Stereoscopic porous carbons have shown good potential in humic acid(HA) removal. In this work, a novel stereoscopic porous activated carbon(SPAC) was designed and synthesized via the self-assembly of a hydrogel based on food waste during in-situ polymerization, vacuum drying, carbonization, and activation. Then, the SPAC was functionalized with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES) and the adsorption behavior of the modified SPAC(SPAC-NH_2) was studied systematically. The effects of pH, contact time, initial concentration of HA, and adsorbent dose were investigated, showing that optimal HA removal efficiency(>98.0%) could be achieved at an initial HA concentration of 100 mg/L. The experimental adsorption isotherm data was fitted to the Langmuir model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 156.0 mg HA/g SPAC-NH_2. Analysis of the mechanism indicated that the removal of HA was mainly realized through the amidization reaction between the \COOH groups of HA and the \NH_2 groups of APTES. All of the above results showed that SPAC-NH_2 powder is an efficient,eco-friendly, and reusable adsorbent which is suitable for the removal of HA from wastewater.

A remote-control tether-less isolation tool is a mechanical device that is normally used in pipelines to block the flow at a given position by transforming a blocking module. In this study, the interactions between the fluid and the plug module of the isolation tool were investigated. Simulations of the plug process and particle image velocimetry measurements were performed to study the flow characteristics. Numerical solutions for the continuity, momentum, and energy equations were obtained by using commercial software based on finite-volume techniques. Box–Behnken design was applied, and response surface methodology（RSM）-based CFD simulation analysis was conducted. The dynamic model in the plug process was built by RSM and used to evaluate the influences of the main mechanical parameters on the pressure during the plug process. The diameter of the isolation tool and the diameter of the plug module have strong influences on the process, and the length of the isolation tool has only a little influence on the plug process.

Propeller cavitation is a problematic issue because of its negative effects, such as performances losses, noise,vibration and erosion. Numerical methodology is an effective and efficient technical tool for the study of propeller cavitation, however, it is hard to capture tip-vortex cavitation in the previous work by using common turbulence models based on turbulent-viscosity hypothesis. In this work, the Reynolds-Averaged Naiver-Stokes(RANS)approach, adopting the Reynolds stress turbulence model(RSM), is taken to study the unsteady characteristics of the cavitation on the four-bladed INSEAN E779 A model propeller. The numerical simulation was carried out using the commercial CFD software ANSYS Fluent 14.0. One kind of uniform wake flow and two kinds of nonuniform wake flows are considered here. The results in the uniform flow show a good agreement with previous experimental results on both the sheet cavitation and the tip vortex cavitation and prove the ability of the RSM on capturing the tip vortex cavitation. Two kinds of nonuniform wake flows are designed based on the previous experimental researches and the unsteady characteristics of the propeller cavitation are analyzed by comparing the results in the uniform and two nonuniform wake flows together.

17-4PH stainless steel powders were prepared using a supersonic nozzle in a close-coupled gas atomization system. The characteristics of powder particles were carried out by means of a laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and the X-ray diffraction （XRD） technique. The results show that the mass median particle diameter is about 19.15 prn. Three main types of surface microstructures are observed in the powders： well-developed dendrite, cellular, and cellular dendrite structure. The XRD measurements show that, as the particle size decreases, the amount of fcc phase gradually decreases and that of bcc phase increases. The cooling rate is inversely related to the particle size, i.e., it decreases with an increase in particle size.

目的探讨胃肠道错构瘤性内翻性增生性息肉(HIHP)的临床病理特征、诊断、不同组织学分型的基因改变及生物学行为。方法收集2013年1月至2024年3月空军军医大学第一附属医院诊断的10例HIHP的临床、超声、内镜及病理学资料,分析其临床病理特征、组织学形态,并对组织学进一步分为3个亚型,分析不同组织学分型与预后的关系。结果10例患者男性5例、女性5例;发病年龄为45~68岁,中位年龄为60.5岁;发生部位分别为:2例胃底、6例胃体、1例胃窦、1例十二指肠;消化内镜下为黏膜隆起性病变,1例(病例10)表面可见浅凹陷,病变最大径范围0.5~2.5 cm;超声内镜可呈多房囊性低密度影,分隔强化表现(病例4);临床术前诊断为息肉、异位胰腺或胃肠道间质瘤。组织学亚型分型2例有1型形态(与黏膜相通,有清晰的平滑肌边界),病例10有明确开口形成花瓶样形态,而病例4与表面黏膜无明显开口;3例2型形态(不与黏膜相通,有清晰的平滑肌边界);5例3型形态(不与黏膜相通,无清晰的平滑肌边界或增生的平滑肌分隔增生的腺体呈小叶结构),其中包括1例十二指肠病变(病例9),病变区内均为胃型腺体增生、扩张。病变区内腺体包含胃小凹、胃底腺及幽门腺,不同程度排列组合,伴随平滑肌增生。病例10间质合并平滑肌细胞瘤样增生,病例2及4腺体结构及细胞形态有不典型性,但免疫组织化学p53呈野生型表达模式及Ki-67阳性指数<1%,提示为炎症刺激后反应性不典型性改变。对3例不同分型(1型病例4、2型病例2、3型病例9)的HIHP进行了二代测序,结果显示3例有不同的基因突变,并未得出一致性基因改变。随访共1~130个月均无病生存。结论HIHP呈良性经过,未检测到一致性基因改变。消化道息肉样病变种类复杂,尤其是HIHP的1型和3型有独特的大体外观及镜下特点,需结合内镜、正确取材方式,以期诊断时明确该息肉类型并作亚型分型。

通过试验研究高性能公路路面合成纤维混凝土的配合比,以提升其抗裂特性和耐久性。通过聚丙烯纤维和减水剂掺量优化性能试验得到混凝土最优配合比。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维掺加对混凝土力学性能和抗裂性能产生重要影响,可提高混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、降低混凝土最大裂缝宽度与长度;通过对聚丙烯纤维混凝土流动性能、力学性能和抗裂性能综合影响分析可知,其最优掺量为1.2 kg·m^(-3)。减水剂对混凝土流动性能有较大影响;随着减水剂掺量增加,混凝土坍落度先增大后减小,扩展度先增大后减小;减水剂最优掺量为0.39 kg·m^(-3)。最优配合比制备的混凝土初始坍落度为270 mm,初始扩展度为610 mm;3 d、7 d和28 d的抗压强度分别为34.1 MPa、32.7 MPa和48.4 MPa;劈裂抗拉强度为3.58 MPa;最大裂缝长度为435 mm,最大裂缝宽度为0.20 mm。
