Inoculating Microbes Effect on Composting Process of Dairy Manure Under Low Temperature

The compost of cattle manure was inoculated with complex microbial agent lower than 5 ℃ to explore the application of beneficial microbial agent and maturation accelerator aiming at accelerating the process of compostimg under the low temperature Results showed that adding the maturation accelerator accelerated the process of composting and increased the nitrogen content of composting products. Inoculating the microogannic maturation agent made the composting temperature rise quickly and the *** become better.

Background and Aims:Data are limited on the use of pegylated-interferon alpha-2a(peg-IFNα)in Chinese patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection(CHB).We evaluated the effectiveness and safety of peg-IFNαin Chinese patients with hepatitis B envelope antigen-negative CHB in routine clinical ***:In this prospective,multicenter,observational,non-interventional cohort study,patients were assessed for up to 1 year after peg-IFNαtreatment *** physicians established the dosing and treatment duration according to Chinese clinical *** of peg-IFNαtreatment was measured by the percentage of:patients with HBV DNA<2000 IU/mL and loss of hepatitis B surface antigen(commonly known as HBsAg);HBV DNA level at end of treatment(EOT),and 6 months and 1 year posttreatment;and time course change in quantitative HBV DNA and ***:At EOT,6 months posttreatment,and 1 year posttreatment,the percentage of patients with HBV DNA<2000 IU/mL was 90.0%,81.8%,and 82.2%,and that of patients with HBsAg loss was 6.5%,9.4%,and 9.5%,*** HBV DNA level decreased from 5.61 log IU/mL at baseline to 2.48 log IU/mL at EOT and 2.67 log IU/mL at 1 year *** HBsAg level decreased from 3.08 log IU/mL at baseline to 2.24 log IU/mL at EOT and 2.10 log IU/mL at 1 year *** incidence of adverse events was 52.0%.Conclusions:Peg-IFNαhas the potential to provide functional cure(HBsAg loss)for CHB and is well tolerated in hepatitis B envelope antigen-negative CHB patients in routine clinical practice in China.

通过制备碳纳米管(CNTs)/炭黑(CB)/天然橡胶(NR)湿法混炼共沉胶,分析碳纳米管与炭黑复配后的共沉胶物理力学性能、硫化性能和动态力学性能,并与传统干法混炼胶进行对比。结果表明,在湿法混炼共沉胶中,随着填料中碳纳米管份数的增大,胶料的焦烧时间及正硫化时间逐渐缩短,其中焦烧时间缩短了11%,正硫化时间缩短了18%。相比于单一填料的补强体系,复配填料体系更有助于2种填料各自的分散。扫描电镜和动态力学性能分析共同显示,复配填料体系在湿法混炼天然胶中分散得更好,且复合材料拉伸强度、撕裂强度和断裂伸长率更高。

本文报导L3强子量能器第一个模块60个正比室的研制和性能测试.在充以Ar（80%）+CO2（20%）混合气条件下,室计数率坪长125V,坪坡度3.4%/100V.输出脉冲具有良好的均匀性.长时间的高压“锻炼”能使暗电流减小.由正比室装配成的强子量能器模块,在CERN SPS试验束上进行了性能测试,取得了满意的结果.

The World Health Organization(WHO)has set the goal of eliminating hepatitis as a threat to public health by *** mother-to-child transmission(MTCT)of hepatitis B virus(HBV)is not only the key to eliminating viral hepatitis,but also a hot issue in the field of hepatitis B prevention and *** standardize the clinical management of preventing MTCT of HBV and achieve zero HBV infection among infants,the Chinese Foundation for Hepatitis Prevention and Control organized experts to compile a management algorithm for prevention of MTCT of HBV based on the latest research progress and guidelines,including 10 steps of pregnancy management and postpartum follow-up,among which screening,antiviral treatment,and infant immunization are its core components.

在考虑不等宽度三平板传输线的极板边缘效应和极板厚度的条件下,建立了单位长度电容、特性阻抗和各位置电场强度幅值的解析求解方法。该方法利用保角变换,将三平板传输线的不规则场边界变换为规则边界,所得结果是不带有任何近似的准确值。该方法计算结果与利用商业软件Ansoft进行模拟所得结果一致,证明该方法正确且可行。

Optical control of exotic properties in strongly correlated electron materials is very attractive owing to their potential applications in optical and electronic ***,we demonstrate a vertical heterojunction made of a correlated electron oxide thin film VO_(2) and a conductive 0.05 wt% Nb-doped TiO_(2) single crystal,whose metal-insulator transition(MIT)across the nanoscale heterointerface can be efficiently modulated by visible light *** magnitude of the MIT decreases from ~350 in the dark state to ~7 in the illuminated state,obeying a power law with respect to the light power *** junction resistance is switched in a reversible and synchronous manner by turning light on and *** optical tunability of it is also exponentially proportional to the light power density,and a 320-fold on/off ratio is achieved with an irradiance of 65.6 mW cm^(-2) below the MIT *** the VO_(2) thin film is metallic above the MIT temperature,the optical tunability is remarkably weakened,with a one-fold change remaining under light *** results are co-attributed to a net reduction(~15 meV)in the apparent barrier height and the photocarrier-injection-induced metallization of the VO_(2) heterointerface through a photovoltaic effect,which is induced by deep defect level transition upon the visible light irradiance at low ***,the optical tunability is minimal,resulting from the quite weak modulation of the already metallic band structure in the Schottky-type junction above the MIT *** work enables a remotely optical scheme to manipulate the MIT,implying potential uncooled photodetection and photoswitch applications.

化疗的应用前景目前受到肿瘤多药耐药性(Multidrug resistance,MDR)、药物分布的非特异性和系统性毒副作用等缺点限制。治疗性基因可通过适当载体运送至肿瘤细胞,通过下调耐药相关蛋白的表达或沉默其他调控肿瘤功能的基因以实现治疗的目的。因此,借助纳米载体将化疗与基因治疗联合应用可发挥两者的协同作用,改善化疗效果,是一种具有广阔前景的抗癌策略。沉默耐药相关基因是解决肿瘤MDR的主要思路,除此之外,尚需开发其他可协同化疗的基因治疗策略,通过调控肿瘤发生、发展的某个或某些环节以达到更显著的肿瘤治疗效果。与此同时,使用纳米颗粒(Nanoparticles,NPs)共递送基因和化疗药物对纳米载体提出了更高的要求。基因易被核酸酶降解,在血流中不稳定,细胞摄取差且转染效率低,因此亟需安全高效的共递送系统来克服诸多障碍,实现最大效率的药物共载和运送。依据所选择治疗基因靶点的不同,基因-化疗药物共递送的治疗策略可分为逆转肿瘤细胞MDR、促肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗肿瘤血管生成、化疗协同免疫治疗及清除肿瘤干细胞(Cancer stem cells,CSCs)等多种,递送的基因包括MDR-1 siRNA、Bcl-2 siRNA、p53 DNA、VEGF siRNA、PD-L1siRNA及miR-205等类型。用于共递送的理想纳米载体应符合安全性高、生物相容性好、具有可生物降解性、基因转染率高等条件。研究者们充分利用各类材料的特性优势,开发出聚合物纳米粒、纳米胶束、脂质体、无机纳米颗粒、病毒及核酸载体等不同类型的共递送载体。此外,通过对载体进行刺激响应性设计可实现依据肿瘤微环境或外部环境变化而靶向释放药物的效果,从而避免包裹药物的突释,保证肿瘤部位的药物分布,提高治疗效率的同时减轻药物对正常组织的毒副作用。本文归纳了纳米载体共递送基因和化疗药物的阶段性研究进展,分别对基因-化疗药物共递送策略及共递送载体等进行介绍,分析了各类型载体的特点,思考了纳米载体研发领域一些待解决的问题并展望其前景,以期为实现安全高效的基因-化学联合治疗提供参考。

Background and Aims:Hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)loss is seldom achieved with nucleos(t)ide analog(NA)therapy in chronic hepatitis B patients but may be enhanced by switching to finite pegylated-interferon(Peg-IFN)*** assessed HBsAg loss with 48-and 96-week Peg-IFN alfa-2a in chronic hepatitis B patients with partial response to a previous ***:Hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive patients who achieved HBeAg loss and hepatitis B virus DNA<200 IU/mL with previous adefovir,lamivudine or entecavir treatment were randomized 1:1 to receive Peg-IFN alfa-2a for 48(n=153)or 96 weeks(n=150).The primary endpoint of this study was HBsAg loss at end of *** *** identifier is ***:At the end of 48 and 96 weeks'treatment,14.4%(22/153)and 20.7%(31/150)of patients,respectively,who switched from NA to Peg-IFN alfa-2a cleared *** were similar irrespective of prior NA or baseline HBeAg *** those who cleared HBsAg by the end of 48 and 96 weeks'treatment,77.8%(14/18)and 71.4%(20/28),respectively,sustained HBsAg loss for a further 48 *** HBsAg<1500 IU/mL and week 24 HBsAg<200 IU/mL were associated with the highest rates of HBsAg loss at the end of both 48-and 96-week treatment(51.4%and 58.7%,respectively).Importantly,extending treatment from 48 to 96 weeks enabled 48.3%(14/29)more patients to achieve HBsAg ***:Patients on long-term NA who are unlikely to meet therapeutic goals can achieve high rates of HBsAg loss by switching to Peg-IFN *** loss rates may be improved for some patients by extending treatment from 48 to 96 weeks,although the differences in our study cohort were not statistically *** and on-treatment HBsAg may predict HBsAg loss with Peg-IFN alfa-2a.
