GNSS gyroscopes:determination of angular velocity and acceleration with very high-rate GNSS

Although global navigation satellite systems(GNSS)have been routinely applied to determine attitudes,there exists no literature on determining angular velocity and/or angular acceleration from *** by the invention of computerized accelerometers of the correspondence author and following the success of accurately recovering translational velocity and acceleration waveforms from very high-rate GNSS precise positioning by Xu and his collaborators in 2021,we propose the concept of GNSS gyroscopes and reconstruct angular velocity and acceleration from very high-rate GNSS attitudes by applying regularization under the criterion of minimum mean squared *** major results from the experiments can be summarized in the following:(i)angular velocity and acceleration waveforms computed by applying the difference methods to high-rate GNSS attitudes are too noisy and can be physically not meaningful and numerically *** same can be said about inertial measurement unit(IMU)attitudes,if IMU gyros are not of very high accuracy;(ii)regularization is successfully applied to reconstruct the high-rate angular velocity and acceleration waveforms from 50 Hz GNSS attitudes and significantly outperforms the difference methods,validating the proposed concept of GNSS *** comparing the angular velocity and acceleration results by using the difference methods and regularization,we find that the peak values of angular velocity and acceleration by regularization are much smaller by a maximum factor of 1.57 in the angular velocity to a maximum factor of 8662.53 times in the angular acceleration in the case of high-rate GNSS,and by a maximum factor of 1.26 in the angular velocity to a maximum factor of 2819.85 times in the angular acceleration in the case of IMU,respectively;and(iii)the IMU attitudes apparently lead to better regularized angular velocity and acceleration waveforms than the high-rate GNSS attitudes,which can well be explained by the fact that the

Overall survival associated with surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy in metastatic vulvar cancer:A retrospective cohort study based on the SEER database

Background:Large cancer registries help analyze the prognosis of rare malignancies,such as advanced vulvar *** study aimed to compare the overall survival(OS)rates of patients with metastatic vulvar cancer who had undergone chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy alone and identify prognostic factors using data from the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)***:In this retrospective cohort study,we used the SEER database to identify patients with metastatic vulvar cancer diagnosed between 2000 and *** score matching was performed to balance the ***–Meier curves and Cox models were used to analyze ***:A total of 685 patients were included and divided into chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy groups,and 400 patients were included after propensity score *** chemoradiotherapy group had higher OS in the matched cohort(hazard ratio[HR]=0.7367;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.5906–0.9190;P=0.0049)than the radiotherapy group,which was similar to that in the pre-matched cohort(P<0.0001).Patients who had undergone surgeryþradiotherapy with or without chemotherapy showed higher OS rates than those who had received radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy for patients aged<75 years and local tumor excision/destruction or surgical removal of the primary site was the recommended surgical choice(P<0.05).Chemoradiotherapy is sufficient for patients 75 years of ***:Patients with metastatic vulvar cancer should undergo surgery if they can tolerate *** chemoradiotherapy should be encouraged because this treatment modality was associated with higher OS than radiotherapy alone.

Microbial communities and their influencing factors in the sediment of upper and mid-lower reaches of the Yellow River

Sedimentary microbial communities play an important role in driving biogeochemical cycles in river ecosystems. However， limited is known about the microbial variation and its influencing factors in the high-turbid Yellow River. In this study， microbial communities and their influencing factors in the sediment of upper and mid-lower reaches of the Yellow River were examined. The results showed that Gammaproteobacteria were most dominant in Yellow River sediments. Deltaproteobacteria， Nitrospirae and family of Bacillaceae， Geobaceraceae were more abundant in the mid-lower reaches， while Gammaproteobacteria， Verrucomicrobia and family of Caldilineaceae， Llumatobacteraceae were more abundant in the upper reaches. The microbial communities were predominantly affected by nutrient factors (NH4+， TN and TP)， followed by the spatial factors and Chla content in the mid-lower reaches， while they were by predominantly affected by spatial factors， followed by the nutrient factors and Chla content in the upper reaches. The dominant microbial taxa were mostly correlated with COD， NH4+， TP and temperature. In summary， the sedimentary microbial communities differ between the upper and mid-lower reaches and respond differently to the environmental and spatial factors in the sediment of the Yellow River.

目的观察^(11)C-蛋氨酸(MET)PET/CT影像组学模型评估胶质母细胞瘤异柠檬酸脱氢酶1(IDH1)状态的价值。方法回顾性分析157例接受^(11)C-MET PET/CT检查的胶质母细胞瘤患者资料,包括68例IDH1突变及89例野生型;按8∶2比例将其分为训练集(n=125)与验证集(n=32)。基于PET/CT图像勾画病灶ROI并提取、筛选影像组学特征,分别建立逻辑回归(LR)、支持向量机(SVM)及决策树(DT)影像组学模型;同时基于患者年龄及影像组学特征绘制列线图;对比观察影像组学模型及临床-影像组学列线图评估IDH1状态的效能。结果DT影像组学模型评估训练集胶质母细胞瘤IDH1状态的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.910,大于LR(0.697)及SVM(0.698)模型(P均<0.05)。验证集中,DT模型评估胶质母细胞瘤IDH1状态的AUC为0.805,大于LR模型(0.740)及临床-影像组学列线图(0.704)(P均<0.05)。结论基于DT的^(11)C-MET PET/CT影像组学模型有助于评估胶质母细胞瘤IDH1状态。

目的探讨治疗前^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学特征对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者无进展生存期(PFS)及总生存期(OS)的预后评估。资料与方法回顾性收集2016年1月—2018年12月解放军总医院第一医学中心经病理证实为DLBCL且治疗前行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT的135例患者,以8∶2随机分为训练集和测试集,再以8∶2将训练集分为训练集和验证集进行模型构建。半自动勾画患者淋巴瘤病灶作为感兴趣区并提取特征,利用单因素COX及最小绝对收缩选择算子回归进行特征筛选,获得系数非零的影像组学特征并用其权重系数计算每例患者的影像组学得分(Radscore),分析Radscore对PFS和OS的预测价值。使用传统预后指标(代谢参数和临床因素)、Radscore及两者联合分别建立3种模型。通过C-index、时间依赖的受试者工作特征曲线、决策曲线评估各模型预测效能。最后基于最佳模型绘制列线图,利用校准曲线验证列线图效能。结果联合模型对3、5年PFS及OS预测效能优于传统预后指标模型和Radscore模型(Z=0.9621~2.2539,P均<0.05)。决策曲线显示,联合模型获得最大临床净增益。校准曲线显示,列线图的预测值与实际观察值一致性均良好。结论Radscore是预测DLBCL患者生存的独立预后因素。联合模型对指导临床个体化治疗方案制订有较大的应用价值。

A new Precise Point Positioning(PPP)service,called the PPP-B2b service,has been implemented in the BeiDou-3 Navigation Satellite System(BDS-3),which brings new opportunities for time ***,the solution using the traditional PPP method with the PPP-B2b correction still absorbs some unknown errors and needs reconverging when there exist abnormal *** developed a new receiver clock model to improve PPP time transfer using the PPP-B2b *** traditional PPP time transfers using PPP-B2b with BDS-3,Global Positioning System(GPS),and BDS-3/GPS(Scheme1)are compared with the corresponding time transfer with the proposed clock model(Scheme2).The results show that GPS-only PPP is not recommended because of low accuracy of 2 ***-3 or BDS-3/GPS PPP time transfers in Scheme1 can realize about 0.2 ns *** the new clock model is applied,the accuracy can be improved by up to 45%and 39.8%for BDS-3 and BDS-3/GPS PPP,*** proposed clock model can signifcantly improve the short-term frequency stability by 57.4%,but less for the long-term stability.

嗜黏蛋白阿克曼菌对鲤糖代谢的调控机制

为探究巴氏灭活的阿克曼菌(Akk)调控鲤糖代谢的分子机制，实验通过不同糖水平(20%、30%、40%、50%葡萄糖)探究体重(10.5±1.0) g的鲤4周和8周时胰高血糖素样肽-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)分泌及阿克曼菌定植的时空变化；在不同糖水平实验基础上，设置含有40%葡萄糖的3个不同Akk浓度(108、109和1010CFU/g) P-Akk组，探究添加P-Akk 4周后对鲤(16.38±0.39 g)糖代谢及GLP-1的调控；通过P-Akk孵育鲤原代肝脏、肠细胞实验，共同探究不同糖水平下鲤肠道Akk、GLP-1对糖代谢的调控机制。结果显示，(1)随着饲料中葡萄糖含量的升高，鲤血清中GLP-1b含量显著降低，4周时高糖组鲤肠道GLP-1a、GLP-1b以及肠道内容物中Akk丰度均显著降低，但8周时无显著性差异。(2) P-Akk处理后，鲤血清中葡萄糖、GLP-1含量显著减少；中肠绒毛高度、肌层厚度显著增加，GLP-1含量减少，短链脂肪酸含量增加，muc2 mRNA表达水平升高；此外，P-Akk上调肝脏中ampk、pi3k、akt及糖酵解基因gk、pfk mRNA表达量，下调糖异生基因pepck mRNA表达量。(3)原代肝脏、肠细胞孵育结果显示，P-Akk处理肠细胞后GLP-1含量显著减少，而gpr40的mRNA表达量升高；此外肝脏细胞中糖酵解基因gk、pfk mRNA表达量显著升高。综上，外源添加P-Akk可以缓解高糖饲料引起的血糖升高，维持葡萄糖稳态。该研究结果可为Akk作为益生菌在水产饲料中的应用提供理论基础。

Multi-constellation GNSS precise point positioning with multi-frequency raw observations and dual-frequency observations of ionospheric-free linear combination

Precise point positioning(PPP)is famous for its capability of high-precision positioning with just one station as long as the receiver can receive global navigation satellite system(GNSS)*** the rapid development of BDS and Galileo,the number of available satellites for positioning has increased *** addition,GPS III,GLONASS-K,BDS,and Galileo satellites can transmit triple-frequency *** potentials of multi-constellation GNSS PPP requires further analysis on a global ***,we selected 96 multi-GNSS experiment(MGEX)stations with a global distribution and used 1 week’s data to assess the PPP *** results show that the PPP based on multi-frequency raw observations with spatial and temporal constraints has better performance than PPP using dual-frequency ionospheric-free *** main contribution of multi-constellation GNSS PPP is to shorten the convergence *** convergence time for GPS PPP is approximately 40 min,which can be shortened to less than 20 min in multi-GNSS *** convergence,the positioning accuracy of multi-GNSS PPP is improved by 0.5 to 1.0 cm compared with GPS or GLONASS *** positioning accuracy of multi-GNSS could be further improved in the future with the BDS and Galileo precise products of orbits,clock and phase center offset/variation.
