Na3V2（PO4）2O2F （VP） is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framework and high specific *** functional theory （DFT） and finite element simulations show that incorporating SO42-into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na3V2（PO4）1.95（SO4）0.05O2F（VPS-1） is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g-1) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g-1capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.

Working as aerial base stations,mobile robotic agents can be formed as a wireless robotic network to provide network services for on-ground mobile devices in a target ***,a challenging issue is how to deploy these mobile robotic agents to provide network services with good quality for more users,while considering the mobility of on-ground *** this paper,to solve this issue,we decouple the coverage problem into the vertical dimension and the horizontal dimension without any loss of optimization and introduce the network coverage model with maximum coverage ***,we propose a hybrid deployment algorithm based on the improved quick artificial bee *** algorithm is composed of a centralized deployment algorithm and a distributed *** proposed deployment algorithm deploy a given number of mobile robotic agents to provide network services for the on-ground devices that are independent and identically *** results have demonstrated that the proposed algorithm deploys agents appropriately to cover more ground area and provide better coverage uniformity.

Negative selection algorithm(NSA) is an important method of generating artificial immune ***,the traditional NSAs aim at eliminating the self-recognized invalid detectors,by matching candidate detectors with the whole self *** matching process results in extremely low generation efficiency and significantly limits the application of *** this paper,an improved NSA called CB-RNSA,which is based on the hierarchical clustering of self set,is *** CB-RNSA,the self data is first preprocessed by hierarchical clustering,and then replaced by the self cluster centers to match with candidate detectors in order to reduce the distance calculation *** the detector generation process,the candidate detectors are restricted to the lower coverage space to reduce the detector *** the paper,probabilistic analysis is performed on non-self coverage of ***,termination condition of the detector generation procedure in CB-RNSA is *** is more reasonable than that of traditional NSAs,which are based on predefined detector *** theoretical analysis shows the time complexity of CB-RNSA is irrelevant to the self set ***,the difficult problem,in which the detector training cost is exponentially related to the size of self set in traditional NSAs,is resolved,and the efficiency of the detector generation under a big self set is also *** experimental results show that:under the same data set and expected coverage,the detection rate of CB-RNSA is higher than that of the classic RNSA and V-detector algorithms by 12.3% and 7.4% ***,the false alarm rate is lower by 8.5% and 4.9% respectively,and the time cost of CB-RNSA is lower by 67.6% and 75.7% respectively.

Layered molybdenum disulfide （MoS2） has received much attention as one of the most promising energy-storage and conversion materials for Li/Na ion batteries. Here, a simple and effective approach is proposed for the rational design and preparation of hierarchical three-d imensional （3D） amorphous N-doped carbon nanotube@MoS2 nanosheets （3D-ANCNT@MoS2） via a simple hydrothermal method, followed by an annealing process. With such a unique nanoarchitecture, ultrathin MoS2 nanosheets grown on the external surfaces of polypyrrole-derived ANCNTs are assembled to form a hierarchical 3D nanoarchitecture, where the adopted ANCNTs serve not only as the template and continuous conductive matrix, but can also prevent MoS2 from aggregating and restacking, and help to buffer the volumetric expansion of MoS2 during cycling. More importantly, when evaluated as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries, the 3D-ANCNT@MoS2 composite exhibits excellent cycling stability, superior rate performance, and reversible specific capacity as high as 893.4 mAh·g^-1 at 0.2 A·g^-1 after 200 cycles in a half battery, and 669.4 mAh·g^-1 at 0.2 A·g^-1 after 100 cycles in the 3D-ANCNT@Mo2//LiCoO2 full battery. With respect to sodium-ion batteries, the outstanding reversible capacity, excellent rate behavior, and good cycling performance of 3D-ANCNT@MoS2 composites are also achieved.

Puerarin partly counteracts the inflammatory response after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion via activating the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway

Puerarin, a major isoflavonoid derived from the Chinese medical herb radix puerariae （Gegen）, has been reported to inhibit neuronal apoptosis and play an anti-inflammatory role in focal cerebral ischemia model rats. Recent findings regarding stroke pathophysiology have recognized that anti-inflammation is an important target for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway is a highly robust neural-immune mechanism for inflammation control. This study was to investigate whether activating the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway can be involved in the mechanism of inhibiting the inflammatory response during puerarin-induced cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats. Results showed that puerarin pretreatment （intravenous injection） re- duced the ischemic infarct volume, improved neurological deficit after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion and decreased the levels of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-a in brain tissue. Pretreatment with puerarin （intravenous injection） attenuated the inflammatory response in rats, which was accompanied by janus-activated kinase 2 （JAK2） and signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 （STAT3） activation and nuclear factor kappa B （NF-KB） inhibition. These observa- tions were inhibited by the alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor （a7nAchR） antagonist a-bungarotoxin （a-BGT）. In addition, puerarin pretreatment increased the expression of a7nAchR mRNA in ischemic cerebral tissue. These data demonstrate that puerarin pretreatment strongly protects the brain against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and inhibits the inflammatory re- sponse. Our results also indicated that the anti-inflammatory effect of puerarin may partly be medi- ated through the activation of the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway.

Multi-dimensional, long-term time series displacement monitoring is crucial for generating early warnings for active landslides and for mitigating geohazards. The synthetic aperture radar(SAR) interferometry method has been widely applied to achieve small-gradient landslide displacement monitoring;however, measuring the landslide displacement with a steep gradient has posed certain challenges. In comparison, the SAR offset tracking method is a powerful tool for mapping large-gradient landslide displacement in both the slant-range and azimuth directions. Nevertheless, there are some limitations in the existing SAR offset tracking approaches:(i) the measurement accuracy is greatly reduced by the extreme topography relief in high mountain areas,(ii) a fixed matching window from expert experience is usually adopted in the calculation of cross-correlation,(iii) estimating the long-term displacements between the SAR images from cross-platforms and with longer spatiotemporal baselines is a challenging task, and(iv) it is difficult to calculate the three-dimensional(3D) landslide displacements using a single SAR ***, only a few studies have focused on how to realize early warning of landslide deformation using SAR *** address these issues, this paper presents an improved cross-platform SAR offset tracking method, which can not only estimate high-precision landslide displacements in two and three dimensions but also calculate long-term time series displacements over a decade using cross-platform SAR offset tracking measurements. Initially, we optimize the traditional SAR offset tracking workflow to estimate high-precision ground displacements, in which three improvements are highlighted:(i) an“ortho-rectification” operation is applied to restrain the effect of topography relief,(ii) an “adaptive matching window” is adopted in the cross-correlation computation, and(iii) a new strategy is proposed to combine all the possible offset pairs and optima

This study examines the economic benefits of food waste treatment projects in China and factors affecting ***-level pilot projects for food waste treatment located in 29 cities were selected as *** economics of food waste recycling from the investors’perspective,in terms of investment during the construction phase and cost and benefit during the operation phase,was *** indicate that the average tonnage investment of food waste treatment projects was RMB 700.0±188.9 thousand yuan,with a profit to cost ratio of 0.08±*** ratio increased to 0.95±0.57 following the application of government *** highlights the limited economic benefits of food waste treatment facilities,which rely on government subsidies to maintain their operations in *** analysis using a multi-factor analysis model revealed that regional location,service population size,processing technique,and urban income exerted varying impacts on the economy of food waste *** size exerted the highest impact(P=0.016)during the construction stage,and processing techniques notably influenced the project economy during the operation *** study highlights the need to prioritize service population size and processing techniques during economic decision-making and management of food waste recycling *** results of this study can serve as a valuable practical reference for guiding future policies regarding food waste treatment and related planning.

Neurobiological disruptions induced in brains of the rats fed with mercury contami- nated rice collected from experimental fields in Guizhou Province, China

Guizhou Province, located in the southwestern China, is an important mercury (Hg) production center. High levels of Hg were found in local environmental and biomass samples. The neurobiological disruptions induced in brains of rats fed with Hg polluted rice collected from two experimental plots in Guizhou Province were studied. The plots are close to the Hg mine of Wanshang area and a chemical plant (where Hg is used as a catalyst for the pro-duction of acetaldehyde) of Qingzhen area. Rats were fed for 30 d before toxicological end points were tested. The results showed that the accumulations of Hg in rat’s brain of Qingzhen chemical plant group and Wanshang mine group were significantly higher than those of Shanghai group (con-trol group) (P<0.01). The neural transmitters, including ace-tylcholine (Ach), acetylcholine enzyme (AchE), nitric oxide and nitricoxide synthase (NOS), in rat’s brain were signifi-cantly affected. Oxidative stress was observed in the expo-sure groups. The expression levels of the immediately early gene (IEG), c-fos and c-FOS proteins were induced by the Hg polluted rice. It was noted that the IEG (c-fos) participated in the neurotoxic process induced by the Hg polluted rice. IEG response to Hg might be dependent on interactions between neural transmitter and oxidative damage. c-fos could be used as an effective index of detecting and assessing the neurotox-icity of Hg. The results suggested that it should be alert to mental health problem in human beings eating Hg-polluted food. More efforts are necessary to protect the local ecosys-tem and human health in the Hg polluted areas such as Wangshan and Qingzhen in Guizhou Province of China.
