Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted widespread attention because of their remarkable efficiency,low cost,and ease of ***,the operational stability of the PSCs still suffers from the corrosion of metal electrodes induced by metal-halide ***,we propose a feasible strategy for improving the stability of inverted PSCs by using magnetron-sputtered Mo rear *** with a bismuth(Bi)buffer layer prepared by thermal evaporation,the damage from the magnetron sputtering process toward the underlayers can be effectively ***,based on the Bi+Mo bilayer electrode,the inverted PSCs with a NiMgLiO hole transport layer exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 18.82%.In addition to their excellent stability at high temperatures,compact Mo films can inhibit the decomposition of Perovskite(Pvk)films in the *** PSCs with the Bi/Mo bilayer electrode maintained 97.9%of its initial efficiency,showing better stability than PSCs with the traditional Ag electrode after aging for 3000 h under continuous light illumination.

Recently,numerous mechanically robust synthetic hydrogels have been ***,unlike natural loading-bearing materials such as cartilages and muscles,most hydrogels have inherently contradictory requirements,obstructing the design of hydrogels with characteristics of robustness and rapid ***,we present a facile strategy for constructing mechanically robust and rapidly self-recoverable *** linear poly(acrylamide-co-itaconic acid)chains crosslink via coordination bonds and minimal chemical crosslinkers to form the hydrogel *** design endows the coordination interactions to be asymmetrically *** deformation,the coordination interactions exhibit a reversible dissociation-and-reorganization property,demonstrating a new mechanism for energy dissipation and stress ***,the hydrogels possess tensile strength up to 12.5 MPa and toughness up to 28.2 MJ/***,the inherent dynamic nature of the coordination bonds imparts these hydrogels with stretch rate-and temperature-dependent mechanical behavior as well as excellent self-recovery *** method employed in this study is universal and is applicable to other polymers with load-bearing yet rapid recovery *** study will facilitate diverse applications of most metallosupramolecular hydrogels.

Most animal spinal cord injury models involve a laminectomy,such as the weight drop model or the transection ***,in clinical practice,many patients undergo spinal cord injury while maintaining a relatively complete spinal ***,open spinal cord injury models often do not simulate real injuries,and few previous studies have investigated whether having a closed spinal canal after a primary spinal cord injury may influence secondary ***,we aimed to assess the differences in neurological dysfunction and pathological changes between rat spinal cord injury models with closed and open spinal ***-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three *** the sham group,the tunnel was expanded only,without inserting a screw into the spinal *** the spinal cord injury with open canal group,a screw was inserted into the spinal canal to cause spinal cord injury for 5 minutes,and then the screw was pulled out,leaving a hole in the vertebral *** the spinal cord injury with closed canal group,after inserting a screw into the spinal canal for 5 minutes,the screw was pulled out by approximately 1.5 mm and the flat end of the screw remained in the hole in the vertebral plate so that the spinal canal remained closed;this group was the modified model,which used a screw both to compress the spinal cord and to seal the spinal *** 7 days post-operation,the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan scale was used to measure changes in neurological ***-eosin staining was used to assess *** evaluate the degree of local secondary hypoxia,immunohistochemical staining and western blot assays were applied to detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Compared with the spinal cord injury with open canal group,in the closed canal group the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan scores were lower,cell morphology was more irregular,the percentage of morphologically normal neurons was lower

We present results from our Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope(GMRT)HⅠ,Himalayan Chandra Telescope(HCT)Hα,1 m Sampurnanand Telescope(ST)and 1.3 m Devasthal Fast Optical Telescope(DFOT)deep optical observations of the NGC 7805/6(Arp 112)system to test KUG 2359+311’s tidal dwarf galaxy(TDG)candidacy and explore the properties of the interacting *** GMRT HⅠmap shows no HⅠdetection associated with KUG 2359+311,nor any HⅠtail or bridge-like structure connecting KUG 2359+311 to the NGC 7805/6 *** HCT Hαimage,on the other hand,displays strong detections in KUG 2359+311,with net SFR0.035±0.009 M_(⊙)yr^(-1).The Hαdata constrain the redshift of KUG 2359+311 to 0.00≤z≤0.043,compared to the redshift of NGC 7806 *** detected to date have all been HⅠrich,and displayed HⅠ,ionised gas and stellar tidal debris trails(bridges or tails)linking them to their parent ***,neither our HⅠdata nor our optical imaging,while three magnitudes deeper than SDSS,reveals a tidal trail connecting KUG 2359+311 to NGC 7805/*** of HⅠ,presence of an old stellar population,ongoing star formation and reasonably high SFR compared to normal dwarf galaxies suggest that KUG 2359+311 may not be an Arp 112 *** is most likely a case of a regular gas-rich dwarf galaxy undergoing a morphological transformation after having lost its entire gas content to an interaction with the Arp 112 *** and metallicity from future spectroscopic observations of KUG 2359+311 would help clarify the nature of this enigmatic structure.

A maser spectral line system is newly implemented on the Urumqi 25m Radio Telescope. The system consists mainly of a cooling receiver and a 4096 channels digital correlation spectrometer. The frequency resolution of the spectrometer at the maximum signal bandwidth of 80MHz is 19.5kHz. After careful calibrations observation at the 1665 MHz OH maser emission was made towards a number of sources, including W49N and W75N. The observed results demonstrate that the digital correlation spectrometer is suitable for astronomical spectral line observations.

Crohn’s disease(CD)is a complex and relapsing gastrointestinal disease with mesenteric *** mesenteric neural,vascular,and endocrine systems actively take part in the gut dysbiosis-adaptive immunity-mesentery-body axis,and this axis has been proven to be *** abnormalities of morphology and function of the mesenteric component are associated with intestinal inflammation and disease progress of CD via responses to afferent signals,neuropeptides,lymphatic drainage,adipokines,and functional *** hypertrophy of mesenteric adipose tissue plays important roles in the pathogenesis of CD by secreting large amounts of adipokines and representing a rich source of proinflammatory or profibrotic *** vascular alteration,including angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis,is concomitant in the disease course of *** note,the enlarged and obstructed lymphatic vessels,which have been described in CD patients,are likely related to the early onset submucosa edema and being a cause of *** function of mesenteric lymphatics is influenced by endocrine of mesenteric nerves and ***,the structure of the mesenteric lymphatic vessels in hypertrophic mesenteric adipose tissue is mispatterned and ruptured,which can lead to lymph *** lymph factors can in turn stimulate adipose tissue to proliferate and effectively elicit an immune *** identification of the role of mesentery and the crosstalk between mesenteric tissues in intestinal inflammation may shed light on understanding the underlying mechanism of CD and help explore new therapeutic targets.

The developmental competence of porcine parthenotes cultured in porcine zygote medium-3 （PZM-3） and North Carolina State University-23 （NCSU-23） media was investigated. After in vitro maturation oocytes were electro-activated, and the subsequent developmental competence, rates of apoptotic, fragmented and arrested embryos from the two media were evaluated. Also, the ratio of mRNA expression of Bcl-2 and Bax gene was determined. Results demonstrated that cleavage, blastocyst, hatched blastocyst rates, and blastocyst cell numbers were significantly higher in PZM-3 than in NCSU-23. The rate of fragmented embryos in PZM-3 was lower than in NCSU-23 on d 1 and 3 （P〈0.05） while the percentage of arrested embryo was lower in PZM-3 than in NCSU-23 on d 4 and 5 （P〈0.05）. TUNEL positive signals were higher in NCSU-23 than in PZM-3 from d 3 to 7 （P〈0.05）. The ratios of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression in embryos were higher on d 5 than on d 3 and 1 in PZM-3 （P〈0.05）. In contrast, the ratios of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression in embryos on d 1 were higher than on d 3 and 5 in NCSU-23 （P〈0.05）. Additionally, the ratios of Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA expression in embryos in PZM-3 were higher than in NCSU-23 on d 3 and 5 （P〈0.05）. In conclusion, lower apoptotic embryo rates and down-regulating Bax together with up-regulating expression of Bcl-2 transcripts may be responsible for the better developmental competence of porcine parthenotes in PZM-3.

Grain-size distribution data,as a substitute for measuring hydraulic conductivity(K),has often been used to get K value *** grain-size distribution data of 150 sets of samples being input data,this study combined the Artificial Neural Network technology(ANN)and Markov Chain Monte Carlo method(MCMC),which replaced the Monte Carlo method(MC)of Generalized Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation(GLUE),to establish the GLUE-ANN model for hydraulic conductivity prediction and uncertainty *** means of applying the GLUE-ANN model to a typical piedmont region and central region of North China Plain,and being compared with actually measured values of hydraulic conductivity,the relative error ranges are between 1.55%and 23.53%and between 14.08%and 27.22%respectively,the accuracy of which can meet the requirements of groundwater resources *** global best parameter gained through posterior distribution test indicates that the GLUEANN model,which has satisfying sampling efficiency and optimization capability,is able to reasonably reflect the uncertainty of hydrogeological ***,the influence of stochastic observation error(SOE)in grain-size analysis upon prediction of hydraulic conductivity was discussed,and it is believed that the influence can not be neglected.
