Recently, bispecific T-cell engagers(BiTEs) and chimeric antigen receptor-modified T cells(CAR-Ts) have been shown to have high therapeutic efficacy in hematological tumors. CD87 is highly expressed in solid tumors with an oncogenic function. To assess their cytotoxic effects on invasive nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas(iNFPAs), we first examined CD87 expression and its effects on the metabolism of iNFPA cells. We generated CD87-specific BiTE and CAR/IL-12 T cells, and their cytotoxic effects on iNFPAs cells and in mouse models were determined. CD87 had high expression in i NFPA tissue and cell samples but was undetected in noncancerous brain samples. CD87×CD3BiTE and CD87 CAR/IL-12 T-cells showed antigenic specificity and exerted satisfactory cytotoxic effects, decreasing tumor cell proliferation in vitro and reducing existing tumors in experimental mice. Overall, the above findings suggest that CD87 is a promising target for the immunotherapeutic management of iNFPAs using anti-CD87 BiTE and CD87-specific CAR/IL-12 T cells.

以山东省临淄—临沂高速公路曹家顶隧道为工程背景,采用三维离散元数值计算软件3DEC建立分析模型,探究薄层状岩体条件下隧道冒顶机理。通过拱顶岩体离层监测及塑性区分析,指出原有锚杆支护体系无法有效控制冒落高度是造成拱顶冒落的根本原因。据此,提出锚索支护方案并进行支护参数优化分析,包括不同锚索长度、顶板锚索根数及边墙锚杆数量比3个参数。通过对数值计算结果进行分析,确定顶板范围内施作5根锚索,长度为5.5 m,边墙锚杆数量比0.5的锚索支护优化方案。选取具有冒顶风险的隧道区间开展锚索支护试验,监测数据显示,试验断面锚索平均轴力值比常规断面同位置处锚杆平均轴力值在拱肩下、拱肩上、拱顶位置分别提高65.1%、31%和8.5%,说明锚索支护体系相比锚杆支护体系可有效控制拱顶冒落。

基于楔齿形结构面形貌特征,制作3种不同形貌的结构面,研究了楔齿结构特征参数最大潜在接触面积比A_(0)在不同法向应力作用下对结构面剪切特性的影响规律。试验结果表明,结构面法向应力较小、A_(0)较大情况下的破坏模式主要是爬坡磨损,其剪切应力-位移曲线呈现滑移型;随着法向应力增大、A_(0)减小,破坏模式逐渐转变为爬坡切齿和完全剪断破坏,其剪切应力-位移曲线呈现峰值剪断Ⅰ型和峰值剪断Ⅱ型。法向应力增大限制了持续剪胀效应,而A 0的减小改变了迎坡面的受力,使凸起在发生剪断时的有效承载面积增大,从而影响结构面抗剪强度。基于试验结果提出了新的结构面抗剪强度模型,为岩石非对称凸起结构面抗剪强度计算提供了参考依据。

目的探讨术后血促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）水平在评估库欣病术后疗效中的价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月中国医学科学院，北京协和医学院，北京协和医院神经外科行手术治疗的208例库欣病患者的临床资料，包括患者的年龄、性... 详细信息

目的探讨术后血促肾上腺皮质激素（ACTH）水平在评估库欣病术后疗效中的价值。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年12月中国医学科学院，北京协和医学院，北京协和医院神经外科行手术治疗的208例库欣病患者的临床资料，包括患者的年龄、性别、术前MRI表现、肿瘤大小、原发或复发情况以及围手术期内分泌指标。根据术后血皮质醇水平将208例库欣病患者分为内分泌早期缓解组（简称早期缓解组，143例）和未缓解组（65例）。采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析方法探讨影响库欣病患者术后内分泌早期缓解的因素。绘制ROC曲线分析相应内分泌指标判断库欣病患者术后早期疗效的准确性。结果单因素分析结果显示，早期缓解组和未缓解组在术前血ACTH、术后ACTH方面的差异均存在统计学意义（P=0．028，P〈0．001）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，术后ACTH为库欣病患者术后内分泌早期缓解的影响因素（OR=0．955，95％CI：0．939～0．972，P〈0．001）。ROC曲线分析显示，术后血ACTH的预测最佳临界值为18．85pg／ml，曲线下面积为0．900（95％CI：0．855—0．945，P〈0．001），灵敏度为78．5％，特异性为88．1％。结论血ACTH为可评价库欣病术后早期疗效的指标之一，术后晨起血ACTH〈18．85gp/ml时提示内分泌缓解，但其对长期疗效的预测作用尚不明确。

Evaluation of Forest Damaged Area and Severity Caused by Ice-snow Frozen Disasters over Southern China with Remote Sensing

The accurate assessment of forest damage is important basis for the forest post-disaster recovery process and ecosystem management. This study evaluates the spatial distribution of damaged forest and its damaged severity caused by ice-snow disaster that occurred in southern China during January 10 to February 2 in 2008. The moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS)13 Q1 products are used, which include two vegetation indices data of NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and EVI(Enhanced Vegetation Index). Furtherly, after Quality Screening(QS) and Savizky-Golay(S-G) filtering of MODIS 13 Q1 data, four evaluation indices are obtained, which are NDVI with QS(QSNDVI), EVI with QS(QSEVI), NDVI with S-G filtering(SGNDVI) and EVI with S-G filtering(SGEVI). The study provides a new way of firstly determining the threshold for each image pixel for damaged forest evaluation, by computing the pre-disaster reference value and change threshold with vegetation index from remote sensing data. Results show obvious improvement with the new way for forest damage evaluation, evaluation result of forest damage is much close to the field survey data with standard error of only 0.95 and 1/3 less than the result that evaluated from other threshold method. Comparatively, the QSNDVI shows better performance than other three indices on evaluating forest damages. The evaluated result with QSNDVI shows that the severe, moderate, mild damaged rates of Southern China forests are 47.33%, 34.15%, 18.52%, respectively. By analyzing the influence of topographic and meteorological factors on forest-vegetation damage, we found that the precipitation on freezing days has greater impact on forest-vegetation damage, which is regarded as the most important factor. This study could be a scientific and reliable reference for evaluating the forest damages from ice-snow frozen disasters.

To the Editor:Cortisol is closely related to hemostasis.[1]In patients with hyperadrenalism,that is,Cushing syndrome(CS),a reduction in the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),an increased level of coagulation factors,and an increased risk of thrombosis have been repeatedly reported.[1,2]However,no studies reported the hemostatic status of patients with hypoadrenalism which is commonly seen in patients with pituitary diseases.
