The lithium ionic conductingLa0.45Ce0.1Li0.27TiO3 has been synthesized by sol-gel method. This solid is the result of substitutional doping with Ce(IV) in La0.45Ce0.1Li0.27TiO3 compound. The aim of the replacement of La(III) by Ce(IV) is increase the number of vacancies in the structure and favors the ionic mobility. Structural characterization shows that the obtained material have the expected tetragonal P4/mmm perovskite structure. Chemical analysis shows that composition was homogeneus in all the sample. The bulk conductivity measured at room temperature is about the same as previously reported for its related lanthanum lithium titanate. However, the lower activation energy for ionic conduction encourages further searching for better conductors in this system.

Large quantities of spent hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts are available from petrochemical industry. Disposal of spent catalyst is a problem as it falls under the category of hazardous industrial waste due to its vanadium concentration. Most of these catalysts are usually supported on alumina containing a variable percentage of elements such as nickel or molybdenum. Hence these catalysts contain environmentally critical, and economically valuable metals such as molyb denum, vanadium, and, nickel. In this paper, a spent HDS catalyst was treated with caustic soda solution. Parameters such as temperature, time, and NaOH solution concentration have been studied thoroughly, in order to settle the appropriate conditions for the maximum recovery of molybdenum and vanadium. Under the best leaching conditions (20 %w NaOH, room temperature, 2 h) about 95% recovery of Mo and V was achieved, and the recovery of nickel obtained was of 99% in the form of NiAlO4.

Producing Brazilian Cerrado plants, especially ones endangered, is essential for your maintenance. In this way, fertilization is furthermore uncertain. Here, we demonstrate the impact of soil addition of nitrogen (N, 4.20, 18.90, 31.50, 44.10 and 59.85 mg·dm-3) and phosphorus (P, 9.56, 57.38, 95.62, 133.86 and 181.67 mg·dm-3) fertilizers levels on the development and on nutrients uptake by Jacaranda decurrens subsp. symmetrifoliolata (carobinha), species of the Brazilian Cerrado, in a long term pot trial. The N and P addition together increased plant height and N concentration in roots. N and P also increased the P concentration and content on the roots in young plants, but in the older plants, isolated effect of both was stronger than their combined action. The N addition promoted branching, production of dry leaves and dry xylopodium, contents of K, Ca and P on the leaves, and N content on the roots. However, the N reduced xylopodium diameter, leaf area, and Mg contents in the young plants, but increased them in the older plants. The P addition increased stem diameter and dry biomass, P concentration and N content on the leaves, Ca content on the roots and also reduced N concentration on the leaves. However, the P addition increased Mg concentration on the roots in the young plants and reduced it in the older plants. In general, N levels ranging between 25.69 - 38.85 mg·dm-3 and P levels between 84.39 - 109.23 mg·dm-3 promote more effectively the plant development. Thus, N and P fertilization can promote the aerial development of plant and a differential allocation of nutrients between the carobinha tissues.

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare laparoscopic (LPS) and laparotomy (LPT) approaches for endometrial cancer, and to assess intraoperative and postoperative results, disease-free survival and overall survival. Methods: We designed a prospective observational study, every patient diagnosed of endometrial cancer and subsidiary to surgical staging was included. Total hysterectomy, bilateral adnexectomy, pelvic lymphadenectomy were performed in every case. Paraaortic lymphadenectomy was performed depending on tumor histology. Results: 70 patients with endometrial cancer were enrolled, 49 (70%) were treated laparoscopically and 21 (30%) laparotomically. There was not statistical significant difference in the mean operative time, it was 183.06 ± 21.03 min (range 120 - 230) in the LPS group and 195.24 ± 28.39 min (range 130 - 240) in the LPT group, mean difference 12.16 (95% CI ﹣0.2 - 24). There was no difference in the number of lymph nodes resected. Mean blood loss was lower in the LPS group. There were less postoperative complications, 3 (6.12%) in the LPS group and 7 (33.3%) in the LPT group (p Conclusion: Laparoscopic approach for endometrial cancer offers similar results in terms of survival and oncological radicality as the laparotomic approach and a lower rate of complications, a quicker convalescence time and a shorter hospital stay.

Black locust(Robinia pseudoacacia L.),a species native to the eastern North America,was introduced to Europe probably in 1601 and currently extends over2.3×10~6 *** has become naturalized in all sub-Mediterranean and temperate regions rivaling Populus *** the second most planted broadleaved tree species worldwide after Eucalyptus *** wide-spreading planting is because black locust is an important multipurpose species,producing wood,fodder,and a source of honey as well as bio-oil and *** is also important for carbon sequestration,soil stabilization and re-vegetation of landfills,mining areas and wastelands,in biotherapy and *** Europe,black locust is drought tolerant so grows in areas with annual precipitation as low as 500-550 *** tolerates dry,nutrient poor soils but grows best on deep,nutrient-rich,well-drained *** is a fast-growing tree and the height,diameter and volume growth peak before the age of *** mostly regenerates vegetatively by root suckers under a simple coppice system,which is considered the most cost-effective management *** also regenerates,but less frequently,by stool *** early silviculture in production forests includes release cutting to promote root suckers rather than stool shoots,and cleaning-respacing to remove low-quality stems,reduce the number of shoots per stool,and adjust spacing between root *** addition,early,moderate and frequent thinning as well as limited pruning are carried out focusing on crop *** species is regarded as invasive in several European countries and its range here is expected to expand under predicted climate changes.

Obesity is a major worldwide health problem that is related to most chronic diseases,including male *** to its wide impact on health,mechanisms underlying obesity-related infertility remain *** this study,we report that mice fed a high-fat diet(HFD)for over 2 months showed reduced fertility rates and increased germ cell apoptosis,seminiferous tubule degeneration,and decreased intratesticular estradiol(E2)and E2-to-testosterone ***,we also detected a decrease in testicular fatty acid levels,behenic acid(C22:0),and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA,22:6n-3),which may be related to the production of dysfunctional ***,we did not detect any changes in the frequency of seminiferous tubule stages,sperm count,or rate of in vitro ***,there was an increase in spontaneous and progesterone-induced acrosomal exocytosis(acrosome reaction)in spermatozoa from HFD-fed *** data suggest that a decrease in E2 and fatty acid levels influences spermatogenesis and some steps of acrosome biogenesis that will have consequences for ***,our results add new evidence about the adverse effect of obesity in male reproduction and suggest that the acrosomal reaction can also be affected under this condition.

The Global Reaction Model describes a set of chemical reactions that can potentially occur during the process of obtaining silicon rich oxide (SRO) films, regardless of the technique used to grow such films which are an outside stoichiometry material. Particularly, chemical reactions that occur during the process of growing of SRO films by LPCVD technique are highlighted in this model. We suggest and evaluate either some types of molecules or resulting nanostructures and we predict theoretically, by applying the density functional theory, the contribution that they may have to the phenomenon of luminescence which is measured in SRO films. Also, we have calculated the opto-electronic properties of SRO films. The suggested model provides enough information required to identify the molecular structures resulting from the presence of defects in SRO films and also those corresponding to charged structures. It is also possible to detect the molecular structures which are modified due to the effect of heat treatment, and identify the presence of different oxidation states inclusive the formation of siloxanes.

目前,在新一代大规模互联网迅猛发展的背景下,产生的数据量也随之持续增长,这就导致用户的本地设备难以满足海量数据的存储和计算需求。与此同时,云计算作为一种经济高效且灵活的模式,具有易于使用、随用随付、不受时间和空间限制的优势,彻底改变了传统IT基础设施的提供和支付方式,可以有效解决无限增长的海量信息存储和计算问题。因此,在没有昂贵的存储成本和计算资源消耗的情况下,资源有限的用户可以采用云服务提供商(Cloud Service Provider,CSP)为用户提供所期望的服务。其中,基础设施即服务(Infrastructure as a Service,IaaS)作为云计算的三种服务类型之一,将虚拟化、分布式计算和网络存储等技术结合,可以在互联网上提供和租用计算基础设施资源服务(如计算、存储和网络)。故云计算依靠IaaS层提供的计算基础设施资源,使用户不再需要购买额外设备,从而大大降低使用成本,同时也为上层服务奠定基础。然而,随着云计算服务的不断发展,基于IaaS的安全问题引起人们的关注。为了系统了解IaaS的安全研究进展和现状,本文对IaaS的安全问题以及学术界和工业界的解决方案进行了详细调查。首先,本文介绍IaaS的相关理论基础并对分析不同类型的云安全威胁。然后,从学术界现有研究出发,分析IaaS提供的计算、存储和网络服务中存在的安全威胁,并调查现有的解决方案。此外,对工业界中云服务提供商的IaaS安全服务进行重点调查,包括数据安全、网络防护和其他安全服务等方面。最终,展望未来IaaS云安全在学术和工业环境中的发展趋势。

In the present work the synthesis of C60 produced in a conventional microwave oven from the decomposition of camphor resin is reported. The polycrystalline structure of the sample was determined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), the sample showed several phases, the main phase corresponds to fullerene C60 ordered in a Face-Centered Cubic structure (FCC), with two more structures: one orthorhombic system and the other the monoclinic system coexisting also with graphite 2H phase. It was observed in a Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), that the sample formed thin films of stacked carbon. Whereas in a High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HRTEM), measurements in Bright Field mode revealed that the main phase of the material is C60 ordered in FCC structure and the elemental composition and atomic bonding state can be determined by analyzing the energy with the electron microscope by Elesctron Energy- Loss Spectroscopy (EELS), technique allowed confirm all the phase C60 established with XRD observations.
