农业管理中多台无人拖拉机路径优化智能算法研究

为了提高农业生产效率,以提高多台无人驾驶拖拉机的协同作业为研究目标,构建了农业生产多台无人驾驶拖拉机的路径优化模型。同时,根据拖拉机驾驶参数优化总转弯时间和总作业时间的目标函数,提出了适用于多台拖拉机路径优化的自适应精英差分进化(AEDE)算法,并通过改进微分进化算法进行求解,采用精英选择策略选择最优运行方案。以果园为研究对象开展田间验证试验,结果表明:与传统的差分进化算法(Differential Evolution, DE)相比,基于AEDE优化后的多拖拉机路径优化方案下拖拉机总转弯时间和总作业时间分别减少了3.85%和1.46%。由此表明,基于AEDE智能算法可以优化多台拖拉机田间操作路径,显著提高农业生产效率工作效率,降低拖拉机田间运行时间。研究结果可为提升农业生产智能化管理提供理论借鉴与技术参考。

农业运输机械田间路径协同分配模型研究

田间任务分配是多农机协同工作分配中的核心问题,在农忙时期,需要多种农业机械配合完成多项田间作业任务。为了提高田间农业机械工作效率及协同管理,在充分考虑供需匹配、农机作业能力、作业周期和路径成本的基础上,提出了基于蚁群算法下多机任务协同分配模型,并以农作物收获试验为例,通过MatLab对改进蚁群算法的多台农机协作的动态和静态任务分配进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:当任务数量设置为11时,谷物联合收获机和农业运输机械的成本分别降低了50%和22%,表明改进的蚁群算法可以有效降低路径成本;当任务数量设置为5、11、16、22时,农业机械平均运行周期分别缩短了65%、38%、56%、56%,可以避免田间部分农机超载和其他农机闲置等问题,缩短了农业机械作业周期。研究结果可为解决复杂农田作业时多农机协同调度管理问题提供技术参考与应用依据。

谷物收获后由农用运输车从分散的农田运到集中粮仓。由于谷物联合收获机进行谷物转移属于动态变化,农业运输车在规划范围内多次使用,故提高农业运输车合理调度及运输计划是保证农业运输车高效运行的重要因素。为此,将谷物联合收获机及农业运输车的田间谷物收获及运输视为具有动态卫星的两级多行程车辆路径问题,提出了混合整数线性规划模型,求解农用运输车田间多车路径规划最优解,并通过计算试验进行模型稳定性的验证。研究结果表明:模型误差较小,可以满足农业生产基本要求,研究结果可为农业生产实施最佳收获作业提供决策模型。

目的探讨学龄前龋病儿童龈沟液白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)与龋病活跃性试验(CAT)分度相关性及对慢性根尖周炎的预测价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年6月480例3~6岁接受口腔检查儿童,根据龋齿发生情况分为发生组、未发生组,比较2组及不同龋病危险度患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1水平,比较发生慢性根尖周炎(有慢性根尖周炎亚组)、未发生慢性根尖周炎(无慢性根尖周炎亚组)患儿入院时龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1水平,应用Spearman相关性分析患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1与龋病危险度的相关性,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1及CAT分度预测慢性根尖周炎的价值。结果发生组龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1高于未发生组(P<0.01);随着龋病危险度增加,患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1呈递增趋势(P<0.05);患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1与龋病危险度呈正相关(P<0.01);有慢性根尖周炎亚组龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1高于无慢性根尖周炎亚组(P<0.01);患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1及CAT分度预测慢性根尖周炎的ROC曲线显示,其曲线下面积(AUC)依次为0.732、0.774、0.743、0.745,其中TNF-α预测敏感度最高,CAT分度预测特异度最高;患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1联合CAT分度预测慢性根尖周炎的AUC为0.924,敏感度为0.919,特异度为0.806,高于各指标单独预测。结论学龄前龋病患儿龈沟液IL-6、TNF-α、MCP-1与儿童龋活性及慢性根尖周炎发生密切相关,三者联合CAT分度或可作为预测学龄前龋病患儿并发慢性根尖周炎的有效方案,可为临床防治龋病提供参考。

Phase boundaries facilitate the charge transportation and alleviate the intrinsic stress upon ***,how to achieve regular phase boundaries is very ***,dimer-like Sn-Bi@C nanostructures,where is a well-defined phase boundary between Sn and Bi,have been prepared by a two-step process for the first *** phase boundary not only provides additional and fast transportation for Na+,but also mitigates the structure stress/strain upon ***,Sn-Bi@C exhibits a high capacity(472.1 m A h g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)for 200 cycles),an ultra-long cyclic life(355.6 mA h g^(-1)at 5 A g^(-1)for 4500cycles)and an excellent rate performance(372 mA h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1))for sodium storage,much higher than those of Sn@C,Bi@C,and Sn@C+Bi@***,the full cells of Sn-Bi@C//Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/rGO(SnBi@C//NVP/rGO)demonstrate impressive performance(323 mA h g^(-1)at 2 A g^(-1)for 300 cycles).The underlying mechanism for such an excellent performance is elucidated by in-situ X-ray diffraction,exsitu scanning electron microscopy/high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy,revealing the good electrode stability and improved mechanical properties of Sn-Bi@*** synthetic method is extended to dimer-like Sn-Pb@C and Sn-Ag@C heterostructures,which also exhibit the good cycle stability for sodium storage.

不整合研究对盆地演化、古地貌重建及油气勘探具有重要指导意义。受多期构造活动影响,塔里木盆地发育多种不整合。本文通过地震剖面资料分析,研究盆地晚奥陶世—侏罗纪形成的不整合面展布及结构特征,并探讨其动力学机制。研究结果表明:(1)塔里木盆地不整合结构类型主要有平行、削截、褶皱、断褶、叠加超覆、单一超覆及异岩不整合;(2)志留系底界发育断褶、褶皱、削截、叠加超覆、单一超覆及平行不整合,呈东西带状分布,在盆地中南部发育大范围角度不整合,阿瓦提–满加尔坳陷中北部发育平行不整合,塔北隆起发育小范围角度不整合;泥盆—石炭系底界主要发育平行、削截、断褶、单一超覆、叠加超覆及异岩不整合,平面分布具有以北部坳陷沉积中心连线为轴近似南北对称特点;三叠系底界不整合由北向南,发育叠加超覆不整合、低角度削截不整合、平行不整合,反映海西晚期盆地北缘南天山洋闭合造山运动;侏罗系底界发育褶皱、叠加超覆、削截及异岩不整合,整体以满加尔–英吉苏凹陷沉积中心连线为轴似对称分布;(3)不整合面分布特征反映出构造运动的差异性、古隆起的迁移及活动性,不整合对盆内油气成藏具有控制作用。

Research on the interaction mechanism between quantum dots and radionuclides for the improvement of Cerenkov luminescence imaging

Cerenkov luminescence imaging(CLI) is a relatively new optical molecular imaging technique. The nature of Stokes shift in quantum dots(QD) can be used to improve the quality of CLI. However, the interaction mechanism of QD with Cerenkov light remains unclear. In this work, the interaction mechanism between QD and radionuclides emitting β rays, γ rays, and Cerenkov light was investigated. The 96-well plates were used to test the different levels of radioactivity of radionuclides with different QD concentrations. Transparent vials were used to determine the relationship between QD fluorescence intensity and the distance from QD to the radionuclide. In addition, black paper was used to block the transmission of Cerenkov light through the QD vials. A linear relationship was found between the number of photons and the radioactivity of radionuclides when the QD concentration was kept constant. Similarly, the number of photons was linearly related to the QD concentration when the radioactivity of radionuclides was kept constant. Furthermore, with the increases in the distance between radionuclides and quantum dots, the number of photons was exponentially decreased. Meanwhile, the number of photons emitted from QD excited by Cerenkov light accounted for 20% the total number of photons excited by 131 I radionuclide. The result proved that QD was not only excited by Cerenkov light but also by other rays.

This paper presents the construction of Chinese hybrid radiation adult phantoms,which are compatible with anatomical parameters for the Chinese reference *** phantoms were designed using polygonal mesh surface,which makes the phantom more flexible and realistic than previous *** of hybrid phantoms was performed to adopt Monte Carlo *** dose coefficients were calculated by Geant4 and compared to the ICRP reference *** results show that the organ dose is different from ICRP116 with the low energy photons,which can be ascribed to the anatomy and topology difference of each *** effective dose of CHRAP is 19%higher than ICRP 116 in the energy range from10 to 100 keV and is almost the same in the energy range from 100 keV to 10 *** phantoms can be used as the basic phantom to adjust the posture or organ volume to estimate dosimetry in medical and space explorations.

Sn-based composites are considered as one of the promising anode materials for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to their high theoretical capacities and suitable operation ***,they suffer the huge volume change and unstable electrolyte/electrode interface during sodiation/desodiation,which causes structure collapse and serious capacity *** the past few years,great efforts have been made to ameliorate the performances of Sn by rationally designing electrode structures/components or optimizing electrolyte ***,the underlying sodium-storage reactions in Sn are summarized based on the results from theoretical calculations and advanced ***,the recent progresses of Sn-based composites,i.e.,Sn-based alloys,Sn/C composites,and Sn oxides/sulfides,with various structures for SIBs are discussed in *** that,how the electrolyte affects solid-electrolyte interphase and the electrochemical performances is ***,the future directions for the applications of Sn-based composites in SIBs are ***,this review provides a comprehensive scenario about the applications of Sn-based composites in *** will benefit the future development of alloy-type anodes in SIBs.
