The complex physical properties of supercritical water(SCW)make the heat transfer characteristics of particles within a particle cluster *** heat transfer characteristics of single particle within a particle cluster in SCW,influenced by surrounding particles,have not been effectively *** numerical simulations were conducted to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of particle clusters in SCW under different *** results were compared and analyzed with those from constant property *** was found that Reynolds number(Re)and the void fraction of particle cluster have no special effects on the variation trends of Nusselt number(Nu)for the focused ***,the particle temperature had a significant effect on the variation trends of *** effect of Re on the heat transfer rate exponent(η)of the focused particle can be divided into two zones:a significant effect zone and a non-significant effect *** effect of void fraction onηin the non-significant effect zone was *** the non-significant effect zone,ηdecreased with the increasing particle *** the significant effect zone,the variation trends ofηbecame more *** fundamental reason for this series of phenomena is the changes in distribution of physical properties.A model forηwas developed for the non-significant effect *** model can filter out the effects of Re and certain particle cluster spatial configurations,and it demonstrates good predictive performance.

The development of aqueous zinc ion battery cathode materials with high capacity and high magnification is still a ***,porous vanadium oxide/carbon(p-VO_(x)@C,mainly VO_(2) with a small amount of V_(2)O_(3)) core/shell microspheres with oxygen vacancies are facilely fabricated by using a vanadium-based metal-organic framework(MIL-100(V)) as a sacrificial *** unique structure can improve the conductivity of the VO_(x),accelerate electrolyte diffusion,and suppress structural collapse during ***,H_(2)O molecules are introduced into the interlayer of VO_(x) through a highly efficient in-situ electrochemical activation process,facilitating the intercalation and diffusion of zinc *** the activation,an optimal sample exhibits a high specific capacity of 464.3 mA h g^(-1) at0.2 A g^(-1) and 395.2 mA h g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1),indicating excellent rate ***,the optimal sample maintains a capacity retention of about 89.3% after 2500 cycles at 10 A g^(-1).Density functional theory calculation demonstrates that the presence of oxygen vacancies and intercalated water molecules can significantly reduce the diffusion barrier for zinc *** addition,it is proved that the storage of zinc ions in the cathode is achieved by reversible intercalation/extraction during the charge and discharge process through various ex-situ analysis *** work demonstrates that the p-VO_(x)@C has great potential for applications in aqueous ZIBs after electrochemical activation.

Intelligent electronic devices(IEDs)are interconnected via communication networks and play pivotal roles in transmitting grid-related operational data and executing control *** the context of the heightened security challenges within smart grids,IEDs pose significant risks due to inherent hardware and software vulner-abilities,as well as the openness and vulnerability of communication *** grid security,distinct from traditional internet security,mainly relies on monitoring network security events at the platform layer,lacking an effective assessment mechanism for ***,we incorporate considerations for both cyber-attacks and physical faults,presenting security assessment indicators and methods specifically tailored for ***,we outline the security monitoring technology for IEDs,considering the necessary data sources for their security ***,we classify IEDs and establish a comprehensive security monitoring index system,incorporating factors such as running states,network traffic,and abnormal *** index system contains 18 indicators in 3 ***,we elucidate quantitative methods for various indicators and propose a hybrid security assessment method known as GRCW-hybrid,combining grey relational analysis(GRA),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and entropy weight method(EWM).According to the proposed assessment method,the security risk level of IEDs can be graded into 6 levels,namely 0,1,2,3,4,and *** higher the level,the greater the security ***,we assess and simulate 15 scenarios in 3 categories,which are based on monitoring indicators and real-world situations encountered by *** results show that calculated security risk level based on the proposed assessment method are consistent with actual ***,the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed index system and assessment method are validated.

Effects of interactions between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and bacteria on the growth of Lotus corniculatus L.:From the perspective of regulating rhizosphere fungal community

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)provide essential nutrients to crops and are affected by ***-solubilizing bacteria(PSB),nitrogen-fixing bacteria(NFB),and AMF have mutually beneficial relationships with plants,but the effects of their interactions on plant growth by regulating rhizosphere fungal community have not been sufficiently *** this study,a greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to investigate the interactions between AMF and bacteria(PSB and NFB)on the growth of Lotus corniculatus ***,the role of rhizosphere fungal community in the growth of Lotus corniculatus *** explored using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput *** results showed that combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB increased plant biomass,plant height,and fungal colonization *** richness,complexity,and stability of rhizosphere fungal community also increased after combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and/or NFB,particularly with *** addition,combined inoculation of AMF with PSB and NFB enriched the abundance of beneficial microorganisms,with Chaetomium and Humicola showing the greatest *** structural equation model showed that the interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB promoted plant growth by affecting fungal network structure and soil enzyme activities involved in carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus *** findings provide evidence for the effects of interactions of AMF with PSB and NFB on rhizosphere fungal community and plant growth.

Root exudates serve as crucial mediators for information exchange between plants and soil,and are an important evolutionary mechanism for plants’adaptation to environmental *** this study,15 different abiotic stress models were established using various stress factors,including drought(D),high temperature(T),nitrogen deficiency(N),phosphorus deficiency(P),and their *** investigated their effects on the seedling growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and the activities of Solid-Urease(S-UE),Solid-Nitrite Reductase(S-NiR),Solid-Nitrate Reductase(S-NR),Solid-Phosphotransferase(S-PT),and Solid-Catalase(S-CAT),as well as the contents of polysaccharides in the culture *** results showed that the growth of *** was inhibited under 15 stress *** them,13 stress conditions increased the root-shoot *** 15 stress conditions significantly reduced the activity of S-NR,two combinations significantly improved the activity of S-NIR,they were synergistic stresses of high temperature and nitrogen deficiency(TN),and synergistic stresses of drought and nitrogen deficiency(DN)(p<0.05).The activity of S-UE was significantly improved under N,D,T,synergistic stresses of drought and high temperature(DT),DN,synergistic stresses of drought and phosphorus deficiency(DP),and synergistic stresses of high temperature,nitrogen,and phosphorus deficiency(TNP)stress conditions(p<0.05).Most stress combinations reduced the activity of S-PT,but D and T significantly improved it.(p<0.05).The N,DN,and TN stress conditions significantly reduced S-CAT *** P,DT,and synergistic stresses of drought,high temperature,and phosphorus deficiency(DTP)significantly decreased the total polysaccharide content of the soil(p<0.05).The research suggested that abiotic stress hindered the growth of *** and altered the behavior of root *** regulated the secretion of several substances in response to various abiotic stresses,including soil ni

For the pursuit of high energy supercapacitors,the development of high performance pseudocapacitance or battery-type negative electrode material is urgently needed to make up for the capacity shortage of commercial electric double layer capacitor(EDLC)type ***,a porous and defect-rich Fe_(x)Bi_(2-x)S_(3) solid solution structure is firstly constructed by employing Fe-doped Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3) porous nanosheets as a precursor,which presents dramatically increased energy storage performance than Bi_(2)S_(3) and FeS_(2) *** the optimized Fe_(x)Bi_(2-x)S_(3) solid solution(FeBiS-60%),the Fe solute is free and random dispersed in Bi_(2)S_(3) framework,which can effectively modulate the electronic structure of Bi element and introduce rich-defect due to the existence of Fe(II).Meanwhile,the FeBiS-60%,constructed by pore nanosheets that are assembled by self-supported basic nanorod units,presents rich mesoporous channels for fast mass transfer and abundant active sites for promoting capacity ***,a high capacitance of 832.8 F·g^(-1) at a current density of 1 A·g^(-1) is achieved by the FeBiS-60%***,a fabricated Ni3S_(2)@Co_(3)S_(4)(NCS)//FeBiS-60%hybrid supercapacitor device delivers an outstanding energy density of 85.33 Wh·kg^(-1) at the power density of 0.799 kW·kg^(-1),and ultra-long lifespan of remaining 86.7%initial capacitance after 8700 cycles.

The addition of biochar(BC)or Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)alone has been reported to promote plant growth,while their synergistic effects on Allium schoenoprasum root morphology and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil is still *** this study,we investigated the effects of BC and AMF(Funneliformis mosseae)on plant growth and root morphology in barren soil and revealed the structure of soil fungal communities Therefore,a greenhouse pot trial consisting of five treatments was *** results showed that the combination of biochar and AMF significantly improved plant biomass,nutrient uptake,mycorrhizal colonization rates and soil properties and significantly impacted rhizosphere fungal community composition and *** significantly increased the fungal community stability and enhanced their positive correlation with *** findings indicated that the combination of AMF and biochar play synergic role for plant growth and rhizosphere fungal community in barren soil.

Flowering time is important for adaptation of soybean(Glycine max)to different ***,we conducted a genome-wide association study of flowering time using a panel of 1490 cultivated soybean *** identified three strong signals at the qFT02-2 locus(Chr02:12037319–12238569),which were associated with flowering time in three environments:Gongzhuling,Mengcheng,and *** analyzing linkage disequilibrium,gene expression patterns,gene annotation,and the diversity of variants,we identified an AP1 homolog as the candidate gene for the qFT02-2 locus,which we named *** one nonsynonymous polymorphism existed among 1490 soybean accessions at position Chr02:*** carrying the Chr02:12087053-T allele flowered significantly earlier than those carrying the Chr02:12087053-A ***,we developed a cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence(CAPS)marker for the SNP at Chr02:12087053,which is suitable for marker-assisted breeding of flowering *** of GmAP1d in the‘Williams 82’background by gene editing promoted flowering under long-day conditions,confirming that GmAP1d is the causal gene for *** analysis of the region surrounding GmAP1d revealed that GmAP1d was artificially selected during the genetic improvement of *** stepwise selection,the proportion of modern cultivars carrying the Chr02:12087053-T allele has increased,and this allele has become nearly fixed(95%)in northern *** findings provide a theoretical basis for better understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of flowering time in soybean and a target gene that can be used for breeding modern soybean cultivars adapted to different latitudes.
