目的探讨苦参碱与壬二酰胺MEA为主要组合物治疗玫瑰痤疮的安全性及疗效。方法以18-60岁的30例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,连续使用测试产品4周,通过医生评估、受试者自评、图像拍摄以及仪器测试,评价测试样品是否具有修护皮肤屏障、舒缓褪红等功效。结果在本试验条件下,该测试产品用于面部玫瑰痤疮人群中,具有较高的安全性,严格按产品说明书使用4周,具有显著性的保湿、修护皮肤屏障、舒缓褪红等功效(P<0.05),并在一定程度上可以改善玫瑰痤疮患者面部皮肤的客观症状和体征。结论苦参碱联合壬二酰胺MEA对于玫瑰痤疮导致的红肿、潮红、皮肤炎症有显著的改善效果,并且安全性高。

·AIM: To determine the effects of laser photocoagulation on serum levels of angiopoietin-1(Ang-1),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2), soluble angiopoietin receptor Tie-2(Tie-2), Ang-1/Ang-2 ratio and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR). We also explored the role of the Ang/Tie system in PDR.·METHODS:Totally 160patientswithT2 DM, including50 patients with non-diabetic retinopathy(NDR), 58 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR), and52 patients with PDR were enrolled in this study. Serum Ang-1, Ang-2, Tie-2 receptor and VEGF levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for all patients and were repeated in 26 patients who underwent laser photocoagulation two months after the procedure.·RESULTS:ThemedianlevelsofAng-2andVEGFinserum were significantly higher in the NPDR group(4.23 ng/mL and 303.2 pg/mL, respectively) compared to the NDR group(2.67 ng/mL and 159.8 pg/mL, respectively, P significantly higher in the NPDR group(10.77ng/mL) compared to the NDR group(9.31 ng/mL) and the PDR groups(9.54 ng/mL)(P significantly different among three groups(P >0.05).Ang-2 was positively correlated with VEGF and Tie-2 in the PDR and NPDR groups(both P significantly decreased(both P 0.05). Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Back-Shu acupoint in treating asthma. Methods： sixty-one patients were randomly divided into a Back-Shu acupoint group, a acupuncture-moxibustion group and a acupuncture group. All the three groups were treated twice a week, 10 times made up a treatment course. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses of treatment. Results and conclusion： The control and marked effective rate were significantly higher in the Back-Shu acupoint group and acupuncture-moxibustion groups than in the acupuncture group （P〈0.05）. They were slightly higher in the acupuncture-moxibustion group than in the Back-Shu acupoint group, but there was no statistically significant difference. The results indicated that the Back-Shu acupoints have a good therapeutic effect in treating asthma.

Objective:To observe the effect of point-toward-point needling on ***:A total of 60 asthenopia cases were randomized into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each ***-point needling was used in the observation group;whereas point injection was used in the control *** signs and symptoms including visual tasks and eye fatigue were observed before and after *** was followed by an inter-group comparison of eye discomfort symptom score and therapeutic ***:After treatment,the symptoms and signs in both groups were significantly improved,showing a statistical significance(Psion:Both treatment protocols can help alleviate the clinical symptoms of asthenopia;point-toward-point needling can obtain better effect than point injection.

Beams typically do not travel through the magnet centers because of errors in storage *** beam deviating from the quadrupole centers is affected by additional dipole fields due to magnetic field ***-based alignment(BBA)is often performed to determine a golden orbit where the beam circulates around the quadrupole center *** storage rings with many quadrupoles,the conventional BBA procedure is time-consuming,particularly in the commissioning phase,because of the necessary iterative *** addition,the conventional BBA method can be affected by strong coupling and the nonlinearity of the storage ring *** this study,a novel method based on a neural network was proposed to determine the golden orbit in a much shorter time with reasonable *** golden orbit can be used directly for operation or adopted as a starting point for conventional *** method was demonstrated in the HLS-II storage ring for the first time through simulations and online *** results of the experiments showed that the golden orbit obtained using this new method was consistent with that obtained using the conventional *** development of this new method and the corresponding experiments are reported in this paper.

Nanoelectrodes have been shown to be powerful tools for nanoscopic research on single entities,deepening the understanding of heterogeneity and stochastics for single molecules,nanoparticles and cells[1–3].However,despite their importance,current nanoelectrode preparations are highly restrained to flame/electrochemical etching,metal sputtering,electrochemical deposition,etc.[3],resulting in a limited range of materials(mainly gold,platinum and carbon)for potential-resolved detection of redox-active species(Table S1 online).The enrichment of preparation methods to introduce novel materials and mechanisms should prove significant for the development of nanoelectrodes.

Objective： To observe the efficacy of tuina manipulations for fibromyalgia syndrome （FMS）. Methods： sixty eligible FMS patients were randomized into two groups, 30 in each group. Patients in the observation group were intervened by tuina manipulations to the corresponding segment of the spine based on the detection of disorders of the spine-related bones and tendons; patients in the control group were directed to practice functional exercises. Before and after intervention, the fibromyalgia impact questionnaire （FIQ） and visual analogue scale （VAS） were adopted for evaluation. Results： After intervention, the FIQ and VAS scores dropped significantly in both groups （all P〈O.05）, and there were significant differences between the two groups （both P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group versus 63.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Spinal tuina manipulations are effective and safe in treating FMS, for significantly promoting the quality of life of the FMS patients.
