促宫颈成熟球囊引产疗效及对分娩和新生儿结局的影响分析

目的探讨具备引产指征的产妇应用促宫颈成熟球囊引产的疗效以及对分娩和新生儿结局的影响。方法选择具备引产指征的产妇118例,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组59例。对照组行小剂量催产素引产,观察组应用促宫颈成熟球囊引产。比较两组促进宫颈成熟率、促宫颈成熟期间临产情况、诱发临产时间、引产前后宫颈成熟度、分娩形式、新生儿结局以及顺产和阴道助产产妇产程时间。结果观察组促进宫颈成熟率96.61%显著高于对照组的84.75%,差异显著具备统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组诱发临产时间为(19.84±5.95)h,观察组诱发临产时间为(11.15±3.43)h;和对照组比较,观察组诱发临产时间较短,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。引产后,两组Bishop评分均较引产前升高,且观察组Bishop评分(7.81±0.82)分高于对照组的(6.41±0.52)分,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组顺产率81.36%、新生儿正常率100.00%高于对照组的67.80%、91.53%,剖宫产率3.39%低于对照组的16.95%,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组顺产和阴道助产产妇第一产程、第二产程、总产程分别为(10.21±2.62)h、(39.71±12.11)min、(11.91±2.11)h,均短于对照组的(12.41±2.82)h、(54.61±13.22)min、(14.11±3.51)h,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对具备引产指征的产妇应用促宫颈成熟球囊引产可发挥显著效果,促使宫颈成熟率得到显著提升,改善母婴结局。

This paper is devoted to the study of a three-dimensional delayed system with nonlocal diffusion and partial quasi-monotonicity. By developing a new definition of upper-lower solutions and a new cross iteration scheme, we establish some existence results of traveling wave solutions. The results are applied to a nonlocal diffusion model which takes the three-species Lotka-Volterra model as its special case.

We study the existence of traveling wave solutions for a nonlocal and non-monotone delayed reaction-diffusion equation. Based on the construction of two associated auxiliary reaction diffusion equations with monotonicity and by using the traveling wavefronts of the auxiliary equations, the existence of the positive traveling wave solutions for c 〉 c. is obtained. Also, the exponential asymptotic behavior in the negative infinity was established. Moreover, we apply our results to some reactiondiffusion equations with spatio-temporal delay to obtain the existence of traveling waves. These results cover, complement and/or improve some existing ones in the literature.

In this paper, two novel semiclassical methods including the standard and supersymmetric WKB quantization conditions are suggested to discuss the Schroedinger equation with position-dependent effective mass. From a proper coordinate transformation, the formalism of the Schroedinger equation with position-dependent effective mass is mapped into isospectral one with constant mass and therefore for a given mass distribution and physical potential function the bound state energy spectrum can be determined easily by above method associated with a simple integral formula. It is shown that our method can give the analytical results for some exactly-solvable quantum systems.

We deal with asymptotic speed of wave propagation for a discrete reactlon-diffusion equation. We find the minimal wave speed c★ from the characteristic equation and show that c★ is just the asymptotic speed of wave propagation. The isotropic property and the existence of solution of the initial value problem for the given equation are also discussed.

Highway icing time prediction with deep learning approaches based on data from road sensors

In harsh climates,highway icing poses a hazard to traffic safety and increases road maintenance *** is of great significance to predict when the highway icing may occur and take a preventive ***,there are few studies on highway icing time prediction due to the scarcity and complexity of *** this study,variables of icing temperature,friction,ice percentage,road surface temperature,water film height,saline concentration,and road condition were collected by road sensors distributed on a highway in China.A large-scale time series highway surface information dataset called HighwayIce is ***,a deep learning approach called IceAlarm,composed of long short-term memory neural network(LSTM),multilayer perceptron(MLP),and residual connection,has been developed to predict when the highway will *** LSTM is used to process dynamic variables,the MLP is used to process static variables,and the fully-connected layers with residual connections are used to make a deep *** experimental results show that the average mean absolute error before icing using the IceAlarm model is about 6min and outperforms all baseline *** HighwayIce dataset and IceAlarm model can help improve the prediction accuracy and efficiency of forecasting real-world road icing time,therefore reducing the impact of icy road conditions on traffic.

Some research on aircraft is largely inspired by *** them,aerial-aquatic amphibians with trans-media locomotion capabilities have greatly promoted the development of aquatic unmanned aerial vehicles(Aqua UAV).In this article,the studies of Aqua UAV are sorted out by their biological counterpart and summarized in chronological order from 2005 to *** further understand the key technologies of Aqua UAV,we focus on the structural compatibility design of wing and aerial-aquatic propulsion methods by analyzing their advantages and *** addition,the analysis methods of kinematics and dynamics performance of Aqua UAV for simulation and experiment are involved in the process of studying the kinematics,lift/drag,and propulsion of ***,we present several challenges and propose some potential solutions to improve the ability of Aqua UAV in the future.
