Fritillaria taipaiensis *** is a widely used medicinal herb in treating pulmonary *** recent years,its wild resources have become scarce,and the demand for efficient artificial cultivation has significantly *** article is the first to apply phosphate solubilizing bacteria isolated from the rhizosphere soil of *** *** to the cultivation process of *** *** aim is to identify suitable reference strains for the artificial cultivation and industrial development of *** *** by examining the effects of various phosphate solubilizing bacteria and their combinations on photosynthesis,physiological and biochemical properties,and gene expression related to the protective enzyme system in *** *** experiment,conducted in pots at room temperature,included a control group(CK)and groups inoculated with inorganic phosphorussolubilizing bacteria:W1(Bacillus cereus),W2.Serratia plymuthica),W12.Bacillus cereus and Serratia plymuthica),and groups inoculated with organophosphorus-solubilizing bacteria:Y1(Bacillus cereus),Y2.Bacillus cereus),Y12.Bacillus cereus and Bacillus cereus),totaling seven *** to CK,most growth indices in the bacterial addition groups showed significant differences,with W12.achieving the highest values in all indices except the leaf area *** content of photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic parameters,and osmoregulatory substances increased variably in each bacterial treatment group.W12.exhibited the highest content of chlorophyll a and soluble protein,while W1 had the highest free proline *** activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)in all inoculated groups were higher than in CK,with significant changes in SOD and CAT *** malondialdehyde(MDA)content in all inoculated groups was lower than in CK,with Y12.being the lowest,at approximately 30%of *** expression corresponding to these three enzymes also increased var

Integrated switches play a crucial role in the development of reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexers(ROADMs)that have greater flexibility and compactness,ultimately leading to robust single-chip *** decades of research on switches with various structures and platforms,achieving a balance between dense integration,low insertion loss(IL),and polarization-dependent loss(PDL)remains a significant *** this paper,we propose and demonstrate a 32.4 optical switch using high-index doped silica glass(HDSG)for ROADM *** switch is designed to route any of the 32.inputs to the express ports or drop any channels from 32.inputs to the target 4 drop ports or add any of the 4 ports to any of the 32.express *** switch comprises 188 MachZehnder Interferometer(MZI)type switch elements,88 optical vias for the 44 optical bridges,and 618 waveguidewaveguide crossings with three-dimensional(3D)*** 1550 nm,the fiber-to-fiber loss for each express channel is below 2.dB,and across the C and L bands,below 3 *** each input channel to all 4 drop/add channels at 1550 nm,the loss is less than 3.5 dB and less than 5 dB across the C and L *** PDLs for all express and input channels to the 4 drop/add channels are below 0.3 dB over the C band,and the crosstalk is under−50 dB for both the C and L bands.

Ciliates in the subclass Hypotrichia have long been difficult to classify as they are one of the most polymorphic and highly differentiated groups,leading to their systematics remaining *** relationships within the hypotrich family Strongylidiidae have been ambiguous due to discordance between the morphological and genetic *** this study,a new strongylidiid genus Heterouroleptus is established,mainly based on the novel mode of origin of the ventral cirral rows:left ventral cirral row(LVR)originates from frontal-ventral-transverse cirral anlagen(FVTA)Ⅲ(anterior portion),IV(middle portion),and V(rear portion);right ventral cirral row comes from the entire FVTA VI.A new species,Hetero-uroleptus weishanensis ***.,***.,is investigated along with the morphometric and molecular data from a population of Strongylidium *** new sequences and nuclear gene markers(single-gene and multi-gene)are provided to analyze the phylogenetic relationships of strongylidiids,with the COI gene utilized to uncover further genetic information at species level and *** results reveal that:(1)Strongylidiidae is monophyletic and has a close relationship with Dorsomarginalia;(2.Heterouroleptus *** a clade that is sister to all the other strongylidiids;(3)Hemiamphisiella Foissner,1988 and Pseudouroleptus Hemberger,1985 should not be synonyms,and both genera should be subdivided due to their variable morphological characteristics;(4)LVR originating from three anlagen is a plesiomorphy of *** discovery of the origin of the LVR not only contributes to the establishment of the genus Heterouroleptus,but also helps to improve the diagnosis of the family Strongylidiidae.

Castor is one of the top 10 oil crops in the world and has extremely valuable *** inflorescences directly affect yield,so the study of inflorescence development is very important in increasing castor *** previous studies have shown that the PIP5K gene family(PIP5Ks)is associated with inflorescence *** this study,to determine the function of each PIP5K gene in castor,a female Lm-type castor line,aLmAB2.was used to determine the relative expression levels of the PIP5Ks in castor *** PIP5K genes were heterologously overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana,the relative expression of each gene and the effect on plants was determined in ***,and the relationships among the PIP5Ks in castor were *** expression levels of the PIP5Ks in the female Lm-type castor line aLmAB2.were *** relative expression levels of the PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes were high(p2.PIP5K6,and PIP5K8 were high(p2.(+),AT-PIP5K6^(+),AT-PIP5K8^(+),AT-PIP5K9^(+),and ATPIP5K11^(+) plants),were *** tests of the AT-PIP5K+plants showed that the growth of the main stem was significantly delayed in AT-PIP5K+plants compared with Columbia wild-type(WT)*** plants;the PIP5K1 and PIP5K2.genes promoted lateral stem growth and flower and silique development;and the PIP5K6,PIP5K8,PIP5K9 and PIP5K11 genes inhibited lateral stem growth and flower and silique *** correlations among PIP5Ks in castor suggest that there may be a synergistic relationship among PIP5K1,PIP5K2.and PIP5K6 in castor inflorescences,and PIP5K8,PIP5K9,and PIP5K11 are complementary to the other three genes.

In the middle and later stages of urbanization development,the growth of the real estate industry will stagnate,and urban renewal will become the *** the advancement of urban renewal,there are still problems in improving the quality of cities in the stock era and their design *** paper analyzed the Linping Old City organic renewal project and the Xishui River ecological governance project in the stock era of urban quality improvement by sorting out the current development status,historical background,planning types,and design strategies of quality improvement in the stock era from the perspective of urban renewal,combining with project overview,main problems,design methods,and design *** renewal is the leading direction for promoting urban development and construction on a global scale,and countries formulate different plans and practices based on their local *** renewal strategies should be diversified,and focus on livable environments,urban characteristics,etc.,while considering human factors,green innovation,etc.,in order to achieve smart community management and enhance the economic and social benefits brought by urban *** successful cases such as the Linping Old City and Xishui River ecological governance project,corresponding urban quality improvement strategies and implementation plans should be formulated according to local conditions,with emphasis on social participation and people’s livelihood *** study can help urban planning pay more attention to rational utilization and upgrading of existing urban resources,adapt to the current urban development situation,and promote sustainable urban development.

Objective: Immunotherapeutic outcomes and clinical characteristics of claudin 18 isoform 2.positive(CLDN18.2.positive) gastric cancer(GC) vary in different clinical studies, making it difficult to optimize antiCLDN18.2.therapy. We conducted a retrospective analysis to explore the association of CLDN18.2.expression with clinicopathological characteristics and immunotherapeutic outcomes in ***: A total of 536 advanced GC patients from 2.19 to 2.2. in the CT041-CG4006 and CT041-ST-01clinical trials were included in the analysis. CLDN18.2.expression on ≥40% of tumor cells(2., 40%) and CLDN18.2.expression on ≥70% of tumor cells(2., 70%) were considered the two levels of positively expressed GC. The clinicopathological characteristics and immunotherapy outcomes of GC patients were analyzed according to CLDN18.2.expression ***: CLDN18.2.was expressed in 57.6%(cut-off: 2., 40%) and 48.9%(cut-off: 2., 70%) of *** death-ligand 1(PD-L1) and CLDN18.2.were co-expressed in 19.8% [combined positive score(CPS)≥1, CLDN18.2.cut-off: 2., 40%)] and 17.2. [CPS≥5, CLDN18.2.cut-off: 2., 70%)] of ***18.2.expression positively correlated with younger age, female sex, non-gastroesophageal junction(nonGEJ), and diffuse phenotype(P2.and PD-L1 expression were significantly lower in CLDN18.2.positive GC(both P2.positive GC. Overall survival and immunotherapy-related progression-free survival(ir PFS) were inferior in the CLDN18.2.positive ***: CLDN18.2.positive GC is associated with poor prognosis and worse immunotherapeutic outcomes. The combination of anti-CLDN18.2.therapy, anti-PD-L1/PD-1 therapy, and chemotherapy for GC requires further investigation.
