A convenient numerical calculation method (inverse spline interpolation) for all-time apparent resistivity intransient electromagnetic method (TEM) is proposed in this paper. Characteristic of early and late normalized inductiveelectromotive force was investigated. According to the turning point, the transient process is divided into the earlyphase, the turning point, and the late phase. Afterwards, apparent resistivity is obtained through inverse spline interpo-lation in the early and the late phases, respectively. Finally, the resistivities of the early-time and the late-time wereconnected together by the turning point. The result shows that the inverse spline method is feasible and the method alsolays a foundation for initial model construction in the TEM automatic inversion.

目的利用两样本孟德尔随机化方法探讨肠道微生物与失眠之间的因果关系。方法使用了来自Mi BioGen联盟进行的最大的全基因组关联研究荟萃分析的肠道微生物群的汇总统计数据。失眠的汇总统计数据来自全基因组关联研究GWAS：失眠测量。采用逆方差加权、MR-Egger、加权中位数、简单众数法和加权众数法来研究肠道微生物群与失眠之间的因果关系。通过一系列敏感性分析来评估结果的稳定性。结果 MR分析显示柔膜菌纲（β=-0.86, OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25～0.71）和未知科（β=-0.86, OR=0.42,95%CI:0.25～0.71）对失眠具有保护作用。此外，本研究还发现了其他14个类群与失眠之间存在潜在因果关系（P<0.05），分别为草酸杆菌科（F=170.153,P=0.034)、马文布赖恩特菌属（F=162.702,P=0.006)、瘤胃球菌UCG002属（F=298.323,P=0.046)、罕见小球菌属（F=198.442,P=0.045)、厌氧棒状菌属（F=222.074,P=0.032)、伽玛变形菌纲（F=91.816,P=0.006)、巴斯德菌目（F=231.141,P=0.010)、巴斯德菌科（F=231.141,P=0.010)、毛螺菌科属（F=138.761,P=0.045)、消化球菌属（F=287.210,P=0.036)、活泼瘤胃球菌属（F=162.913,P=0.031)、多尔属（F=112.086,P=0.049)、解黄酮菌属（F=95.307,P=0.020)及未知属（F=89.189,P=0.001）。未检测到显著的异质性或多效性。结论孟德尔随机化结果显示柔膜菌纲、未知科和其他14个类群与失眠有因果关系。肠道微生物可能成为改善失眠的治疗方法之一。

ZnO nanorods were synthesized using the sol-gel method, and the effects of annealing temperature and Ce doping on the morphologies and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures were investigated in detail. The XRD measurements showed that the as-synthesized ZnO nanostructures had a hexagonal wurtzite structure. SEM images showed that uniform nanorods formed at 900 °C. Photoluminescence measurements showed an ultraviolet emission peak and a relatively broad visible light emission peak for the samples sintered at different temperatures. The UV emission peak bathochromically shifted when the annealing temperature rose from 850 to 1000 °C. Ce doping decreased the synthesized temperature of the ZnO nanorods to 500 °C, and the UV peaks hypsochromically shifted.

Objectives This paper aimed to investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus(DM)and explore the associated risk factors in a very elderly southwest Chinese *** From September 2015 to June 2016,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to obtain a representative sample of 1,326 participants over 80 years old living in *** presence of DM was based on fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-h plasma glucose(2-h PG)levels during an oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).A logistic regression model was used to calculate the odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of the potential associated *** The participants’mean age was 83.5±3.1 *** overall prevalence of DM was 27.4%.The prevalence was higher in males(30.2%)than females(24.7%)(P=0.02).The prevalence of DM increased with body mass index(BMI)and decreased with *** multivariate analysis suggested that male sex(OR=1.433;95%CI,1.116–1.843),hypertension(OR=1.439;95%CI,1.079–1.936),overweight or obesity(OR=1.371;95%CI,1.023–1.834),high heart rate(≥75 beats/min;OR=1.362;95%CI,1.063–1.746),and abdominal obesity(OR=1.615;95%CI,1.216–2.149)were all significantly positively correlated with ***,age was negatively correlated with DM(OR=0.952;95%CI,0.916–0.989).Conclusions The prevalence of DM and newly diagnosed DM in a very elderly southwest Chinese population was *** screening should be performed regularly in people aged≥80 years to ensure timely diagnosis of DM.

背景:国内目前在椎体增强技术(椎体成形及椎体后凸成形)中所使用的骨填充物输送管道其头端是平直、无法弯曲的。修复过程中,一般会选择在椎体内部采用对称地注入骨填充物的方式来保持椎体生物力学上的受力平衡,而传统的骨填充物输送管只能用于同侧椎体骨填充。目的:探讨应用弯角椎体成形装置修复胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的可行性。方法:纳入60例骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者,共72个椎体,其中8例为双节段,2例为3节段椎体骨折。全部应用弯角输送通道行经皮椎体成形术,记录手术时间、术中出血量、影像学资料,进行前瞻性自身对照,采用改良Oswestry功能障碍指数、目测类比评分和简易生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评价骨折修复效果,随访6个月-2年。结果与结论:160例患者骨折修复手术均顺利完成,50例单椎体手术时间为20-45 min,平均27 min;272个椎体中单个椎体骨水泥注入量为4.2-9.5 m L,平均6.4 m L。骨水泥分布未出现偏向单侧分布情况,未出现相关严重渗漏并发症;3治疗后1 d患者目测类比评分及ODI均较治疗前显著改善(P0.05);4治疗前生活质量良好患者比例占27%,治疗后1个月和末次随访时增至87%和92%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);5结果提示,应用弯角椎体成形装置行单侧椎弓根穿刺,可确保椎体骨水泥双侧对称分布,修复效果满意,是一种可行、简单、安全的新方法。

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

针对吊杯式移栽机膜上成穴移栽时膜面穴口大的问题,建立栽植机构的运动模型,通过分析栽植器的运动轨迹特性得出,当栽植器的运动轨迹为余摆线,且余摆线环扣最大横弦的距离等于轨迹线与地膜交点间的距离,栽植器在上拔阶段水平方向零速度点两侧打开,有利于减小膜面穴口尺寸。通过仿真分析和膜上移栽番茄盘苗试验得出,运动轨迹特征系数λ对膜面穴口的纵向尺寸影响显著,对横向尺寸和倾斜率影响不明显。随着λ值的增大,穴口纵向尺寸先减小然后增大,在移栽频率为50和55株·min^-1 时,λ为1.093的穴口纵向尺寸分别为10.12 cm和9.49 cm,是最小值;两种移栽频率条件下,随着λ值的增大,移栽株距分别从39.8 cm减小到33.5 cm和从39.1 cm减小到33.1 cm。该结论可用于指导吊杯式移栽机结构和工作参数的优选。
