)=x_(i)β^(*)+g(ti)+ε_(i),i=1,2,...,n,where(x_(i),ti)are known fixed design points,g(·)is an unknown function,andβ^(*)is an unknown parameter to be estimated,random errorsε_(i)are(α,β)-mix_(i)ng random *** p-th(p>1)mean consistency,strong consistency and complete consistency for least squares estimators ofβ^(*)and g(·)are investigated under some mild *** addition,a numerical simulation is carried out to study the finite sample performance of the theoretical ***,a real data analysis is provided to further verify the effect of the model.

BACKGROUND Extensive evidence has illustrated the promotive role of integrin binding sialoprotein(IBSP)in the progression of multiple ***,little is known about the functions of IBSP in gastric cancer(GC)*** To investigate the mechanism underlying the regulatory effects of IBSP in GC progression,and the relationship between IBSP and cleavage and polyadenylation factor 6(CPSF6)in this *** The mRNA and protein expression of relevant genes were assessed through realtime quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot,*** viability was evaluated by Cell Counting Kit-8 *** invasion and migration were evaluated by Transwell *** was measured by flow *** binding between CPSF6 and IBSP was confirmed by luciferase reporter and RNA immunoprecipitation(RIP)*** IBSP exhibited higher expression in GC tissues and cell lines than in normal tissues and cell *** knockdown suppressed cell proliferation,migration,and invasion but facilitated *** the exploration of the regulatory mechanism of IBSP,potential RNA binding proteins for IBSP were screened with catRAPID omics *** RNA-binding protein CPSF6 was selected due to its higher expression in stomach *** reporter and RIP assays revealed that CPSF6 binds to the 3’-untranslated region of IBSP and regulates its *** of CPSF6 inhibited cell proliferation,migration,and invasion but boosted *** rescue assays,it was uncovered that the retarded GC progression mediated by CPSF6 knockdown was reversed by IBSP *** Our study highlighted the vital role of the CPSF6/IBSP axis in GC,suggesting that IBSP might be an effective biotarget for GC treatment.

In the present study,we introduced the H2O2-sensitive thiazolidinone moiety at the 4th amino group of gemcitabine(GEM)to synthesize a new target compound named GEM-ZZQ,and then we confirmed its chemical structure by nuclear magnetic resonance *** further confirmed that GEM-ZZQ had a good chemical stability in different pH solutions in vitro and that it could be activated by H2O2 to release *** studies revealed that the growth inhibition of human normal epithelial cells was weaker by GEM-ZZQ than by GEM treatment and that the inhibition of various lung cancer cell lines by GEM-ZZQ was similar to that of *** the lung cancer cell lines that are resistant to the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-targeting inhibitor osimertinib,GEM-ZZQ showed less growth inhibition than GEM;however,GEM-ZZQ in combination with cisplatin showed better synergistic effects than GEM in the low-dose *** summary,we provided a new anti-cancer compound GEM-ZZQ for treating lung cancer by modifying the GEM structure.

Double-exchange(DE) interaction plays an important role in electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).However,precise achievement of DE interaction often requires foreign dopants or vacancy engineering,leading to destabilization of the catalysts and deterioration of *** contrast,the utilization of environmentally friendly,contactless,and continuously adjustable magnetic fields to study the OER process is profitable to avoid aforementioned interference factors and further elucidate the direct relationship_(0.5)between DE interaction and OER ***,by using cobalt hydroxide carbonate(Co(OH)(CO_(3))·xH_(2)O,CoHC) nanostructures as a proof-of-concept study,external magnetic fields are carefully implemented to verify the role of DE interaction during water oxidation *** studies reveal that external magnetic fields effectively enhance the reaction rate of the catalyst,the overpotential decreases from 386 to 355 mV(100 mA·cm^(-2)),while Tafel slopes drastically decline from 93 to 67 mV·dec^(-1)(1.0 T).Moreover,magnetic field increment exhibits robust *** in situ Raman and impedance measurements under external field,it can be found that magnetic field promotes the electron migration between Co^(2+) and Co^(3+) in the CoHC catalysts with the assistance of DE interactions,thus boosting the OER efficiency.

Sublacustrine fan is an important element in continental lacustrine basins and is significant for reservoir exploration. Oil and gas resources have been found in the sublacustrine fan sandstone reservoirs of the Paleogene Dongying Formation in the Bohai Sea. In this study, the characteristics of the sublacustrine fan reservoirs and the controlling factors are studied using information from logging, cores, physical properties,casting thin sections, X-ray diffraction of clay minerals, vitrinite reflectance, rock pyrolysis, manometry data,and 3D seismic data. The sublacustrine fans of the Dongying Formation in the LD10, QHD34, and BZ21 structures show high-quality reservoirs with porosity >15 % and permeability >5 m D. The main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs are attributed to the favorable sedimentary facies type and negligible compaction,and cementation, substantial dissolution of K-feldspar, overpressure, and the development of faults and fractures. A high-quality sublacustrine fan reservoir model has been established to explain how these factors affected the physical properties. The favorable targets for oil and gas exploration in the Dongying Formation of Bohai Sea include undercompacted sandy debris flow reservoirs showing the dissolution of K-feldspar, and the reservoirs which are connected to the source rocks by faults. This study provides insights to establish the relationship between sedimentology, diagenesis and reservoir quality. The results of this study are significant for the exploration and development of the sublacustrine fan sandstone reservoirs in the Bohai Sea and analogous sandstone reservoirs elsewhere.

In this paper, we mainly study the consistency of the nearest neighbor estimator of the density function based on asymptotically almost negatively associated samples. The weak consistency,strong consistency, uniformly strong consistency and the convergence rates are established under some mild conditions. As applications, we further investigate the strong consistency and the rate of strong consistency for hazard rate function estimator.
