Background:The aberrant intraellular expression of a mitochondrial aspartyl tRNA synthetase 2(DARS2)has been reported in human *** its critical role and detailed mechanism in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)remain ***:Initially,The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)based Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis(GEPIA)database (http:/***/)was used to analyze the prognostic relevance of DARS2 expression in ***,cell counting kit(CCK)8,immunostaining,and transwell invasion assays in LUAD cell lines in vitro,as well as DARS2 silence on LUAD by tumorigenicity experiments in wivo in nude mice,were ***,we analyzed the expression levels of p-PI3K(phosphorylated Phosphotylinosital3 kinase),PI3K,AKT(Protein Kinase B),p-AKT(phosphorylated Protein Kinase B),PCNA(proliferating cell nudear antigen),cleaved-caspase 3,E cadherin,and N-cadherin proteins using the Westem blot ***:LUAD tissues showed higher DARS2 expression compared to normal *** of DARS2 could be related to Tumor-Node-Metastasis(TNM)stage,high lymph node metastasis,and inferior ***2 silence decreased the proliferation,migration,and invasion abilities of LUAD *** addition,the DARS2 downregulation decreased the PCNA and N-cadherin expression and increased cleaved:caspase 3 and E cadherin expressions in LUAD cells,coupled with the inactivation of the PI3K/AKT signaling ***,DARS2 silence impaired the tumonigenicity of LUAD in ***,let:7b-5p could recognize DARS2 through a complementary ***,the increased let 7b 5p expression attenuated the promo oncogenic action of DARS2 during LUAD progression,which were inversely correlated to each other in the LUAD tssues Conclusion:In summary,let 7b-5p,downregulated DARS2 expression,regulating the progression of LUAD cells by the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

Power-Domain Collision-Tolerant Random Access Method with Auxiliary Beam for Satellite Internet of Things:A New Solution

There are numerous terminals in the satellite Internet of Things(IoT).To save cost and reduce power consumption,the system needs terminals to catch the characteristics of low power consumption and light *** regular random access(RA)protocols may generate large amounts of collisions,which degrade the system throughout *** near-far effect and power control technologies are not applicable in capture effect to obtain power difference,resulting in the collisions that cannot be *** fact,the optimal design at the receiving end can also realize the condition of packet power domain separation,but there are few relevant *** this paper,an auxiliary beamforming scheme is proposed for power domain signal *** adds an auxiliary reception beam based on the conventional beam,utilizing the correlation of packets in time-frequency domain between the main and auxiliary beam to complete signal *** roll-off belt of auxiliary beam is used to create the carrier-to-noise ratio(CNR)*** paper uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the auxiliary beam *** results show that the proposed scheme outperforms slotted ALOHA(SA)in terms of system throughput per-formance and without bringing terminals additional control burden.

Global analysis of basic leucine zipper transcription factors in trifoliate orange and the function identification of PtbZIP49 in salt tolerance

As one of the most widely distributed and highly conserved transcription factors in eukaryotes,basic leucine zipper proteins(bZIPs)are involved in a variety of biological processes in plants,but they are largely unknown in *** this study,56 bZIP family members were identified genome-wide from an important citrus rootstock,namely trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata ***.),and these putative bZIPs were named PtbZIP1—*** PtbZIPs were classified into 13 subgroups by phylogenetic comparison with Arabidopsis thaliana bZIPs(AtbZIPs),and they were randomly distributed on nine known(50 genes)chromosomes and one unknown(6 genes)*** analysis revealed the detailed characteristics of PtPZIPs,including their amino acid length,isoelectric point(pI),molecular weight(MW),predicted subcellular localization,gene structure,and conserved *** of promoter elements suggested the presence of drought,low-temperature,wound,and defense and stress responsive elements,as well as multiple hormone-responsive cis-acting *** expression analysis showed the transcriptional patterns of PtbZIPs in different tissues and under dehydration,high salt,ABA,and IAA *** addition,21 PtbZIPs were predicted to have direct or indirect protein—protein *** these,PtbZIP49 was experimentally proven to interact with PtbZIP1 or PtbZIP11 by using a yeast two-hybrid assay and bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC).Subcellular localization analysis further revealed that PtbZIP1,PtbZIP11,and PtbZIP49 were localized in the ***,PtbZIP49 was functionally identified as having an important role in salt stress via ectopic expression in *** and silenced in trifoliate orange using virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS).This study provided comprehensive information on PtbZIP transcription factors in citrus and highlights their potential functions in abiotic stress.

End-Triassic storm deposits in the lacustrine Sichuan Basin and their driving mechanisms

Storm deposits or tempestites are event sequences formed by storms,requiring at least a water temperature of 26.5℃.While inland lakes are unlikely to form storm deposits because of their limited width and water *** Upper Triassic xujiahe Formation in the Sichuan Basin is a set of coal-bearing,clastic sequences with dominant sedimentary facies varying from braided river delta to lacustrine settings,with storm deposits widely *** the Zilanba of Guanyuan area,in situ tree trunks on a palaeosol surface in Member Vof the xujiahe Formation provide new evidence of a storm *** fallen-down directions of nine in situ tree trunks were predominant in the NW direction,contrary to the palaeocurrent direction of the underlying strata,suggesting that the southeasterlies prevailed during the end-Triassic in the northern Sichuan *** mud clasts were frequently recorded in sandstones of the xujiahe Formation,as well as in the Xindianzi *** mud clasts showed a rip-up or a plastic deformation with upside-down V-shapes,were capped on an erosional surface,showed no transport traces and were therefore interpreted as a storm lag *** megamonsoonal climate prevailed during the Late Triassic,although the megamonsoons themselves could not generate a storm deposition in the xujiahe Formation due to its low maximum surface wind *** driving mechanism for generating storm deposits in the xujiahe Formation is suggested to be tropical cyclones over the Tethys Ocean moving eastward,further landfalling on the western margin of the Sichuan *** of storm events in the circum-Tethys region show a widespread storm surge in low latitudes during the *** storm deposits at the top of the xujiahe Formation represent a sedimentary response to the end-Triassic hyperthermal event.

Anti-PD1 antibody and not anti-LAG-3 antibody improves the antitumor effect of photodynamic therapy for treating metastatic breast cancer

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast *** checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after PDT is *** study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of PDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the PDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by PDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-PDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-PDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CRT)by immunohistochemistry and *** checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after *** combining PDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were *** HpD-PDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CRT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be *** checkpoints on T cells,especially PD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-PDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-PDT *** PDT combined with anti-PD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with ***-PDT could not combat metastatic breast ***1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after ***-PD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-PDT for treating metastatic breast cancer.

针对最大似然DOA估计算法需要多维搜索、计算量大且面临着在网格估计的问题,该文提出一种基于泰勒展开的离网格交替投影最大似然算法。该方法首先利用交替投影将多维搜索转化为多个1维搜索,获得对应预设大网格的粗估计结果;再利用矩阵求导理论将1维代价函数在粗估计结果处进行2阶泰勒展开;最后通过对2阶泰勒展开求偏导并令导数等于零,求得离网参数的闭式解。与交替投影最大似然算法相比,该方法突破了搜索网格大小的限制,在保证算法精度的同时,有效减少了算法的在网格计算点数,提升了运算效率。仿真结果证明了该算法的有效性。

这是一篇陶瓷及复合材料领域的论文。为了提高粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷材料的性能,利用Al_(2)O_(3)修饰液对样品进行表面处理,并对其开展物理、力学性能、吸附效果和微观实验。结果表明:烧结温度越高,多孔陶瓷的气孔率与吸水率越小,强度和表观密度越大,在1100℃的温度条件下,多孔结构烧结成型的效果较佳;当修饰液的浓度从0增至50 mol/L,多孔陶瓷的饱和吸附率增加了4.5倍左右,同时密实度和强度也显著提高;氧化铝修饰液的表面改性效应对钙长石晶体的形成起到促进作用,使得孔陶瓷的强度与吸附性能显著提升。

利用热重-质谱联用技术对烟梗热解特性进行研究,在氮气气氛下分析升温速率和粒径对烟梗热解焦油类产物的析出特性影响。结果表明:烟梗热解析出焦油类产物主要有苯、甲苯、苯胺、苯酚、糠醛,升温速率为20 K/min的80目烟梗颗粒热解焦油类产物相对累积量分别为240.55×10^(-12)、184.29×10^(-12)、93.71×10^(-12)、147.50×10^(-12)、154.64×10^(-12)A/mg。其中苯和甲苯主要在木质素热解阶段析出,糠醛主要在半纤维素和纤维素热解阶段析出,苯酚在两个阶段均有较大析出。烟梗热解焦油类产物析出强度随升温速率的增大而增强,粒径为80目的烟梗颗粒热解析出焦油产量最大,150目最小。

数字乡村是乡村振兴的重要战略方向,明确数字乡村的实现机制,有利于整体带动和提升农业农村现代化发展。本文通过对两个转型较为成功的国家数字乡村试点地区开展跟踪调研,将所获访谈及政策等文本进行扎根理论分析,总结提炼出数字乡村的实现机制理论模型框架。研究发现,组织保障、硬件升级、服务提质、典型示范、经验扩散是传统乡村实现数字乡村的五个关键环节。通过对治理结构的“有效”调适、主体行动的“持续”深化、经验成效的“整体”扩散,共同呈现出数字乡村的实现机制。对此,本文提出贯穿于数字乡村建设全过程的政策建议,并提出在未来数字乡村的实践过程中,应进一步重视数字乡村治理结构的动态化、建设目标的柔性化、典型检验的严格化等议题。
