Professor xudong Tang believes that definite diagnosis is the key to gastroesophageal reflux disease treatment,and the treatment of refluxesophagitis should be combined with PH monitoring and clinical symptoms differentiation.Generally,according to the degree of acid regurgitation,it can be divided into different traditional Chinese medical syndromes:the liver-stomach depressionheat syndrome differentiation is the main type of acid regurgitation,while the liver-qi stagnation is the main type of acid regurgitation.In addition,attention should be paid to the step-down therapy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the process of discontinuation.The lower efficacy of Western medicine should be used successively,together with traditional Chinese medicine Decoction,which can often achieve the effect of stopping recurrence.In addition,the traditional Chinese medicine prescription imitates Jianhua Dong's well-known old Chinese medicine thought,believing that the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly Qi stagnation,the location of the disease is in the stomach,involving the liver and spleen.On the basis of Dr Dong Ganwei Baihe Decoction,the experience of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with Lianzhu Liuyi Pill combined with Huagan Decoction was summarized.

Multi-Source Spinal Coding for Coded Caching Multicast Transmissions in Wireless Networks

Recently,coded caching has been treated as a promising technique to alleviate the traffic burden in wireless networks.To support high efficient coded caching multicast transmissions,the time-varying heterogeneous channel conditions need to be considered.In this paper,a practical and novel multi-source spinal coding(MSSC)scheme is developed for coded caching multicast transmissions under heterogeneous channel conditions.By exploring joint design of network coding and spinal coding(SC),MSSC can achieve unequal link rates in multicast transmissions for different users.Moreover,by leveraging the rateless feature of SC in our design,MSSC can well adapt the link rates of all users in multicast transmissions without any feedback of time-varying channel conditions.A maximum likelihood(ML)based decoding process for MSSC is also developed,which can achieve a linear complexity with respect to the user number in the multicast transmission.Simulation results validate the effectiveness of the MSSC scheme.Compared to the existing scheme,the sum rate of MSSC in multicast transmissions is improved by about 20%.When applying MSSC in coded caching systems,the total transmission time can be reduced by up to 48% for time-varying channels.

Corydalis Rhizoma as a model for herb-derived trace metabolites exploration:A cross-mapping strategy involving multiple doses and samples

Deciphering the metabolites of multiple components in herbal medicine has far-reaching significance for revealing pharmacodynamic ingredients.However,most chemical components of herbal medicine are secondary metabolites with low content whose in vivo metabolites are close to trace amounts,making it difficult to achieve comprehensive detection and identification.In this paper,an efficient strategy was proposed:herb-derived metabolites were predicted according to the structural characteristics and metabolic reactions of chemical constituents in Corydalis Rhizoma and chemical structure screening tables for metabolites were conducted.The fragmentation patterns were summarized from representative standards combining with specific cleavage behaviors to deduce structures of metabolites.Ion abundance plays an important role in compound identification,and high ion abundance can improve identification accuracy.The types of metabolites in different biological samples were very similar,but their ion abundance might be different.Therefore,for trace metabolites in biological samples,we used the following two methods to process:metabolites of high dose herbal extract were analyzed to characterize those of clinical dose herbal extracts in the same biological samples;cross-mapping of different biological samples was applied to identify trace metabolites based on the fact that a metabolite has different ion abundance in different biological samples.Compared with not using this strategy,44 more metabolites of clinical dose herbal extract were detected.This study improved the depth,breadth,and accuracy of current methods for herb-derived metabolites characterization.

Targeted Management of Perovskite Film by Co(Ⅱ)Sulfophenyl Porphyrin for Efficient and Stable Solar Cells

In the lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the redox reaction of I-and Pb^(2+) ions in perovskite materials under the fabrication and operation processes causes the formation of defects to destroy the cell efficiency and long-term stability.Herein,we have employed a Co(Ⅱ)sulfophenyl porphyrin(CoTPPS)to modify the perovskite film.The sulfonic group could coordinate with Pb2+to efficiently passivate the uncoordinated Pb^(2+).Additionally,Co^(2+) ions in CoTPPS could react with I^(2) generated under the thermal and light stress to yield the Co^(3+) and I^(-),thus achieving the regeneration of I^(-) in perovskite film.Therefore,the CoTPPS could realize the targeted management of the imperfections in perovskite film.As a result,the modified PSCs reveal the remarkably enhanced cell perfor-mance.More importantly,the CoTPPS modified device retains 75%of its initial efficiency value storing at 85℃for 2000 h and about 70%of its efficiency when being continuously illuminated at a simulated sunlight for 1200 h.This strategy tackles the chemical reaction and inhibits the defect generation,thus improving the operational stability and efficiency of PSCs.

Confucian culture and corporate bond pricing

We investigate the effect of Confucian culture on corporate bond pricing.Using the birthplace data of 56,759 Jinshi in the Ming and Qing dynasties to construct a proxy of Confucian culture,we find a significantly negative relation between Confucian culture and bond pricing:the stronger the Confucian atmosphere of the corporate headquarters’location,the higher the bond rating and the lower the credit spread.This conclusion still holds after using the distance to the nearest ancient printing office as an instrumental variable and a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test shows that Confucian culture can improve the pricing efficiency of corporate bonds by fostering investors’trust,alleviating principal-agent problems and restraining bad corporate behaviors.Moreover,the impact of Confucian culture on corporate bond pricing is greater for firms located in regions with weak legal and other formal institutional constraints and for unlisted companies.Our study complements the literature on culture and bond pricing,and provides policy insights from traditional Chinese wisdom for improving the efficiency of financial markets.

Plasmonic TiN nanobelts assisted broad spectrum photocatalytic H_(2) generation

The conversion of solar energy in a wide spectrum region to clean fuel,H_(2),remains a challenge in the field of photocatalysis.Herein,plasmonic TiN nanobelts,as a novel cocatalyst,were coupled with CdS nanoparticles to construct a 0D/1D CdS/TiN heterojunction.Utilization of the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effect generated from TiN nanobelts was effective in promoting light absorption in the near-infrared region,accelerating charge separation,and generating hot electrons,which can effectively improve the photocatalytic H_(2) generation activity of the 0D/1D CdS/TiN heterojunction over a wide spectral range.Furthermore,owing to the high metallicity and low work function,an ohmic-junction was formed between the CdS and TiN,favoring the transfer of hot electrons generated from TiN nanobelts the CdS nanoparticles,followed by the reaction with water to generate H_(2).Consequently,the 0D/1D CdS/TiN heterojunction demonstrated H_(2) generation activity even under light irradiation at 760 nm,while the pure CdS and Pt nanoparticles modified CdS presented no activity.This work opens a new insight into coupling plasmonic cocatalysts to realize full spectrum H_(2) production.

Ultraflexible,highly efficient electromagnetic interference shielding,and self-healable triboelectric nanogenerator based on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene for self-powered wearable electronics

Integrating smart functions into one flexible electronic is vastly valuable in improving their working performances and broadening applications.Here,this work reports a ultraflexible,highly efficient electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding,and self-healable triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)that is assembled by modified Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene(m-MXene)-based nanocomposite elastomers.Benefitting from the excellent electronegativity of m-MXene,the single-electrode mode-based TENG can generate high open-circuit voltage(V_(oc))oscillating between-65 and 245 V,high short-circuit current(I_(sc))of 29 μA,and an instantaneously maximum peak power density of 1150 mW m^(-2) that can power twenty light-emitting diodes(LEDs).Moreover,the resultant TENG possesses outstanding EMI shielding performance with the maximum shielding effectiveness of 48.1 dB in the X-band.The enhanced shielding capability is dominated by the electromagnetic absorption owning to high conduction loss in m-MXene network,multiple reflections between m-MXene sheets,and polarization effect on the surface of m-MXene sheets.Additionally,a self-powered wearable sensor is fabricated based on the as-prepared TENG.The sensor shows an intrinsic healing ability with healing efficiency of 98.2% and can accurately detect the human large-scale motions and delicate physical signal.This work provides an enhanced way to fabricate the wearable electronics integrated with smart functions,and the reported MXene-based TENG may have a broad prospect in the fields of aerospace,artificial intelligence,and healthcare systems.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic intestinal disease with painful clinical manifestations and high risks of cancerization.With no curative therapy for IBD at present,the development of effective therapeutics is highly advocated.Drug delivery systems have been extensively studied to transmit therapeutics to inflamed colon sites through the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect caused by the inflammation.However,the drug still could not achieve effective concentration value that merely utilized on EPR effect and display better therapeutic efficacy in the inflamed region because of nontargeted drug release.Substantial researches have shown that some specific receptors and cell adhesion molecules highly expresses on the surface of colonic endothelial and/or immune cells when IBD occurs,ligandmodified drug delivery systems targeting such receptors and cell adhesion molecules can specifically deliver drug into inflamed sites and obtain great curative effects.This review introduces the overexpressed receptors and cell adhesion molecules in inflamed colon sites and retrospects the drug delivery systems functionalized by related ligands.Finally,challenges and future directions in this field are presented to advance the development of the receptor-mediated targeted drug delivery systems for the therapy of IBD.

An efficient and highly available framework of data recency enhancement for eventually consistent data stores

Data items are usually replicated in modem dis- tributed data stores to obtain high performance and avail- ability. However, the availability-consistency and latency- consistency trade-offs exist in data replication, thus system designers intend to choose weak consistency models, such as eventual consistency, which may result in stale reads. Since stale data items may lead to serious application semantic problems, we consider how to increase the probability of data recency which provides a uniform view on recent versions of data items for all clients. In this work, we propose HARP, a framework that can enhance data recency of eventually con- sistent distributed data stores in an efficient and highly avail- able way. Through detecting possible stale reads under fail- ures or not, HARP can perform reread operations to elim- inate stale results only when needed based on our analysis on write/read processes. We also present solutions on how to deal with some practical anomalies in HARP, including de- layed, reordered and dropped messages and clock drift, and show how to extend HARP to multiple datacenters. Finally we implement HARP based on Cassandra, and the experi- ments show that HARP can effectively eliminate stale reads, with a low overhead （less than 6.9%） compared with original eventually consistent Cassandra.

Tetra-ammonium Zinc Phthalocyanine to Construct a Graded 2D-3D Perovskite Interface for Efficient and Stable Solar Cells

Summary of main observation and conclusion The crystallographic defects inevitably incur during the solution processed organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film,especially at surface and the grain boundaries (GBs)of perovskite film,which can further result in the reduced cell performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs).Here,a simple defect passivation method was employed by treating perovskite precursor film with a hydrophobic tetra-ammonium zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc).The results demonstrated that a 2D-3D graded perovskite interface with a capping layer of 2D (ZnPc)0.5MAn-1Pbnl3n+1 perovskite together with 3D MAPbl3 perovskite was successfully constructed on the top of 3D perovskite layer.This situation realized the efficient GBs passivation,thus reducing the defects in GBs.As expected,the corresponding PSCs with modified perovskite revealed an improved cell performance.The best efficiency reached 19.6%.Especially,the significantly enhanced long-term stability of the responding PSCs against humidity and heating was remarkably achieved.Such a strategy in this work affords an efficient method to improve the stability of PSCs and thus probably brings the PSCs closer to practical commercialization.
