The Sanchazi mafic-ultramafic complex in Mianlüe tectonic zone,South Qinling can be subdivided into two blocks,*** paleo-magmatic arc and Zhuangkegou paleo-oceanic crust fragment (ophiolite).The Sanchazi paleo-magmatic arc is mainly composed of ande-site,basaltic and basalt-andesitic gabbro(or diorite),andesitic dyke,plagiogranite and minor ul-tramafric rocks,which have typical geochemical features of island arc volcanic rocks,such as high field strength element(***,Ti)depletions and lower Cr,Ni *** Light rare earth element (LREE) and K enrichments of these rocks and zircon xenocrystals of 900 Ma from plagiogranite suggest that this magmatic arc was developed on the South active continental margin of the South Qinling *** U-Pb age of (3.0±61) Ma for zircons from plagiogranite in-dicates that the Mianlüe paleo-oceanic crust was probably subducted underneath the South Qinling micro-continent in *** is consistent with the formation time (3.9Ma) of the Huwan eclogite originating form oceanic subduction in Dabie Mountains,suggesting that the Mianlüe paleo-ocean probably extended eastward to the Dabie Mountains in *** high-Mg adakitic rocks in Sanchazi paleo-magmatic arc suggest thet the subducted oceanic crust was relatively young (2.Ma) and hot.

This work presents a promising clinical molecular diagnostics for early stage lung cancer. This novel diagnostic method utilized the loopmediated isothermal amplification （LAMP）, micro fluidic chips and a confocal optical detector with a nonlinear fluorescent filter processor. An isothermal amplification based microfluidic chip for the early diagnostics of lung cancer was developed and a confocal optical detector was improved by a novel real-time fluorescent filter to sensitively monitor the DNA amplification procedure with high signal to noise ratio and fluorescence collecting ability. Experiment showed that a rapid diagnostic of lung cancer by detecting the existence of the CEA mRNA could be performed in only 5 laL of reaction assay in less than 45 min. While the traditional intube RTPCR set consumed more than 2. -μL of the assay and took more than 90 rain.

Optimization of Processing Parameters for Laser Powder Deposition using Finite Element Method

In order to investigate the effects of powder materials and processing parameters on thermal and stress field during laser powder deposition （LPD）, a finite element model was developed with the help of ANSYS software. The finite element model was verified by the comparison between the experimental results and computed results. Then LPD processes with different powder materials and processing parameters were simulated by using the FE model. The results show that less difference of thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient between powder material and substrate material produces lower residual stress; higher laser power, laser scanning speed and smaller laser beam diameter can lead higher peak temperature and higher residual stress. The research opens up a way to rational selection of the powder materials and processing parameters for ensured quality.

The effect of the Kerr nonlinearity on the transmission through the nanoslit gold film

This paper has made a theoretical study of enhanced transmission through a gold grating with arrays of subwavelength slits filled with nonlinear Kerr medium. The results of the research are based on rigorous finite-difference time domain calculations. The resonance transmission peaks in the investigated wavelength range are produced as a result of the surface plasmon resonance collaborated with the localized waveguide resonance. The paper also gives a detailed analysis of the influence exerted by various factors: thickness, third-order susceptibility and line refractive index of the nonlinear medium filled in the gold slits arrays and the incident intensity to the transmission. It is found that the small changes of parameters such as medium thickness, third-order susceptibility and line refractive index of the nonlinear medium filled in the gold slits arrays as well as the incident intensity can bring great changes of lateral shift and magnitude variation of the transmission resonance peaks. The report proposes that these phenomena can be applied to designing precise optical switches.

The spatial distribution of sub-pixel components has an impact on retrieval accuracy,and should be accounted for when inverting a three-dimensional adiative transfer model to retrieve leaf area index(LAI).To investigate this effect,we constructed three realistic scenarios with the same LAI values and other properties,except that the simulated plants had different *** implemented the radiosity method to subsequently produce synthetic bidirectional reflectance factor(BRF) datasets based upon these simulated *** inversion was conducted using these data,which showed that spatial distribution affects retrieval *** inversion was also conducted for LAI based on charge-coupled device(CCD) data from the Environment and Disaster Monitor Satellite(HJ-1),which depicted both forest and drought-resistant crop land *** showed that heterogeneity in coarse-resolution remote sensing data is the main error source in LAI *** spatial distribution of global fractal dimension index,which can be used to describe the area of sub-pixel components and their spatial distribution modes,shows good consistency with the coarse resolution LAI inversion error.

In vivo and in vitro biomineralization in the presence of the inner-shell film of pearl oyster

The inner shell surface is the biomineralization site in shell formation and an inner-shell film covers it. This surface is composed of two regions： an outer calcitic region and an inner aragonitic region. In this study, some amalgamated calcite crystals were found in the calcitic region and some aragonitic ＂imprints＂ were found in the central part of the aragonitic region. The ＂imprints＂ are probably the trace of mantle cells that adhered to the inner shell surface when the shell was produced. Furthermore, to build a novel in vitro biomineralization system, the inner-shell film was detached from the shell and introduced to the calcitic crystallization solution. Crystallization experiments showed that nacre proteins could induce aragonite crystals in the novel system but inhibited calcite growth in the absence of the inner-shell film. These data suggested that the inner-shell film may induce aragonite growth in vivo by combining nacre proteins.

The quantum anomalous Hall effect（QAHE） has unique advantages in topotronic applications, but it is still challenging to realize the QAHE with tunable magnetic and topological properties for building functional devices. Through systematic first-principles calculations, we predict that the in-plane magnetization induced QAHE with Chern numbers C = ±1 and the out-of-plane magnetization induced QAHE with high Chern numbers C = ±3.can be realized in a single material candidate, which is composed of van der Waals（vdW）coupled Bi and MnBi2.e4monolayers. The switching between different phases of QAHE can be controlled in multiple ways, such as applying strain or（weak） magnetic field or twisting the vdW materials. The prediction of an experimentally available material system hosting robust, highly tunable QAHE will stimulate great research interest in the field. Our work opens a new avenue for the realization of tunable QAHE and provides a practical material platform for the development of topological electronics.

Research on reservoir bed heterogeneity,interlayers and seal layers and controlling factors of 2.3.sands of upper second member,Shahejie Formation,in the west of the Pucheng Oilfield

Terminal fans have formed the sedimentary system of the 2.3.sands of the upper second member, Shahejie formation in the west of the Pucheng Oilfield, Bohai Bay Basin, East china. Based on well logging data and physical properties of the reservoir beds, the 2.3.sands were divided into 16 sublayers. The heterogeneity of reservoir beds and distribution of interlayers and seal layers in the 2.3.sands were investigated. The intra-layer heterogeneity and inter-layer heterogeneity primarily belong to the severely heterogeneous classification. The spatial differentiation of sedimentary microfacies resulted in a change of reservoir bed heterogeneity, strong in the middle and southern parts, weak in the northern part. Spatial distribution of interlayers and seal layers is dominated by sedimentary microfacies, and they are thick in north-eastern and middle parts, thin in the south-western part.

Microstructures of Sintered Mo-Cu Alloys with Mechanically Activated Powder

Mechanical activation and liquid phase sintering were used to manufacture high performance Mo-Cu alloy and develop new processes. The microstructures and properties of the alloy were investigated. The experimental results showed that: (1) the ball milled Mo/Cu powder has lamellar structure, (2. the microstructures of the sintered Mo-Cu alloy were homogenous compound structures of adhesive phase Cu linking Mo grains, (3. Mo grains frequently strung or gathered in Cu phase, and (4) the full densities of Mo-Cu alloy was achieved through sintering and special densification process. As a result, the properties of the alloy are good enough to satisfy various requirements.
