Introduction:Respiratory infectious diseases,such as influenza and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),present significant global public health *** emergence of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data offers opportunities to improve traditional disease surveillance and early warning ***:The study analyzed data from January 2020 to May 2023,comprising influenza-like illness(ILI)statistics,Baidu index,and clinical data from *** methodologies were evaluated:the adaptive dynamic threshold method(ADTM)for dynamic threshold adjustments,the machine learning supervised method(MLSM),and the machine learning unsupervised method(MLUM)utilizing anomaly *** comparison focused on sensitivity,specificity,timeliness,and warning ***:ADTM issued 37 warnings with a sensitivity of 71%and a specificity of 85%.MLSM generated 35 warnings,with a sensitivity of 82%and a specificity of 87%.MLUM produced 63 warnings with a sensitivity of 100%and specificity of 80%.The initial warnings from ADTM and MLUM preceded those from MLSM by five *** Kappa coefficient indicated moderate agreement between the methods,with values ranging from 0.52 to 0.62(P<0.05).Discussion:The study explores the comparison between traditional methods and two machine learning approaches for early warning *** emphasizes the validation of machine learning’s reliability and underscores the unique advantages of each ***,it stresses the significance of integrating machine learning models with various data sources to enhance public health preparedness and response,alongside acknowledging limitations and the need for broader validation.

红外分焦平面偏振探测器存在严重的非均匀性问题，导致获得的偏振信息准确度降低，通过校正实验能够有效消除非均匀性带来的影响。在实现红外分焦平面偏振探测器校正的基础上，分析实验装置中定标光源的非均匀性和辐射强度等因素对最终校正效果引入的误差干扰，验证了使用均匀光源的必要性以及光源强度对实验装置抗噪声能力的影响，为实现探测器的精确校正提供了装置选取的参考准则。进一步开展了探测器校正后的成像实验，结果表明，目标的偏振特征信息恢复效果明显。

Surveillance is an essential work on infectious diseases prevention and control. When the pandemic occurred, the inadequacy of traditional surveillance was exposed, but it also provided a valuable opportunity to explore new surveillance methods. This study aimed to estimate the transmission dynamics and epidemic curve of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2) Omicron BF.7 in Beijing under the emergent situation using Baidu index and influenza-like illness(ILI) surveillance. 当前对于洪涝灾害条件下的配电网安全风险评估方法主要采用云模型计算,该方法易受到系统电压越限的影响,使得评估准确率较低。沃茨。提出洪涝灾害下新型配电网安全风险评估方法设计。从洪涝灾害前、灾中和灾后三个角度选取能够表征电网系统运行状态的风险评估指标,建立评估指标体系,在静态与动态两个维度计算各指标的隶属度函数,根据评判集与指标集确定指标综合权重,以此为依据,结合指标可信度原理,计算系统电压越限概率,进而求取配电网风险值,明确安全风险等级。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法对于洪涝灾害下的配电网安全风险评估具有更高的评估准确率。

Ultrafine carbon-based transition metal compounds have been widely investigated as efficient catalysts for enhancing the hydrogen storage performance of magnesium *** this work,the carbon ther-mal shock method is applied to synthesize the ultrafine carbon-encapsulated NbC nanoparticles with an average grain size of 17.3 *** MgH_(2)-10 wt%NbC/C composites show excellent low-temperature hy-drogen storage performance with the onset dehydrogenation temperature of 196.1℃,which is 92.2℃ and 98℃ lower than that of MgH_(2)-10 wt%NbC and undoped MgH_(2),***,MgH_(2)-10 wt%NbC/C can absorb 6.71 wt%H_(2) at 100℃ within 30 min around and retain almost 100%reversible hydrogen desorption capacity after 10 *** the catalytic mechanism,the electron transfer process between multi-valence Nb cations of in-situ formed NbH x and Mg,H atoms can greatly improve the cyclic de/rehydrogenation kinetics of MgH_(2)-NbC/***,the enhancement of dehydrogenation kinetics can also be ascribed to MgH_(2) particle refinement by NbC nanoparticles,and destabilization of the Mg-H bond caused by carbon *** investigation not only proves that carbon-encapsulated NbC nanoparti-cles can greatly enhance the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2) but provides an idea of preparing carbon-based transition metal carbides as effective catalysts for magnesium-based hydrogen storage ma-terials.
