动态称重时秤台防滑纹的垂向起伏会引起车辆发生振动,影响称重准确度。为此,建立了车辆称重过程的动力学模型,考虑轮胎的包容特性,建立弹性滚子接触模型,得出的防滑纹等效路面作为动力学模型的输入激励,分析各种因素作用下平板式汽车衡新型防滑纹对称重准确度的影响。仿真结果表明:随着防滑纹宽度增大,车辆的振动力变大,称重误差随之增大;凹坑型防滑纹间距为235 mm时产生的激励频率接近于车辆的固有频率,引起车辆和秤台共振,称重误差最高可达0.21%。三角形状凹坑类型的防滑纹产生的振动力以及称重误差均低于矩形凹坑;车速越快,防滑纹的产生称重误差越大。

为了更好地研究影响香港地区历史建筑遗产保护价值的因素,采用层次分析法,通过5个准则层和18个子准则层构建判断矩阵,计算各指标的权重,并以香港大馆为例开展问卷调查。结果表明:准则层的权重由大到小排序为历史价值、美学价值、社会价值、环境价值、经济价值;子准则层权重的最高值分别为科学考察价值、对当地旅游业促进性、遗产保护等级评定稀缺性、结构保存完整性、组成城市景观;香港大馆的综合得分为3.8289,评级为“良”。

目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者血清12种细胞因子[白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-12、IL-17、γ-干扰素(INF-γ)、α-干扰素(IFN-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]检测的临床价值。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月复旦大学附属肿瘤医院卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者67例(卵巢癌组)、卵巢良性肿物(卵巢囊肿、囊腺瘤等)患者22例(卵巢良性病变组)、健康体检者21名(正常对照组)。收集所有研究对象的临床资料,检测血清12种细胞因子水平。对所有患者进行术后随访,随访截止日期为2023年9月1日。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评估所有患者的生存情况。结果卵巢癌组血清IL-5、IL-8、IL-10、IL-17、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平均显著低于正常对照组(P0.05)。卵巢癌组IL-6阳性率最高(85.1%),其次为IL-10(49.3%)和IL-8(40.3%),其他细胞因子阳性率均0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,IL-2、IL-6和IL-10阳性组无进展生存期(PFS)短于相应的阴性组(Log-rankχ^(2)值分别为3.567、4.463、3.997,P值分别为0.046、0.013、0.035),IL-17阳性组PFS长于阴性组(Log-rankχ^(2)=3.659,P=0.043),其他细胞因子阳性组与阴性组之间PFS差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论细胞因子检测有助于监测卵巢上皮性肿瘤患者炎症状态和免疫功能,在判断疾病进展和预后评估方面有一定的价值。

Linkage between riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars:Case study in the yangzhong reach of the yangtze River

Understanding the relationship between unbalanced riverbed scouring or deposition and the evolution of central bars in natural conditions and human activity is useful for river regime control and waterway improvement *** this end,we utilized the yangzhong reach in the lower reaches of the yangtze River as a case study and evaluated runoff,sediment content,and topographical data measured over the past 70 years(1951–2021).With the decrease in the amount of incoming sediment in the river basin,the yangzhong reach exhibited a continuous state of *** cumulative riverbed scouring volumes of the low-water and flood channels from 1981 to 2021 were 3.97×10^(8)and 4.14×10^(8)m^(3),respectively,with the riverbed scouring volume of the low-water channel accounting for 95.9%of that of the flood *** quasi-natural runoff–sediment conditions,the evolution of the central bars in the yangzhong reach was highly correlated with the amount of scouring or *** particular,the Luochengzhou reach could be characterized as a meandering river with scouring on concave riverbanks and deposition on convex *** the context of reduced incoming sediment,the beach area of the yangzhong reach decreased by approximately 9.9%(from 2003 to 2021)and the central bars of the straight section areas ***,following operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir,both the Luocheng central bar and Jiangyin beach areas could be characterized as meandering rivers with convex riverbanks and *** the quasi-natural period before the implementation of the waterway improvement project,the trend of high scouring intensity and increased fluid diversion ratio in the right branch of the Luocheng central bar was in accordance with the law that the short branch of the length is in a developing state under the condition of decreasing river sediment *** the control of riverbank protection and the construction of waterway improvement projects in the yangzhong

Fuel consumption is one of the main concerns for heavy-duty *** cruise control(PCC)provides an intriguing opportunity to reduce fuel consumption by using the upcoming road *** this study,a real-time implementable PCC,which simultaneously optimizes engine torque and gear shifting,is proposed for heavy-duty *** minimize fuel consumption,the problem of the PCC is formulated as a nonlinear model predictive control(MPC),in which the upcoming road elevation information is *** the solution of the nonlinear MPC is time consuming;thus,a real-time implementable solver is developed based on Pontryagin’s maximum principle and indirect shooting *** programming(DP)algorithm,as a global optimization algorithm,is used as a performance benchmark for the proposed ***,hardware-in-the-loop and real-truck experiments are conducted to verify the performance of the proposed *** results demonstrate that the MPC-based solution performs nearly as well as the DP-based solution,with less than 1%deviation for testing ***,the proposed co-optimization controller is implementable in a real-truck,and the proposed MPC-based PCC algorithm achieves a fuel-saving rate of 7.9%without compromising the truck’s travel time.

A molecular network constitutive model is proposed in this *** on the concept of molecular network decomposition,the molecular network was decomposed into a James-Guth 3-chain network model and an Arruda-Boyce 8-chain network *** that the single molecular chain of rubber is constrained by the surrounding molecular networks, the 3-chain model and the 8-chain model were consequently modified using the tube *** proposed model contains four material parameters that were determined by fitting the uniaxial tensile test data from rubber-like materials,and the values of these parameters were utilized to determine the pure shear and the biaxial *** proposed model agrees well with the experimental data and can predict the test results of experiments performed under the conditions of pure shear and equi-biaxial deformation with acceptable accuracy.

Background:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is an aggressive type of breast cancer associated with poor prognosis and limited treatment *** androgen receptor(AR)has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for luminal androgen receptor(LAR)***,multiple studies have claimed that anti-androgen therapy for AR-positive TNBC only has limited clinical *** study aimed to investigate the role of AR in TNBC and its detailed ***:Immunohistochemistry and TNBC tissue sections were applied to investigate AR and nectin cell adhesion molecule 4(NECTIN4)expression in TNBC ***,in vitro and in vivo assays were used to explore the function of AR and estrogen receptor beta(ERβ)in *** immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq),co-immunoprecipitation(co-IP),molecular docking method,and luciferase reporter assay were performed to identify key molecules that affect the function of ***:Based on the TNBC tissue array analysis,we revealed that ERβand AR were positive in 21.92%(32/146)and 24.66%(36/146)of 146 TNBC samples,respectively,and about 13.70%(20/146)of TNBC patients were ERβpositive and AR *** further demonstrated the pro-tumoral effects of AR on TNBC cells,however,the oncogenic biology was significantly suppressed when ERβtransfection in LAR TNBC cell lines but not in AR-negative ***,we identified that NECTIN4 promoter–42 bp to–28 bp was an AR response element,and that ERβinteracted with AR thus impeding the AR-mediated NECTIN4 transcription which promoted epithelial–mesenchymal transition in tumor ***:This study suggests that ERβfunctions as a suppressor mediating the effect of AR in TNBC prognosis and cell ***,our current research facilitates a better understanding of the role and mechanisms of AR in TNBC carcinogenesis.

Nonlinear finite element analysis of crack growth at the interface of rubber-like bimaterials

This paper presents the characteristics of the crack growth at the interface of rubber-rubber and rubber-steel bimaterials undertensile deformation using the non-linear finite element method. By using the commercial finite element software ABAQUS,the J integral calculations are carried out for the initial interface crack in the interfaces in-between two Neo-Hookean materials,two Mooney-Rivlin materials, Neo-Hookean and Mooney-Rivlin rubbers, Neo-Hookean and Polynomial, Mooney-Rivlin andPolynomial, and the Mooney-Rivlin and steel bi-materials. The computational results of the maximum J integral directionaround the crack tip illustrate the possible direction of crack growth initiation. Furthermore, it is found that the crack bends tothe softer rubber material at a certain angle with the initial crack direction if the crack depth is relatively small. For the crackwith a larger depth, the crack propagates to grow along the interface in-between the bimaterials.
