The unified management and planning of national or provincial natural resources distributed both aboveground and underground have become increasingly *** depictions of natural resource elements and their interactions are key to achieving integrated and systematic management of natural ***,current spatiotemporal data models are based only on data descriptions,attribute records,and other model knowledge of a more general basis,without intuitively describing relationships between these elements and natural *** paper,therefore,proposes an integrated data-model-knowledge representation model to explicitly describe the time,space,and interaction of natural resource entities through an integrated knowledge ***,this study constructs a conceptual model using the aspects of semantics,scale,and data-model-knowledge,thereby explicitly describing the relationships of natural ***,a logical model of natural resource representation is proposed,that is integrated with time,space,attributes,and ***,taking the management of water resources as an example,this paper realizes the meticulous presentation of the levels of detail and rich semantic relations of natural resource *** findings of this study lay the foundation for a more efficient,precise,and lucid perception of the distribution laws and complicated interactional relationships of natural resources,both aboveground and underground.

Prediction and systematic study of protein-protein interaction networks of Leptospira interrogans

Leptospira interrogans serovar Lai is a pathogenic bacterium that causes a spirochetal zoonosis in humans and some animals. With its complete genome sequence available, it is possible to analyze protein-protein interactions from a whole- genome standpoint. Here we combine four recently developed computational approaches (gene fusion method, gene neighbor method, phylogenetic profiles method, and operon method) to predict protein-pro- tein interaction networks of Leptospira interrogans strain Lai. Through comprehensive analysis on in- teractions among proteins of motility and chemotaxis system, signal transduction, lipopolysaccaride bio- synthesis and a series of proteins related to adhesion and invasion, we provided information for further studying on its pathogenic mechanism. In addition, we also assigned 203 previously uncharacterized proteins with possible functions based on the known functions of its interacting partners. This work is helpful for further investigating L. interrogans strain Lai.

Background and Aims:Ravidasvir(RDV)is a new generation pangenotypic hepatitis C virus(HCV)NS5A inhibitor,with high barrier to baseline resistance-associated *** is the first phase 2/3 study conducted in china's Mainland confirming the efficacy and safety of RDV+ritonavir-boosted danoprevir+ribavirin for 12 weeks in treatment-naive noncirrhotic patients with genotype 1 infection in a large ***:In this multicenter,randomized,doubleblinded,placebo-controlled phase 2/3 trial(NCT03362814),we enrolled 424 treatment-nafve,noncirrhotic adult HCV genotype 1 *** patients were randomized at 3∶1 ratio to receive a combination of RDV 200mg once daily plus ritonavir-boosted danoprevir 100mg/100mg twice daily and oral ribavirin 1000/1200mg/day(body weight<75/≥75 kg)(n=318)or placebo(n=106)for 12 *** primary end-point was the rate of sustained virologic response 12 weeks after the end of treatment,and the safety was evaluated and compared between treatment and placebo ***:The overall rate of sustained virological response at 12 weeks after treatment is 99%(306/309,95%,CI:97%-100%)under per protocol set *** patients harboring baseline NS5A resistance-associated species in the treatment group(76/76,per protocol set)achieved sustained virological response at 12 weeks after *** treatment-related serious adverse events were *** abnormalities showed mild or moderate severity(grade 1 and grade 2)in liver function ***:In treatment-na(i)ve,noncirrhotic HCV Chinese patients infected with HCV genotype 1,all-oral regimen of RDV+ritonavir-boosted danoprevir+ribavirin for 12 weeks was highly efficacious,safe,and well tolerated.

老年髋部骨折具有高发生率、高致残率、高病死率的特点,已成为威胁老年人健康的公共卫生问题。手术是老年髋部骨折的首选治疗手段,但围术期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的发生率极高,一旦进展为肺栓塞将显著增加患者死亡风险。针对这一问题,临床指南和专家共识均强调对此类患者应积极采取基础预防、物理预防、药物预防的全面预防措施。在此预防体系中,基础预防是物理和药物预防的基石。目前,临床上对于基础预防措施缺乏统一明确的标准。为此,中华护理学会骨科专业委员会与中国医疗保健国际交流促进会骨科分会护理学部组织相关护理专家,结合循证医学证据和专家临床经验,制订《老年髋部骨折患者围术期下肢深静脉血栓基础预防专家共识(2024版)》,共提出10条推荐意见,以规范老年髋部骨折患者围术期下肢DVT的基础预防措施,促进患者康复。

Aims:The endoscopic treatment of esophagogastric varices is challenging,and the nationwide application of endoscopic therapies for various types of esophagogastric varices and different clinical scenarios remains *** study investigated the use of endoscopic therapy for portal hypertension in ***:This study used a questionnaire survey initiated by the Liver Health Consortium in china to investigate the use of endoscopic therapies for portal *** were released online from January 30,2023 to February 28,2023 and filled out by chief physicians or senior instructors responsible for endoscopic therapies in participating hospitals across 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in *** of guideline adherence between primary and referral medical centers were performed using the chi‐square test or Fisher's exact ***:In total,836 hospitals participated in the *** primary and secondary prophylaxis of esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EGVB),adherence to the national guidelines was 72.5%(606/836)and 39.2%(328/836),*** differences were observed in the rate of adherence between the primary and referral centers for primary(79.9%[111/139]vs.71.0%[495/697],p=0.033)and secondary prophylaxis(27.3%[38/139]vs.41.6%[290/697],p=0.002).Of the hospitals,78.2%(654/836)preferred endoscopic therapies for acute EGVB,and the timing of endoscopy was usually within 12 h(48.5%,317/654)and 12-24 h(36.9%,241/654)after *** therapy was more likely to be the first choice of treatment for acute EGVB in referral centers than in primary centers(82.6%[576/697]vs.56.1%[78/139],p<0.001).Regarding the management of gastroesophageal varices type 2 and isolated gastric varices type 1,the most prevalent procedures were cyanoacrylate injection combined with sclerotherapy(48.2%[403/836]and 29.9%[250/836],respectively);however,substantial hospitals preferred clip-assisted therapies(12.4%[104/836]and 2

Assessment of earthquake-induced landslide hazard zoning using the physics-environmental coupled Model

In order to prevent and mitigate disasters,it is crucial to immediately and properly assess the spatial distribution of landslide hazards in the earthquake-affected ***,there are primarily two categories of assessment techniques:the physical mechanism-based method(PMBM),which considers the landslide dynamics and has the advantages of effectiveness and proactivity;the environmental factor-based method(EFBM),which integrates the environmental conditions and has high *** order to obtain the spatial distribution of landslide hazards in the affected area with near realtime and high accuracy,this study proposed to combine the PMBM based on Newmark method with EFBM to form Newmark-Information value model(N-IV),Newmark-Logic regression model(N-LR)and Newmark-Support Vector Machine model(N-SVM)for seismic landslide hazard assessment on the Ludian Mw 6.2 earthquake in *** predicted spatial hazard distribution was compared with the actual cataloged landslide inventory,and frequency ratio(FR),and area under the curve(AUC)metrics were used to verify the model's plausibility,performance,and *** to the findings,the model's accuracy is ranked as follows:N-SVM>N-LR>N-IV>*** an AUC value of 0.937,the linked N-SVM was discovered to have the best *** research results indicate that the physics-environmental coupled model(PECM)exhibits accuracy gains of 46.406%(N-SVM),30.625%(N-LR),and 22.816%(N-IV)when compared to the conventional Newmark *** shows varied degrees of improvement from 2.577%to 12.446%when compared to the single *** study also uses the Ms 6.8 Luding earthquake to evaluate the model,showcasing its trustworthy in forecasting power and steady *** the suggested PECM in this study can adapt to complicated earthquake-induced landslides situations,it aims to serve as a reference for future research in a similar field,as well as to help with emergency planning and response in earthquakepro

Background and Aims:Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)loss is seldom achieved with nucleos(t)ide analog(NA)therapy in chronic hepatitis B patients but may be enhanced by switching to finite pegylated-interferon(Peg-IFN)*** assessed HBsAg loss with 48-and 96-week Peg-IFN alfa-2a in chronic hepatitis B patients with partial response to a previous ***:Hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive patients who achieved HBeAg loss and hepatitis B virus DNA<200 IU/mL with previous adefovir,lamivudine or entecavir treatment were randomized 1:1 to receive Peg-IFN alfa-2a for 48(n=153)or 96 weeks(n=150).The primary endpoint of this study was HBsAg loss at end of *** *** identifier is ***:At the end of 48 and 96 weeks'treatment,14.4%(22/153)and 20.7%(31/150)of patients,respectively,who switched from NA to Peg-IFN alfa-2a cleared *** were similar irrespective of prior NA or baseline HBeAg *** those who cleared HBsAg by the end of 48 and 96 weeks'treatment,77.8%(14/18)and 71.4%(20/28),respectively,sustained HBsAg loss for a further 48 *** HBsAg<1500 IU/mL and week 24 HBsAg<200 IU/mL were associated with the highest rates of HBsAg loss at the end of both 48-and 96-week treatment(51.4%and 58.7%,respectively).Importantly,extending treatment from 48 to 96 weeks enabled 48.3%(14/29)more patients to achieve HBsAg ***:Patients on long-term NA who are unlikely to meet therapeutic goals can achieve high rates of HBsAg loss by switching to Peg-IFN *** loss rates may be improved for some patients by extending treatment from 48 to 96 weeks,although the differences in our study cohort were not statistically *** and on-treatment HBsAg may predict HBsAg loss with Peg-IFN alfa-2a.

针对经天路图软件不能对多层状地质体的地基承载力进行快速分析的问题,基于3D WinForms控件Eyeshot,利用C#语言在Visual Studio 2019平台上研发了经天路图与地基承载力分析软件FLAC^(3D)之间的接口程序。研发中采用了三角网算法、多层状地质体可视化算法和网格优化算法等。所研发的接口程序具有图形化显示界面,能够从经天路图读取多层状地质体地形数据,并根据地质勘探数据对地质体分层,能够在ANSYS中自动建立有限元网格模型,基于FLAC^(3D)命令流自动完成网格模型读入与转换、材料属性和边界条件的定义等前处理工作并执行求解,能够自动导出常用分析结果并回传至经天路图。算例验证表明,采用接口程序对多层状地质体进行地基承载力分析,极大地提升了设计人员的工作效率。
