Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a clinical syndrome of myocardial ischemia and necrosis caused by acute blocking of the coronary *** complicated by cardiogenic shock(CS),it has an extremely high mortality.(1,2)Early reperfusion therapy combined with left ventricular assist device(LVAD)can raise the survival rate to 58.8%–60.9%.(3)We report a case of successful treatment with integrated Chinese and Western medicine on acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction complicated by refractory CS.

In the context of global warming and intensified human activities,glacier instability in plateau regions has increased,and glacier debris flows have become active,which poses a significant threat to the lives and property of people and socioeconomic *** mass movement process of glacier debris flows is extremely complex,so this paper uses the 2018 Sedongpu glacier debris flow event on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as an example and applies a numerical simulation method to invert the whole process of mass *** view of the interaction between phases in the process of motion,we use the fluid-solid coupling method to describe the mass *** granular-flow model and drift-flux model are employed in FLOW3D software to study the mass movement process of glacier debris flows and explore their dynamic *** results indicate that the glacier debris flow lasted for 700 s,and the movement process was roughly divided into four stages,including initiation,scraping,surging and deposition;the depositional characteristics calculated by the fluid-solid coupling model are consistent with the actual survey results and have good reliability;strong erosion occurs during the mass movement,the clear volume amplification effect,and the first wave climbs 17.8 m across the *** fluid-solid coupling method can better simulate glacier debris flows in plateau regions,which is helpful for the study of the mechanism and dynamic characteristics of such disasters.

Nowadays,lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)play a crucial role in modern society in the aspect of portable electronic devices and large-scale smart ***,the current performance of lithium-ion batteries has been unable to meet the growing expectations of society and scientific ***,we have synthetically investigated availability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer as anode based on DFT for LIBs *** findings have demonstrated that 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer is a semiconductor with a small band gap of 0.2 eV,which suggest that the electronic property of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer would take place an evident shift from semiconductor property to metallic property after Li ***,we checked the stability of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer and investigated the viability of exfoliation from bulk multilayer Ni-TABQ to form 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer in the light of exfoliation energy and binding *** continuously studied electrochemical properties of 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer with respect of theoretical specific capacity,Li-ion diffusion barriers and open-circuit *** the charging process,2D Ni-TABQ monolayer can achieve a high specific capacity of 722 m Ah/g with an open-circuit voltage range from 1.12 V to 0.22 *** aforementioned results make the 2D Ni-TABQ monolayer a promising anode for LIBs.

The spent lithium-ion batteries recovery has been brought into focus widely for its environmental imperatives and potential profits from the metal components,such as lithium,cobalt,nickel and ***,the weaker pollution and fewer profits of LiMn2O4cathode dispel the enthusiasm and responsibility of industry ***,a simplified and efncient method to regenerate the sodium-ion cathode materials and separate Li from spent LiMn2O4materials for the profit improvement is *** detail,adjusting the parameters of carbothermal reduction process appropriately,the LiMn2O4spinel structure is destroyed within a short period time and transformed into simple metal *** anticipated,nearly 95 wt.%lithium can be obtained and recovered during the water leaching,while 99 wt.% of manganese can be extracted in acid *** that the leaching residue can return to the carbothermic reduction,leading to a closed-loop economic recycling *** regenerated Na0.67Ni0.3Mn0.7O2cathode displays excellent electrochemical performance with superior cycling stability(the initial capacity reaches 95.9 mAh·g-1,and the retention rate reached 98.3% after 100 cycles at 1 C).The delicate strategy of sodium-ion cathode material regenerated from spent LiMn2O4aims to realize lithium separation and material utilization of manganese simultaneously,providing the instructive suggestion to rise up the recycling profits of spent batteries.

目的总结益气活血类方治疗心力衰竭临床研究的热点演变及研究不足,并且预测发展趋势。方法检索中国知网和Web of Science数据库(CNKI)建库至2022年11月1日期间有关益气活血类方治疗心力衰竭的相关临床研究文献,借助CiteSpace 6.1R4软件来完成文献研究作者、机构、关键词等可视化研究分析。结果1988—2022年有关益气活血类方治疗心力衰竭的文章整体呈波动上升趋势。发文最多的作者为张艳,辽宁中医药大学(含附属医院)、北京中医药大学(含附属医院)等机构的发文数量较多。根据高频关键词可知研究热点主要集中于证型(气虚血瘀等)、治法(益气活血、活血利水、益气温阳等)、疗效评价标准(心功能、生活质量、脑钠肽等)、合并疾病(冠心病等)。关键词突变、时间线图综合分析显示,益气活血类方治疗心力衰竭的治疗方式、评价标准都呈现多元化趋势。文献横向分析提示,目前临床报告规范仍存在较大的提升空间,疗效评价指标描述存在偏于主观等问题。结论益气活血类方治疗心力衰竭的相关临床研究领域,不同研究机构、团队间的合作仍需进一步加强,以便开展多中心大样本的高质量研究;心力衰竭的证型、治法、疗效评价标准以及合并疾病是目前的研究热点,但在临床报告规范方面仍有待完善,建议制定客观、科学的诊疗标准及报告规范,进一步探索中医或中西医结合治疗心力衰竭的临床优势。

In contrast to the traditional Western approach to macro-fiscal management,China’s proactive fiscal policy is founded on a people-centered development philosophy and,with distinctive Chinese characteristics,is a significant policy innovation of macroeconomic management in the Chinese *** there are notable distinctions between the Western“Keynesian”and the“nonKeynesian”schools of thought,both of these approaches’core policy goals and methodological roots are the same,composing the traditional Western macro-fiscal *** approach faces increasing real ***’s proactive fiscal policy,however,places greater emphasis on future potential growth rates in addition to equilibrium between supply and demand,achieving a fiscal policy transformation with a new *** this paper we argue that with such a new approach,China should reconsider the nature and reasonable level of the fiscal deficit,the function and risk assessment criteria of government debt,the scope and effects of reductions in taxes and fees,its approach and focus of demand management,and the costs and resulting efficiencies of policies in order to develop a new fiscal policy paradigm that is more in line with its stated goals.

Objective:To investigate the involvement of endothelial cells(ECs)-derived exosomes in the antiapoptotic effect of Danhong Injection(DHI)and the mechanism of DHI-induced exosomal protection against postinfarction myocardial ***:A mouse permanent myocardial infarction(MI)model was established,followed by a 14-day daily treatment with DHI,DHI plus GW4869(an exosomal inhibitor),or *** saline(PBS)-induced ECs-derived exosomes were isolated,analyzed by miRNA microarray and validated by droplet digital polymerase chain reaction(ddP CR).The exosomes induced by DHI(DHI-exo),PBS(PBS-exo),or DHI+GW4869(GW-exo)were isolated and injected into the peri-infarct zone following *** protective effects of DHI and DHI-exo on MI hearts were measured by echocardiography,Masson's trichrome staining,and TUNEL apoptosis *** Western blotting and quantitative reverse transcription PCR(qR T-PCR)were used to evaluate the expression levels of miR-125b/p53-mediated pathway components,including miR-125b,p53,Bak,Bax,and caspase-3 ***:DHI significantly improved cardiac function and reduced infarct size in MI mice(P<0.01),which was abolished by the GW4869 *** promoted the exosomal secretion in ECs(P<0.01).According to the results of exosomal miRNA microarray assay,30 differentially expressed miRNAs in the DHI-exo were identified(28 up-regulated miRNAs and 2 down-regulated miRNAs).Among them,DHI significantly elevated miR-125b level in DHI-exo and DHI-treated ECs,a recognized apoptotic inhibitor impeding p53 signaling(P<0.05).Remarkably,treatment with DHI and DHI-exo attenuated apoptosis,elevated miR-125b expression level,inhibited capsase-3 activity,and down-regulated the expression levels of proapoptotic effectors(p53,Bak,and Bax)in post-MI hearts,whereas these effects were blocked by GW4869(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:DHI and DHI-induced exosomes inhibited apoptosis,promoted the miR-125b expression level,and regulated the p53
