Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results for<10 CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.815,and 0.856,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion An M-RAP assay for SA,PA,and AB in blood samples utilizing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.

Synthesis and properties of polyfluorene copolymers bearing thiophene and porphyrin

To search for more wider absorption and higher charge carriers mobilities materials of polymer solar cell, a series of soluble alternating polyfluorene copolymers were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction. Their structures were determined by 1H NMR, IR and UV-vis. And their UV-vis absorption spectra indicated that they had strong absorption over 600 nm spectral range and nearly cover 400-700 nm visible region. The band gaps of copolymers calculated according to cyclic voltammetry （CV） were between 1.96 and 2.03 eV. Polymer：TiO2 bulk-heterojunction films were made from mixtures of polymer and titanium isopropoxide, a precursor for TiO2, via hydrolysis in air overnight. The photoluminescence at 380-800 nm of the blend film of PT-TPP20 （5 mg/mL）：Ti（OC3H7）4 （80 μL/mL）（20% volume fraction） was significantly quenched in the 50% Ti（OC3H7）4 blend film, indicating that rapid and efficient separation of photoinduced electron-hole pairs.

This letter studies large-disturbance stability of the power system with a synchronous generator(SG)and a converter-interfaced generation(CIG)connected to infinite *** power system is multi-timescale and first *** is shown that the boundary of region of attraction(ROA)of the simplified model is composed of stable manifolds of unstable equilibrium point(UEP)or semi-singular point(SSP),named anchor points,and singular surface *** type of anchor point determines the dominant instability pattern of the power *** the anchor point is UEP or SSP,the dominant instability pattern is the instability of rotor angle of SG or the instability of phase-locked loop and outer control loop(OCL)of CIG,*** of dominant instability pattern can be analyzed with the relative position relationship between UEP and *** effect of OCL is *** the OCL is activated,the ROA becomes smaller and the system is more prone to instability of *** is necessary to consider the OCL when studying the large-disturbance stability of the power system.

Electricity resonance-induced phase transition of water confined in nanochannels

The phase transition of water molecules in nanochannels under varying external electric fields is studied by molecular dynamics *** is found that the phase transition of water molecules in nanochannels occurs by changing the frequency of the varying electric *** molecules maintain the ice phase when the frequency of the varying electric field is less than 16 THz or greater than 30 THz,and they completely melt when the frequency of the varying electric field is 24 *** phenomenon is attributed to the breaking of hydrogen bonds when the frequency of the varying electric field is close to their inherent resonant ***,the study demonstrates that the critical frequency varies with the confinement *** new mechanism of regulating the phase transition of water molecules in nanochannels revealed in this study provides a perspective for further understanding of the phase transition of water molecules in nanochannels,and has great application potential in preventing icing and deicing.

Effect of different bottom blowing elements on stirring characteristics of molten bath in converter

The bottom blowing element is the key equipment to ensure the bottom blowing effect of the *** types of bottom blowing elements,dispersive type(D1),double circular seam(D2)and straight cylinder type(D3),were built,and the effects of bottom blowing element type on molten bath flow,wall erosion and furnace bottom erosion were *** was found that when the bottom blowing elements of dispersive type(D1)and double circular seam(D2)were used,the dead zone area in the lower part of the molten bath was smaller,and the high-speed zone area was larger;therefore,the stirring effect on the bottom melt was *** the straight cylinder type(D3)bottom blowing element was used,the gas penetrated the molten bath at a faster rate to reach the surface of molten bath and failed to disperse in the bottom molten bath,and the wall shear stress near the nozzle outlet was *** argon was blown by three different bottom blowing elements,the area of the wall shear stress greater than 3 Pa was 4.8,5.6 and 8.7 cm2,respectively,within 0.2 m of the bottom blowing nozzle outlet.

On-demand food delivery(OFD)is gaining more and more popularity in modern *** a kernel order assignment manner in OFD scenario,order recommendation directly influences the delivery efficiency of the platform and the delivery experience of *** paper addresses the dynamism of the order recommendation problem and proposes a reinforcement learning solution *** actor-critic network based on long short term memory(LSTM)unit is designed to deal with the order-grabbing conflict between different ***,three rider sequencing rules are accordingly proposed to match different time steps of the LSTM unit with different *** test the performance of the proposed method,extensive experiments are conducted based on real data from Meituan delivery *** results demonstrate that the proposed reinforcement learning based order recommendation method can significantly increase the number of grabbed orders and reduce the number of order-grabbing conflicts,resulting in better delivery efficiency and experience for the platform and riders.

Amphoteric Supramolecular Nanofiber Separator for High-Performance Sodium-Ion Batteries

The separator is an essential component of sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） to determine their electrochemical performances. However, the separator with high mechanical strength, good electrolyte wettability and excellent electrochemical performance remains an open challenge. Herein, a new separator consisting of amphoteric nanofibers with abundant functional groups was fabricated through supramolecular assembly of natural polymers for SIB. The uniform nanoporous structure, remarkable mechanical properties and abundant functional groups （e.g.-COOH,-NH2and-OH）endow the separator with lower dissolution activation energy and higher ion migration numbers. These metrics enable the separator to lower the barrier for desolvation of Na+, accelerate the migration of Na+, and generate more stable solid electrolyte interphase （SEI） and cathode electrolyte interphase（CEI）. The battery assembled with the amphoteric nanofiber separator shows higher specific capacity and better stability than that assembled with glass fiber （GF） separator.

Research on the influences of motion characteristics of jetting projectile charge under water

Shaped charge warhead is important for enhancing the damage performance of underwater *** paper used finite element analysis software and based on JPC water penetration experiments to examine the influence of liner parameters(wall thickness,material),charge aspect ratio,and stand-off distance on the movement characteristics of JPC in *** findings reveal that the head diameter of the JPC increases and experiences significant erosion after entering the water,the effective length of the JPC in water undergoes two distinct phases:a growth phase and a decrease phase,with the velocity of the JPC decaying *** the liner thickness,stand-off distance and the charge aspect ratio can improve the erosion resistance and the velocity retention capacity of the *** optimal ranges for liner thickness and stand-off distance are 0.0363D_(k) to 0.0545D_(k)(D_(k) is the charge diameter),the stand-off distance should be within 1.0D_(k).After the charge aspect ratio higher than 1.25,the charge structure exerts minimal influence the movement characteristics of the JPC in *** density plays a crucial role in the velocity decay pattern of the JPC during *** with higher densities exhibit superior velocity retention capabilities in water,with the velocity decay pattern converging if the densities are ***,copper,tantalum and tungsten liners are deemed appropriate for underwater shaped charge ***,the results will provide an important reference for the design of underwater shaped charge warhead.

Guest-adaptive chiral coassembly of a conformationally locked host into supramolecular boxes and ladders through arene-perfluoroarene force

Unveiling the role of weak non-covalent forces in chiral self-assembly is pivotal in the design and fabrication of functional chiroptical *** nature of arene-perfluoroarene(AP)force is the electrostatic attraction betweenπ-hole andπplanes of perfluoroarenes and polyaromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),which is emerging in constructing supramolecular motifs and coassembled optical *** this work,we reveal the potential of AP forces in building diversified levels of chiral coassemblies adaptive to the geometries of *** naphthalene-F8was covalently conjugated with a chiral amine,which folded into a semi-rectangular geometry via two intramolecular F···H *** of naphthalene,anthracene,pyrene,carbazole,perylene and benzoperylene were introduced to afford coassemblies in the crystalline state.X-ray structures suggest the formation of supramolecular boxes that encapsulate the PAHs with a 2:1 stoichiometric ratio,as well as the formation of consecutive layered ladders with a 1:1 stoichiometric *** preference is adaptive to the geometries of PAHs,and experimental and computational results evidenced the ladder structures possess strong binding *** this top,the selective chiral recognition in the mixtures of PAHs was realized,which shows promising applications in the separation of PAHs and rational design of crystalline chiroptical materials.
