High fecundity is a common characteristic of insect pests which increases the difficulty of population ***/threonine kinase Akt is an indispensable component of the insulin signaling *** of LsAkt severely hinders reproduction in Lasioderma serricorne,a stored product insect ***,the post-transcriptional pathway of LsAkt in *** remains *** study identified 2 binding sites of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 in the coding sequences of *** expression profiles of 2 microRNAs(miRNAs)and LsAkt displayed an opposite pattern during the adult *** reporter assay showed that novel-mir50 and miR-9c-5p could downregulate the expression of *** of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 by injection of mimics inhibited the expression of LsAkt and reduced oviposition,decreased egg hatchability,and blocked ovarian *** also decreased the expression of genes involved in ovarian development(LsVg and LsVgR)and the nutritional signaling pathway(LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP),and reduced the phosphorylation of ***,injection of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 inhibitors induced the expressions of LsAkt,LsVg,LsVgR,LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP,enhanced Akt phosphorylation level,and accelerated ovarian *** of bovine insulin downregulated the expression of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 and upregulated the LsAkt *** also rescued the reproductive development defects associated with miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 overexpression,forming a positive regulatory loop of insulin *** results indicate that miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 regulates the female reproduction of *** by targeting Akt in response to insulin *** data also demonstrate the effects of the insulin/miRNA/Akt regulatory axis in insect reproduction.

Evaluation and projection of marine heatwaves in the South China Sea:insights from CMIP6 multi-model ensemble

This study evaluates the performance of 16 models sourced from the coupled model intercomparison project phase 6(CMIP6) in simulating marine heatwaves(MHWs) in the South China Sea(SCS) during the historical period(1982-2014), and also investigates future changes in SCS MHWs based on simulations from three shared socioeconomic pathway(SSP) scenarios(SSP126, SSP245, and SSP585) using CMIP6 models. Results demonstrate that the CMIP6 models perform well in simulating the spatial-temporal distribution and intensity of SCS MHWs,with their multi-model ensemble(MME) results showing the best performance. The reasonable agreement between the observations and CMIP6 MME reveals that the increasing trends of SCS MHWs are attributed to the warming sea surface temperature trend. Under various SSP scenarios, the year 2040 emerges as pivotal juncture for future shifts in SCS MHWs, marked by distinct variations in changing rate and amplitudes. This is characterized by an accelerated decrease in MHWs frequency and a notably heightened increase in mean intensity, duration, and total days after 2040. Furthermore, the projection results for SCS MHWs suggest that the spatial pattern of MHWs remains consistent across future periods. However, the intensity shows higher consistency only during the near-term period(2021-2050), while notable inconsistencies are observed during the medium-term(2041-2070) and long-term(2071-2100) periods under the three SSP scenarios. During the nearterm period, the SCS MHWs are characterized by moderate and strong events with high frequencies and relatively shorter durations. In contrast, during the medium-term period, MHWs are also characterized by moderate and strong events, but with longer-lasting and more intense events under the SSP245 and SSP585 scenarios. However,in the long-term period, extreme MHWs become the dominant feature under the SSP585 scenario, indicating a substantial intensification of SCS MHWs, effectively establishing a near-permanent state

A dissertation is a research report or scientific paper written by an author to obtain a certain degree. It reflects postgraduates’ research achievements and the educational quality of an institute, even a country. To construct an optimized quality evaluation system for postgraduate dissertation (QESPD), we summarized the influencing factors and invited 10 experienced specialists to rate and prioritize them based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Four primary indicators (innovation, integrity, scientificity and normativity) and 16 sub-indicators were selected to form the evaluation system. The order of primary indicators by weight, was innovation (0.4269), scientificity (0.2807), integrity (0.1728) and normativity (0.1196). The top five sub-dimensions were theoretical originality, scientific value, data reliability, design rationality and evidence credibility. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system, a case study was performed. In the case study, it was demonstrated that the established two-index-hierarchy QESPD in this study was a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system worthy of promotion and application.

质子陶瓷燃料电池(PCFCs)以质子作为载流子,具有独特的导电机制,能够在中低温度(400~700℃)下高效地将燃料中的化学能转化为电能,是一种极具发展前景的发电装置。然而,由于氧还原反应动力学迟缓,导致极化电阻占整个电池电阻的比重较大,因此,发展高活性、稳定型阴极材料或结构,对提高PCFCs性能有着重要作用,这也是当前的研究热点。通常情况下,这些阴极材料应同时具有足够高的导电率、结构稳定性、电催化活性等。本文对近年来PCFCs领域研究较多的单钙钛矿、双钙钛矿、Ruddlesden–Popper钙钛矿、尖晶石等阴极材料做了总结,并对PCFCs阴极材料在运行过程中存在的问题进行分析,包括提高阴极材料的质子传输特性和优化电解质/电极界面等,最后强调了未来PCFCs高性能阴极的可能的发展方向,为PCFCs的阴极材料设计提供了有益的参考。

乡村振兴是缩减城乡居民收入差距、推进基本公共服务均等化的重要举措,更是实现共同富裕的必由之路。文章在分析乡村振兴促进共同富裕的作用机制基础上,选取2011—2020年的省级面板数据,对二者之间的关系进行实证检验。结果发现:乡村振兴对共同富裕具有显著促进作用;分地区来看,在经济发达地区,乡村振兴对共同富裕的正向影响效应更为明显;中介效应检验发现,乡村振兴主要通过技术创新、绿色普惠金融、公共服务正向影响共同富裕,其中技术创新的中介作用最强、绿色普惠金融次之、公共服务最弱。因此,应扎实推进农业农村现代化建设,筑牢共同富裕根基底盘;着力建设技术创新引领高地,贯通科技循环通路;强化绿色普惠金融服务,延伸金融覆盖范围。打造多元化公共服务体系,加强社会保障供给,力求充分发挥乡村振兴对共同富裕的促进作用。

数字化转型对企业创新韧性的双重效应研究

以2010~2021年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,探讨数字化转型对企业创新韧性影响的作用机制,并深入分析不同生命周期特征的边界效应。研究发现:数字化转型与企业创新韧性之间存在显著的倒U形关系;对于企业生命周期不同阶段而言,成长期企业数字化转型显著促进企业的创新韧性,成熟和衰退期企业数字化转型与创新韧性仍呈现出倒U形关系,但衰退期企业数字化的赋能作用区间相对更低。进一步地,基于中间机制的分析结果也支持了上述结论。
