Effect of Danhong Injection(丹红注射液)on Improving Coronary Microcirculation Injury after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Danhong Injection(丹红注射液)on improving microcirculatory injury after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A randomized controlled trial was conducted and 90 patients were enrolled.A random sequence was generated using statistical analysis *** with microcirculatory injuries after PCI were randomly divided into 3 groups for treatment(30 subjects in each group):Danhong Injection group:after PCI,Danghong Injections were given with intravenous administration with 40 mL twice a day for a week;statins intensive group:after PCI,atorvastatin calcium tablets were given oral medication with 80 mg once,and then atorvastatin 40 mg daily for 1 week;the control group:after PCI,atorvastatin calcium tablets were given oral medication with 10–20 mg daily for 1 *** index of microcirculation resistance(IMR)was used to assess microcirculatory injury during *** IMR of the target vessel was reexamined after 1 week of drug ***:After one week's drug treatment,IMR was significantly decreased in both statins intensive group and Danhong Injection group compared with the control group(P<0.01),but no difference was found between statins intensive group and Danhong injection group(14.03±2.54 vs.16.03±5.72 U,P=0.080).Conclusions:The efficacy of Danhong Injection is non-inferior to *** use of Danhong Injection after PCI can effectively improve coronary microcirculation injury after PCI.

A semantic vector map-based approach for aircraft positioning in GNSS/GPS denied large-scale environment

Accurate positioning is one of the essential requirements for numerous applications of remote sensing data,especially in the event of a noisy or unreliable satellite *** this end,we present a novel framework for aircraft geo-localization in a large range that only requires a downward-facing monocular camera,an altimeter,a compass,and an open-source Vector Map(VMAP).The algorithm combines the matching and particle filter *** vector and correlation between two building contour vectors are defined,and a coarse-to-fine building vector matching(CFBVM)method is proposed in the matching stage,for which the original matching results are described by the Gaussian mixture model(GMM).Subsequently,an improved resampling strategy is designed to reduce computing expenses with a huge number of initial particles,and a credibility indicator is designed to avoid location mistakes in the particle filter *** experimental evaluation of the approach based on flight data is *** a flight at a height of 0.2 km over a flight distance of 2 km,the aircraft is geo-localized in a reference map of 11,025 km~2using 0.09 km~2aerial images without any prior *** absolute localization error is less than 10 m.

Novel high-voltage cathode for aqueous zinc ion batteries:Porous K_(0.5)VOPO_(4)·1.5H_(2)O with reversible solid-solution intercalation and conversion storage mechanism

Cathode materials that possess high output voltage,as well as those that can be mass-produced using facile techniques,are crucial for the advancement of aqueous zinc-ion battery(ZIBs)applications,Herein,we present for the first time a new porous K_(0.5)VOPO_(4)·1.5H_(2)O polyanionic cathode(P-KIVP)with high output voltage(above 1.2 V)that can be manufactured at room temperature using straightforward coprecipitation and etching *** P-KVP cathode experiences anisotropic crystal plane expansion via a sequential solid-solution intercalation and phase co nversion pathway throughout the Zn^(2+)storage process,as confirmed by in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction and ex-situ X-ray photoelectron *** to other layered vanadium-based polyanionic materials,the P-KVP cathode experiences a progressive decline in voltage during the cycle,which is demonstrated to be caused by the irreversible conversion into amorphous VO_(x).By introducing a new electrolyte containing Zn(OTF)_(2) to a mixed triethyl phosphate and water solution,it is possible to impede this irreversible conversion and obtain a high output voltage and longer cycle life by forming a P-rich cathode electrolyte interface *** a proof-of-concept,the flexible fiber-shaped ZIBs based on modified electrolyte woven into a fabric watch band can power an electronic watch,highlighting the application potential of P-KVP cathode.

Establishment and evaluation of a prognostic model for patients with unresectable gastric cancer liver metastases

Microplastics(MPs)have become a significant concern for their potential ***,the correlation between the size of plastic particles and their toxicity remains ***,we investigate the toxic effects of different sizes(80 nm,800 nm,8μm and 80μm)polystyrene MPs(PS-MPs)on the model organism Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus).The results of bioluminescent imaging indicate that the 80 nm PS-MPs are more likely to invade the body.H&E staining shows severe damage on the intestinal villi and distinct hepatic steatosis in the 80 nm *** U labeling shows that the proliferation activity of intestinal and liver cells reduces significantly in the 80 nm *** gut microbiome analysis shows a severe imbalance of gut microbiota homeostasis in the 80 nm *** analysis of liver transcriptomics and metabolomics shows that the liver lipid metabolism is disordered in the 80 nm *** conclusion,this study confirms that the 80 nm PS-MPs are more likely to induce intestinal and liver *** the above lay the foundation for further study on the pathological damage of MPs to other organisms.
