Balancing Openness and Protection:Homogenization of Regulatory Laws in Digital Service Trade

Digital service trade has emerged as a pivotal engine for global economic transformation and ***,the implementation of differentiated regulatory measures for trade in digital services among economies has led to increasingly frequent trade *** paper constructs a regulatory homogeneity network for digital service trade in 60 major economies,and systematically evaluates the structural characteristics of the network and the regulatory homogeneity among economies from 2014 to ***,this paper empirically examines the impact of the partnership characteristics of regulatory homogenization in the network of major economies on their *** analysis of the network structure shows that major economies are more inclined to optimize and simplify existing trade partnerships,and are moving towards more diversified restrictive measures in the regulatory model of digital services trade,which has led to the rise of trade *** empirical text results show that expanding and deepening the regulatory homogeneous partnership of trade in digital services promotes the export of digital services in major *** promotion effect is mainly achieved by reducing the cost of digital service trade and enhancing business *** addition,the export promotion effect of developing regulatory homogenization partnerships is better than that of increasing the openness of digital service trade,and the homogenization of policies between openness and protection is more *** paper provides important implications for coordinating the openness and security of digital services trade:China should actively cooperate with multilateral and bilateral digital service trade partners to jointly build a homogeneous environment for regulatory *** particular,it is necessary to deepen the regulatory homogeneity partnership with Asian and developing economies to expand the infl uence of the“China model”in the global regulation of digital s

【目的】以黄河鲤为材料,从其肠道内分离具有产β-甘露聚糖酶功能的益生菌。【方法】采用平板水解圈法初筛,摇瓶发酵法复筛获得产β-甘露聚糖酶的菌株,通过形态学观察、生理生化试验、16S rRNA基因序列和比较基因组分析对该菌株进行鉴定,并用DNS定糖法测定酶学活性,用耐高温、耐酸、耐胆盐和平板打孔扩散法对其益生特性进行研究,用滤纸片法、腹腔注射法等对其生物安全性进行评价。【结果】本研究通过刚果红染色从鲤肠道中分离筛选出产β-甘露聚糖酶的细菌62株,其中HF-14109菌株产酶能力最强。通过形态学观察、生理生化试验、16S rRNA基因序列和比较基因组分析对该菌株进行鉴定,确定该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)。酶学性质研究发现,该酶最适反应温度为45℃、最适pH为6.0,在温度20–80℃、pH 4.0–9.0范围内都较为稳定;Cu^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)、Ba^(2+)对该酶具有激活作用,而Mn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)对该酶具有抑制作用;对魔芋粉、瓜尔胶和槐豆胶都有较好的降解能力。生物学特性研究表明,HF-14109对酸、高温、胆盐具有较好的耐性,对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)EC 05、迟缓爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)ET 03、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)SA 16、嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)Ah 01等均有抑制作用。安全性评价显示,用107、108、109浓度HF-14109菌悬液对黄河鲤腹腔注射后,未出现死亡及异常状况;该菌株对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、克林霉素、氯霉素、红霉素、链霉素、四环素、万古霉素、氨苄西林等均不具有耐药性。【结论】本研究从黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio)肠道筛选到一株产β-甘露聚糖酶的贝莱斯芽孢杆菌HF-14109,具有较高的酶活性和良好的酶学性质、益生特性和安全性,可作为潜在消除水产饲料中甘露聚糖抗营养因子的功能益生菌。

用于胸片分类的自校正特征融合金字塔网络

胸部疾病的病灶区域面积差异较大,易受健康部位的影响,难以定位,并且用于诊断疾病的X射线胸片样本数据分布不平衡,导致胸部疾病分类网络的分类准确度较低.针对胸部疾病分类任务中仍然存在的问题和挑战,本文提出了一种自校正特征融合金字塔网络.该网络使用自校正卷积增强疾病部位在特征图上以及通道之间的位置联系,在不引入额外参数量的条件下增大了卷积的感受野,避免无病区域的信息干扰;然后通过特征融合金字塔网络整合多尺度图像特征信息,在获取高分辨率特征图的同时,能够准确地定位病变区域,可以更好地识别不同尺度疾病的特征,在多标签分类任务上具有独特的优势;同时引入频率通道注意力机制强化网络对疾病特征的提取能力,在上采样和特征融合变换之前,减少全局平均池化过程中造成的特征丢失;最后提出一种轮次焦点损失函数区分不同种类胸部疾病的训练程度,根据分类难易程度区分样本,并在不同的训练轮次调整权重,以解决胸部疾病样本分布不平衡问题.在ChestX-ray14数据集上的平均AUC值可达0.853,在CheXpert数据集上的平均AUC值可达0.903,超过了近年来较为先进的网络模型.实验结果表明,该网络与传统的胸部疾病分类网络相比能有效地提高胸部疾病的分类精度,并且具有较强的泛化能力.

本文简单回顾了山东莱阳恐龙蛋化石群的发现与研究历史,结合近年来在莱阳的新发现和恐龙蛋研究进展,莱阳恐龙蛋化石群的组成由之前的4科5属11种,修订为6科10属12种,另有1科未定和1个存疑种。将与其他地区恐龙蛋化石组合相比,莱阳恐龙蛋化石群的恐龙蛋类型多样、组合特征明显,是晚白垩世恐龙蛋组合的典型代表,这一组合也很好地反映了晚白垩世胶莱盆地王氏群较高的恐龙多样性。对山东莱阳恐龙蛋进行深入研究,将为进一步探讨晚白垩世莱阳的古地理和古环境等提供详实的古生物学证据。

Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the central nervous system,leading high mortality rates in ***-induced emission(AIE)photosensitizers-based photodynamic therapy(PDT)has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for least-invasive treatment of glioma,which involves local irradiation of the tumor using an external near-infrared(NIR)***,most AIE photosensitizers suffered from poorly penetration of the visible light excitation,bad spatiotemporal resolution in deep tissues and low efficient blood-brain barrier(BBB)crossing ability,which greatly limited the clinical practice of AIE photosensitizers for especially deep-seated brain tumor *** this work,we developed a multifunctional NIR-driven theranostic agent through hybrid of AIE photosensitizers TIND with rare-earth doping nanoparticles(RENPs)NaGdF4:Nd/Yb/Tm with up/down dual-mode conversion *** theranostic agent was further decorated with D-type neuropeptide DNPY for crossing BBB and targeting *** the 808-nm light irradiation,the down-conversion NIR-II luminescence could indicate the position glioma and the upconversion NIR-I luminescence could trigger the AIE photosensitizers producing reactive oxygen species to inhibit orthotopic glioma tumor growth in *** results demonstrate that the integration of Dtype neuropeptide,AIE photosensitizers and RENPs could be promising candidates for in vivo NIR-II fluorescence image-guided through-skull PDT treatments of brain tumors.

Effect of unstable resonator stability on laser beam quality

In order to explore the effect of unstable resonator stability on laser beam quality, the numerical simulation of midinfrared laser and visible laser was carried out in GLAD software. The simulation results showed that the existence of defocus aberration, tilt aberration and astigmatic aberration in the unstable resonator can cause the center of the far-field spot of the output annular beam to drift, the number of peripheral diffraction rings to increase, the beam quality to deteriorate, and the degree of effect is different.

目的:探讨单眼内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术对双眼眼表指标的影响。方法:纳入于2022-12-01/2023-07-31诊断为单眼原发性获得性鼻泪管阻塞(PANDO),并成功实施内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的患者45例。收集术前,术后0.5、1、3 mo的眼表指标,包括平均非侵入性泪膜破裂时间(NIBUT)、干燥综合征国际合作临床联盟眼部染色评分(SICCA OSS)、眼睑刷Korb评分、非表面麻醉泪液分泌试验(Schirmer test)。对比手术前后术眼与健眼在各个时间点上的各项指标。结果:术眼和健眼NIBUT、SICCA OSS、Korb评分、Schirmer test无明显的组间差异(均P>0.05)。术眼术后0.5、1、3 mo的Korb评分明显低于术前(P=0.034、0.044、0.027)。术眼术后1 mo的Schirmer test明显低于手术前(P=0.0461)。结论:内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术后泪液引流恢复正常,眼表损伤加重,这些变化通常在术后约1 mo达到峰值,然后逐渐恢复。

本文通过构建付息的央行数字货币(CBDC)的宏观模型,研究其发行对银行业和宏观经济的影响。当CBDC是唯一交易媒介时,实施负利率政策是可行的,利率上升并不必然导致金融脱媒;由于CBDC与银行存款是互补品,企业投资和银行贷款在利率上升时总体上倾向于增加。在现金和CBDC共存时,付息的CBDC和现金在准备金约束收紧时可以共存。本文的研究显示,央行数字货币设计的选择和银行业的市场结构,是理解CBDC发行影响宏观经济的关键性因素。
