Transition metal-carbonate interfaces often act as active sites in heterogeneous catalytic *** interface between transition metal and metal carbonate exhibits a dynamic equilibrium during the CO2hydrogenation reaction,involving surface carbonate hydrogenation and ***,there have been few reports on engineering the activity of the interface between transition metal and alkaline earth metal carbonate for catalytic *** work demonstrated that the incorporation of CaH2in Ni/CaCO3enhances the CO2methanation activity of the *** CO2conversion for Ni/CaH2-CaCO3reached 68.5%at 400°C,which was much higher than that of the Ni/CaCO3（31.6%） and Ni/CaH2-CaO （42.4%） ***,the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts remained stable during the stability test for 24 h at 400°C and 8 *** research revealed that CaH2played a crucial role in promoting the activity of the Ni-carbonate interface for ***2could modify the electronic structure of Ni and tune the structural properties of CaCO3to generate medium basic sites （OH groups）,which are favorable for the activation of H2and ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） analysis combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that CO2activation occurs at the hydroxyl group （OH） on the CaH2-modified Ni-carbonate surface,leading to the formation of CO3H****,our study has confirmed that CO2methanation over the Ni/CaH2-CaCO3catalysts proceeds via the formate pathway.

Existing explanation methods for Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)lack the pixel-level visualization explanations to generate the reliable fine-grained decision *** there are inconsistencies between the explanation and the actual behavior of the model to be interpreted,we propose a Fine-Grained Visual Explanation for CNN,namely F-GVE,which produces a fine-grained explanation with higher consistency to the decision of the original *** exact backward class-specific gradients with respect to the input image is obtained to highlight the object-related pixels the model used to make *** addition,for better visualization and less noise,F-GVE selects an appropriate threshold to filter the gradient during the calculation and the explanation map is obtained by element-wise multiplying the gradient and the input image to show fine-grained classification decision *** results demonstrate that F-GVE has good visual performances and highlights the importance of fine-grained decision ***,the faithfulness of the explanation in this paper is high and it is effective and practical on troubleshooting and debugging detection.

In the paper, relativistic filamentation of intense laser beam in inhomogeneous plasma is investigated based on the nonparaxial region theory. The results show that, relativistic nonlinearity plays a main role in beam filamentation, and plasma inhomogeneity further reinforces the beam filamentation. The combination effects of relativistic nonlinearity and plasma inhomogeneity can generate particularly intense and short pulse laser. However, plasma inhomogeneity leads to obvious filamentation instability.

This paper presents a study on the improvement of wind field hindcasts for two typical tropical cyclones, i.e., Fanapi and Meranti, which occurred in 2010. The performance of the three existing models for the hindcasting of cyclone wind fields is first examined, and then two modification methods are proposed to improve the hindcasted results. The first one is the superposition method, which superposes the wind field calculated from the parametric cyclone model on that obtained from the cross-calibrated multi-platform （CCMP） reanalysis data. The radius used for the superposition is based on an analysis of the minimum difference between the two wind fields. The other one is the direct modification method, which directly modifies the CCMP reanalysis data according to the ratio of the measured maximum wind speed to the reanalyzed value as well as the distance from the cyclone center. Using these two methods, the problem of underestimation of strong winds in reanalysis data can be overcome. Both methods show considerable improvements in the hindcasting of tropical cyclone wind fields, compared with the cyclone wind model and the reanalysis data.
