本文探索了一种基于游戏化的适老产品设计模型,以老年康复类产品为例,探索适老化产品设计方法和路径。文中运用游戏化的交互式设计三要素(使用游戏元素、制定规则边界与积累经验数据),提出提升老年人康复、健身质量的游戏化设计方法。通过数例康复类产品设计初步验证了基于游戏化的适老产品设计模型的可行性。

Perovskite oxides(POs)are emerging as a class of highly efficient catalysts for reducing oxygen to H_(2)*** a rich variety of POs-based catalysts have been developed by tuning the complex composition,a highly efficient PO catalyst that is able to alter the reaction pathway from a 4e−process to a 2e−process for H_(2)O_(2)production has rarely been *** modified the structure and composition of a Ca-and Nb-based PO material by realizing a uniform two-dimensional(2D)morphology and varied Ta doping,resulting in the 2D Ca_(2)Nb_(3−x)Ta_(x)O_(10)−(x=0,0.5,1,and 1.5)monolayer *** obtained catalysts exhibit a dominant 2e−pathway and show exceptional H_(2)O_(2)production *** typical Ca_(2)Nb_(2.5)Ta_(0.5)O_(10)−nanoflakes showed an onset potential of 0.735 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),a remarkably high selectivity over 95%across a wide range of 0.3-0.7 V,an impressively high Faradaic efficiency of 94%,and a notable H_(2)O_(2)productivity of 1571 mmol·gcat^(−1)·h^(−1).These findings highlight the great potential of 2D perovskite oxide nanoflakes as advanced electrocatalysts for 2e−oxygen reduction reaction.

Accuracy and complications of posterior C2 screw fixation using intraoperative three-dimensional fluoroscopy-based navigation

Background The peculiar and highly variable C2 anatomy can make screw fixation more challenging and prone to potential vertebral artery or neurologic injury. Conventional C-arm fluoroscopy has several drawbacks. The aim of this research was to evaluate the accuracy of posterior C2 screw fixation using intraoperative three-dimensional fluoroscopy- based navigation （ITFN） and assess the perioperative complication rate related to screw placement. Methods A retrospective review identified patients who underwent operative management with C2 instruments using ITFN at our hospital between January 2006 and December 2012. Clinical data were obtained from medical records and final screw positions were graded according to a modified classification of Gertzbein and Robbins. Grade A and B screws were considered well positioned. Results The study included 99 patients （53 males and 46 females） who underwent posterior C2 screw fixation using ITFN. The mean Japan Orthopedic Association score improved from （6.7±1.9） points before surgery to （12.5±2.7） points at 6-month follow-up （z= ＋8.628, P 〈0.01）. The mean visual analogue scale improved from （4.1±1.2） points before surgery to （0.7±0.9） points at 6-month follow-up, with an improvement of 83.7% （z= 8.638, P 〈 0.01）. Of the 196 screws analyzed using computed tomography and chart review, 126 transarticular, 64 pedicle, and 6 pars screws were placed with 82.5% （104/126）, 89.1% （57/64）, and 100% （6/6） accuracy （grade A）, respectively; 98.5% （193/196） of screws were grade A or B （grade C, 1.5% （3/196））, and no neurologic injuries occurred. In normal C2 cases, 93 transarticulars and 47 pedicles were placed with high accuracy rates of 90.3% （84/93） and 93.6% （44/47）（grade A）, respectively. However, in cases with C2 deformity, 33 transarticular, 17 pedicle, and 6 pars screws were placed with only 60.6% （20/33）, 76.5% （13/17）, and 100% （6/6） accuracy （grade A）, respectively. 准确的交通流预测能够为管理部门提供合理的决策依据,为驾驶员提供实时的道路状况预警,是交通领域至关重要的问题。近年来,相关研究利用图卷积神经网络(GCN)处理非欧式空间结构的特点,对来自复杂路网的交通流数据进行空间相关性建模。然而,现有基于图卷积的交通流预测方法未能充分考虑空间相关性的有向性和动态性这两个重要特点。考虑到动态交通流呈现出由固定道路结构约束的稳定空间相关性和受交通环境变化影响的动态空间相关性,提出了一种用于动态交通流预测的端到端双流图卷积网络(TSGCN)。首先,将实时交通流数据分解为具有不同空间相关性的稳定分量和动态分量。其中,稳定分量表示受路网约束和交通习惯影响的部分,动态分量则代表因交通状况变化(如交通拥堵和恶劣天气)引起的波动。然后,通过双流图卷积层提取稳定和动态的空间相关性。最后,使用参数化跳过连接方法来融合时空相关性以获得最终的预测结果。在两个公开的真实交通数据集上的实验结果表明,提出的模型优于对比的交通流预测方法。

Developing efficient adsorbents for radon(Rn)capture from the ambient environment is of paramount importance for public ***,it poses a great challenge due to the chemical inertness and extremely low molar concentration of Rn in ***,we report a zeolite imidazolate frameworkderived metallic carbon adsorbent(Zn@NPC)with record high Rn removal performance under ambient *** one-step pyrolysis,the prepared Zn@NPC possesses pores with a preference for Rn and atomically dispersed Zn sites,achieving a high Rn removal efficiency that doubles in adsorption coefficient(9.47 L·g^(−1))and triples in adsorption kinetic coefficient(20.25 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1))over the benchmark Rn adsorbent coconut activated *** functional theory calculations elucidate the important role of the metal polarization effect,which cooperates with the pore size confinement effect to boost the overall Rn adsorption *** work launches a promising alternative for practical Rn capture.
