In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Optical quasi-periodic oscillation and color behavior of blazar PKS 2155–304

PKS 2155-304 is a well studied BL Lac object in the southern sky. The historical optical data during different periods have been collected and compiled. Light curves spanning 35 yr have been constructed. The R-band light curve has been ana- lyzed by means of three methods： the epoch folding method, the Jurkevich method and the discrete correlation function method. It is derived that there is an evident periodic component of 317 d （i.e. 0.87 yr） superposed on a long-term trend with large- amplitude variation in the light curve. The variability of this source is accompanied by a slight color variation, and the brightness and color index are correlated with each other. On a long-term time scale, PKS 2155-304 exhibits a tendency of bluer-when- brighter, which means the spectrum becomes flatter when the source brightens.

Long-term optical-infrared color variability of blazars

The long-term optical and infrared color variability of blazars has been investigated with monitoring data from the Small and Moderate Aperture Research Telescope System（SMARTS）. The sample in this study consists of 49 flat spectrum radio quasars（FSRQs） and 22 BL Lacertae objects（BL Lacs）. The fractional variability amplitudes of each source have been calculated in both optical R band and infrared J band. Overall, the variability amplitudes of FSRQs are larger than those of BL Lacs. The results also suggest that the variability amplitude of most FSRQs is larger at a lower energy band（J band） than at a higher one（R band）, but the variability amplitude of BL Lacs is larger at the higher energy band. Both types of blazars display color variation along with variability in brightness. However, they show different variation behaviors in general. In the whole data set, 35 FSRQs exhibit redder-whenbrighter trends, and 11 FSRQs exhibit opposite trends; 11 BL Lacs follow bluer-whenbrighter trends, and seven BL Lacs follow opposite trends. A detailed examination indicates that there are 10 blazars showing redder-when-brighter trends in their low state, and bluer-when-brighter or stable-when-brighter trends in their high state. Some more complicated color behaviors have also been detected in several blazars. The nonthermal jet emission and the thermal emission from the accretion disk are employed to explain the observed color behaviors.

Supported bilayerα-borophene(BL-αborophene)on Ag(111)substrate has been synthesized in recent *** on the experimentally observed quasi-planar C_(6v)B_(36)(1),its monolayer assemblyα^(+)-borophene B_(11)(P6/mmm)(2),and extensive global minimum searches augmented with density functional theory calculations,we predict herein freestanding BL-α^(+)borophenes B_(22)(Cmmm)(3)and B_(22)(C2/m)(4)which,as the most stable BL borophenes reported to date,are composed of interwoven boron triple chains as boron analogs of monolayer graphene(5)consisting of interwoven carbon single *** nearly degenerate eclipsed B_(22)(3)and staggered B_(22)(4)with the hexagonal hole density ofη=1/12 and interlayer bonding density of u=1/4 appear to be two-dimensional semiconductors with the indirect band gaps of 0.952 and 1.144 eV,*** bonding analyses reveal one delocalized 12c-2eπbond over each hexagonal hole in both the B_(22)(3)and B_(22)(4),similar to the situation in monolayer graphene which contains one delocalized 6c-2eπbond over each C_(6)***,these BL-α^(+)borophenes appear to remain highly stable on Ag(111)substrate,presenting the possibility to form supported BL-α+borophenes.

Long-term multi-wavelength variations of Fermi blazar 3C 279

Long-term optical,X-ray and γ-ray data of blazar 3 C 279 have been compiled from Swift-XRT,RXTE-PCA,Fermi-LAT,SMARTS and *** source exhibits strong variability on long *** the 1980 s until now,the optical R band light curve spans more than 32 yr,and a possible 5.6-yr-long quasi-periodic variation component has been found in *** optical spectral behavior has been *** the optical band,the mean spectral index is –*** source exhibits an obvious special spectral *** the low state,the source manifests a clear bluer-when-brighter behavior in the sense that the optical spectrum turns harder(flatter) when the brightness *** in the high state,the optical spectrum is stable,which means the source spectral index does not vary with *** correlation analysis has been performed among optical,X-ray and γ-ray energy *** result indicates that the variations of γ-ray and X-ray bands are well correlated without time delay on the timescale of days,and their variations exhibit weak correlations with those of the optical *** variations,especially outbursts,are simultaneous,but the magnitude of variations is *** detailed analysis reveals that the main outbursts exhibit strong correlations in different γ-ray,X-ray and optical bands.

We perform a theoretical investigation on the control over the atomic excitation of Rydberg states with shaped intense ultrashort laser pulses. By numerically solving the time-dependent Schr?dinger equation（TDSE）, we systematically study the dependence of the population of the Rydberg states on the π phase step position in the frequency spectra of the laser pulse for different intensities, central wavelengths and pulse durations. Our results show that the Rydberg excitation process can be effectively modulated using shaped intense laser pulses with the laser intensity as high as 1 × 1014 W/cm2. Our work also have benefit to the future investigation to find out the dominant mechanism behind the excitation of Rydberg states in strong laser fields.

Regulatory Effect of General Anesthetics on Activity of Potassium Channels

General anesthesia is an unconscious state induced by anesthetics for surgery. The molecular targets and cellular mechanisms of general anesthetics in the mammalian nervous system have been investigated during past decades. In recent years, K＋ channels have been identified as important targets of both volatile and intra- venous anesthetics. This review covers achievements that have been made both on the regulatory effect of general anesthetics on the activity of K＋ channels and their underlying mechanisms. Advances in research on the modulation of K~ channels by general anesthetics are summarized and categorized according to four large K＋ channel families based on their amino-acid sequence homology. In addition, research achievements on the roles of K＋ channels in general anesthesia in vivo, especially with regard to studies using mice with K＋ channel knockout, are particularly emphasized.

Imaging the [1+1] Two-Photon Dissociation Dynamics of Br2 + in a Cold Ion Beam

The [1+1] two-photon dissociation dynamics of mass-selected 79Br2 + has been studied in a cold ion beam using a cryogenic cylindrical ion trap velocity map imaging spectrometer. The quartet 14Σ- u;3=2 state of 79Br2 + is employed as an intermediate state to initiate resonance enhanced two-photon excitation to high-lying dissociative states in the 4.0-5.0 eV energy region above the ground rovibronic state. Total kinetic energy release (TKER) and the twodimensional recoiling velocity distributions of fragmented 79Br+ ions are measured using the technique of DC-slice velocity map imaging. Branching ratios for individual state-resolved product channels are determined from the TKER spectra. The measured photofragment angular distributions indicate that the dissociation of 79Br2 + occurs in dissociative Ω=3/2 state via ΔΩ=0 parallel transition from the 14Σ-u;3=2 intermediate state. Due to the considerable spin-orbit coupling effects in the excited states of 79Br2 +, higher-lying dissociative quartet states are likely responsible for the observed photodissociation processes.
