基于40年的长期氮磷定位试验,利用高通量测序的方法,对比分析了未施肥处理(CK)、氮肥处理(N)、磷肥处理(P)和氮磷处理(NP)下黑土土壤真菌群落的差异。结果表明,与CK处理相比,长期氮输入显著降低了土壤pH,显著提高土壤NO_(3)^(-)-N、NH_(4)^(+)-N和可溶性有机氮(DON)含量,而磷输入显著提高了土壤有效磷和总磷含量。土壤真菌类群门水平最丰富的为子囊菌门(相对丰度为63%~68%),毛霉门(相对丰度为15%~20%)和担子菌门(相对丰度为9%~15%)。不同施肥处理对真菌多样性产生了显著影响。NP处理土壤真菌扩增子序列变异数目和香农指数分别为405和4.16,显著低于CK,分别为502和4.64。基于非度量多维尺度分析发现NP和N处理真菌群落结构与CK和P处理显著分开。冗余分析发现土壤性质包括pH,NO_(3)^(-)-N和DON是影响土壤群落结构的主要影响因子。可见,长期氮磷施肥处理通过影响土壤性质而对土壤真菌群落产生了重要的影响。

Puccinia triticina(Pt), as the causal agent of wheat leaf rust, employs a plethora of effector proteins to modulate wheat immunity for successful colonization. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Pt effector-mediated wheat susceptibility remains largely unexplored. In this study, an effector Pt_21 was identified to interact with the apoplast-localized wheat thaumatin-like protein TaTLP1 using a yeast two-hybrid assay and the Pt_21-TaTLP1 interaction was characterized. The interaction between Pt_21 and TaTLP1 was validated by in vivo co-immunoprecipitation assay. A TaTLP1 variant,TaTLP1C71A, that was identified by the site-directed mutagenesis failed to interact with Pt_21. Pt_21was able to suppress Bax-mediated cell death in leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana and inhibit TaTLP1-mediated antifungal activity. Furthermore, infiltration of recombinant protein Pt_21 into leaves of transgenic wheat line overexpressing TaTLP1 enhanced the disease development of leaf rust compared to that in wild-type leaves. These findings demonstrate that Pt_21 suppresses host defense response by directly targeting wheat TaTLP1 and inhibiting its antifungal activity, which broadens our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying Pt effector-mediated susceptibility in wheat.

黑龙江省农业生产中存在轻简化智能施肥技术缺乏、高效智能化施肥机械装备不足、缺少绿色环保增效肥料、有机替代技术推广困难、秸秆肥料化利用率低等问题。针对这些问题,黑龙江省开展了化肥减量增效行动计划,取得了积极成效。本文从化肥减施、肥料增效、秸秆还田、有机肥还田、生物炭施用、科学轮作、机械施肥等方面总结了黑龙江省肥料减施增效技术实施情况,概述黑龙江省肥料减施增效相关举措,并从强化政府部门统筹管理职能、强化科技支撑、加强宣传引导等方面提出肥料减施增效研究展望及建议。

Species’ geographical range, environmental range and traits lead to specimen collection preference of dominant plant species of grasslands in Northern China

Many different factors,such as species traits,socio-economic factors,geographical and environmental factors,can lead to specimen collection *** study aims to determine whether grassland specimen collection in China is preferred by species traits(i.e.,plant height,flowering and fruiting period),environmental range(i.e.,the temperature and precipitation range)and geographical range(i.e.,distribution range and altitudinal range).Ordinary least squares models and phylogenetic generalized linear mixed models were used to analyze the relationships between specimen number and the explanatory *** Forest models were then used to find the most parsimonious multivariate *** results showed that interannual variation in specimen number between 1900 and 2020 was *** number of these species in southeast China was notably lower than that in northwest *** range and geographical range of species had significant positive correlations with specimen *** addition,there were relatively weak but significant associations between specimen number and species trait(i.e.,plant height and flowering and fruiting period).Random Forest models indicated that distribution range was the most important variable,followed by flowering and fruiting period,and altitudinal *** findings suggest that future floristic surveys should pay more attention to species with small geographical range,narrow environmental range,short plant height,and short flowering and fruiting *** correction of specimen collection preference will also make the results of species distribution model,species evolution and other works based on specimen data more accurate.

目的调查HIV阳转家庭夫妻双方生命质量现况及影响因素。方法采用横断面调查方法,调查120个云南省HIV阳转家庭的先证方和阳转方各120人,采用自制问卷和健康调查简易问卷(SF-36),对夫妻双方进行生命质量调查,分析影响因素,并与常模进行比较。结果阳转家庭先证方生理健康(PSS)得分(65.61±19.00)分,心理健康(MSS)得分(60.70±18.44)分;阳转方PSS得分(72.67±16.85)分,MSS得分(67.13±18.89)分,在生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)、PSS及MSS,HIV阳转家庭双方得分均低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、MH、PSS及MSS领域,先证方得分低于阳转方,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。阳转家庭中先证方高收入和无HIV临床及合并症状是PSS得分的保护因素;高收入和有民政救助是MSS得分的保护因素。阳转家庭阳转方年轻和无HIV临床及合并症状是PSS得分的保护因素;有民政救助和无HIV临床及合并症状是MSS得分的保护因素。结论HIV阳转家庭双方多领域评分降低,生命质量评分明显低于常模,影响阳转家庭生命质量的因素有收入、有无HIV临床及合并症状和有无民政救助,建议做好阳转家庭双方的抗病毒治疗和定期随访,控制及减少HIV感染相关症状的产生,同时扩大收入途径,采取民政救助等措施,改善阳转家庭生命质量。

为提高黑土区土壤质量和作物产量,并促进区域农业可持续发展,进行了4年田间定位试验,设置了深松、免耕以及传统耕作3种耕作方式,研究了不同耕作方式对土壤速效养分、土壤微生物数量以及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,与传统耕作相比,深松能够显著提高上层土壤(0~20 cm)碱解氮、有效磷以及速效钾含量(分别提高23.6%、49.6%和63.3%),同时,显著提高了下层土壤(20~40 cm)有效磷含量(86.2%);深松处理上层土壤pH显著提高,下层土壤各处理间pH变化较小;深松和免耕能够显著增加上层土壤细菌和真菌的数量,深松显著增加放线菌数量;下层土壤各处理间微生物数量差别较小,表现为深松>免耕>传统耕作;深松处理上层土壤蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性最高,免耕增加了土壤脲酶和磷酸酶活性;除过氧化氢酶外,其他3种酶活性均为上层土壤高于下层。深松和免耕处理能增加土壤速效养分含量、微生物数量及酶活性,有助于改善土壤化学和生物学性状,进而提高土壤质量,其中,深松方式效果最为显著,对于培肥土壤和维护土壤生物的生存环境等方面具有重要作用。

Phosphorus(P)is essential for living plants,and P deficiency is one of the key factors limiting the yield in rapeseed production *** the most important organ for plants,root morphology traits(RMTs)play a key role in P *** investigate the genetic variability of RMT under low P availability,we dissected the genetic structure of RMTs by genome-wide association studies(GWAS),linkage mapping and candidate gene association studies(CGAS).A total of 52 suggestive loci were associated with RMTs under P stress conditions in 405 oilseed rape *** purple acid phosphatase gene BnPAP17 was found to control the lateral root number(LRN)and root dry weight(RDW)under low P *** expression of BnPAP17 was increased in shoot tissue in P-efficient cultivars compared to root tissue and P-inefficient cultivars in response to low P ***,the haplotype of BnPAP17^(Hap3)was detected for the selective breeding of P efficiency in oilseed ***-expression of the BnPAP17^(Hap3)could promote the shoot and root growth with enhanced tolerance to low P stress and organic phosphorus(Po)utilization in oilseed ***,these findings increase our understanding of the mechanisms underlying BnPAP17-mediated low P stress tolerance in oilseed rape.

Plasma membrane intrinsic proteins(PIPs)are conserved plant aquaporins that transport small molecules across the plasma membrane to trigger instant stress responses and maintain cellular homeostasis under biotic and abiotic *** elucidate their roles in plant immunity to pathogen attack,we characterized the expression patterns,subcellular localizations,and H_(2)O_(2)-transport ability of 11 OsPIPs in rice(Oryza sativa),and identified OsPIP2;6 as necessary for rice disease ***2;6 resides on the plasma membrane and facilitates cytoplasmic import of the immune signaling molecule H_(2)O_(2).Knockout of OsPIP2;6 increases rice susceptibility to Magnaporthe oryzae,indicating a positive function in plant ***2;6 interacts with OsPIP2;2,which has been reported to increase rice resistance to pathogens via H_(2)O_(2)*** findings suggest that OsPIP2;6 cooperates with OsPIP2;2 as a defense signal transporter complex during plant–pathogen interaction.
