Passive immunotherapy is one of the most promising interventions for Alzheimer’s disease(AD).However,almost all immune-modulating strategies fail in clinical trials with unclear causes although they attenuate neuropathology and cognitive deficits in AD animal ***,we showed that Aβ-targeting antibodies including their lgG1 and lgG4 subtypes induced microglial engulfment of neuronal synapses by activating CR3 or FcγRIIb via the complex of Aβ,antibody,and ***,anti-Aβantibodies without Fc fragment,or with blockage of CR3 or FcγRIIb,did not exert these adverse ***,Aβ-targeting antibodies,but not their Fab fragments,significantly induced acute microglial synapse removal and rapidly exacerbated cognitive deficits and neuroinflammation in APP/PS1 mice post-treatment,whereas the memory impairments in mice were gradually rescued *** the recovery rate of synapses in humans is much lower than that in mice,our findings may clarify the variances in the preclinical and clinical studies assessing AD ***,Aβ-targeting antibodies lack of Fc fragment,or with reduced Fc effector function,may not induce microglial synaptic pruning,providing a safer and more efficient therapeutic alternative for passive immunotherapy for AD.

目的:明确张拉膜结构风致气弹响应特征及气弹失稳机理。,创新点:1.采用无接触测量技术设计鞍形张拉膜结构气弹模型风洞试验;2.研究鞍形张拉膜结构的气弹响应特征;3.给出鞍形张拉膜结构的失稳机理。方法:1.在风洞中测量两个形状相同但预张力不同的封闭式鞍形张拉膜结构气弹模型在不同风速下的均匀流中的位移响应及膜面上方不同高度的风速时程;2.通过对位移响应及风速时程进行,分析,明确结构的响应随风速变化特征及气弹失稳原因。.结论:1.膜结构在风荷载作用下变形到平衡位置,并.围绕该平衡位置以特定振幅进行振动;2.大部分风向角下,多个模态被激发,结构振幅及各阶模态阻尼比随风速增大而逐渐增大;3.特定风向角下,只有单阶模态被激发;低风速下,结构振幅和模态阻尼比随风速增大而缓慢增大;超过一定风速后,结构发生涡激共振引起的气弹失稳,振幅随风速增大开始迅速增大,达到不发生涡激共振时的2–4倍,结构阻尼比随风速增大发生迅速衰减;随着风速的继续增大,结构振动中可能出现其他模态的气弹失稳;4.结构前两阶模态的无量纲气弹失稳临界风速约为0.8–1.0。

Background:In the Yunnan province of China,18 counties in six prefectures border *** to its particular combination of geographic features,climate conditions,and cultural landscape,the area provides a suitable environment for the spread of insect-borne diseases such as *** five identified Myanmar Special Regions along the China-Myanmar border,economic development is lagging,people live in extreme poverty,and the healthcare system is *** with political and other reasons,this precludes malaria control work to be effectively carried out in Myanmar,resulting in a heavy burden of the *** population movements and favorable conditions for malaria transmission on the border fuel difficulties in controlling and eliminating the spread of the disease in the *** presentation:To reduce the prevalence of malaria in the China-Myanmar border area and improve healthcare services for local residents in this particular environment,Health Poverty Action(HPA)has provided malaria aid in the area since the beginning of 2006,as a sub-recipient of the China Global Fund Malaria *** this case study,we examined HPA’s activities as part of its malaria control programs in the area,analyzed and summarized the effectiveness and impact of the cross-border healthcare model as implemented by non-governmental organizations,and put forward suggestions for cross-border health aid models and for the prevention of malaria transmission in the Greater Mekong ***:HPA had carried out a great quantity of successful malaria control activities in border areas between China and Myanmar,strengthened the partnership and established the collaboration,coordination and cooperation channels among *** has laid good groundwork and developed its valuable model that could be highlighted and referenced.

A double-layered protective film based on zinc-based coordination compound and ZnF2-rich solid electrolyte interphase layer has been successfully fabricated on the zinc metal anode via electrode/electrolyte synergistic *** double-layered architecture can effectively modulate Zn2+ flux and suppress the zinc dendrite growth, thus facilitating the uniform zinc *** as-developed zinc-(dual) halogen batteries based on double-layered protective film can present high areal capacity and satisfactory cycling stability. Aqueous zinc-halogen batteries are promising candidates for large-scale energy storage due to their abundant resources, intrinsic safety, and high theoretical capacity. Nevertheless, the uncontrollable zinc dendrite growth and spontaneous shuttle effect of active species have prohibited their practical implementation. Herein, a double-layered protective film based on zinc-ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid (ZEA) artificial film and ZnF2-rich solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer has been successfully fabricated on the zinc metal anode via electrode/electrolyte synergistic optimization. The ZEA-based artificial film shows strong affinity for the ZnF2-rich SEI layer, therefore effectively suppressing the SEI breakage and facilitating the construction of double-layered protective film on the zinc metal anode. Such double-layered architecture not only modulates Zn2+ flux and suppresses the zinc dendrite growth, but also blocks the direct contact between the metal anode and electrolyte, thus mitigating the corrosion from the active species. When employing optimized metal anodes and electrolytes, the as-developed zinc-(dual) halogen batteries present high areal capacity and satisfactory cycling stability. This work provides a new avenue for developing aqueous zinc-(dual) halogen batteries.

The tensile strain in inorganic perovskite films induced by thermal annealing is one of the primary factors contributing to the inefficiency and instability of inorganic perovskite solar cells （IPSCs）,which reduces the defect formation ***,a flexible molecule 5-maleimidovaleric acid （5-MVA） was introduced as a strain buffer to release the residual strain of *** anhydride and carboxyl groups in 5-MVA interact strongly with the uncoordinated Pb2+through Lewis acid-base reaction,thus tightly“pull”the perovskite *** in-between soft carbon chain increased the structural flexibility of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite materials,which effectively relieved the intrinsic internal strain of CsPbI2.85Br0.15,resisted the corrosion of external strain,and also reduced the formation of defects such as VIand *** addition,the introduction of 5-MVA improved crystal quality,passivated residual defects,and narrowed energy level ***,power conversion efficiency （PCE） of NiOxbased inverted IPSCs increased from 19.25% to 20.82% with the open-circuit voltage enhanced from 1.164 V to 1.230 *** release of strain also improved the stability of CsPbI2.85Br0.15perovskite films and devices.

Schwann cell transplantation is considered one of the most promising cell-based therapy to repair injured spinal cord due to its unique growth-promoting and myelin-forming properties.A the Food and Drug Administration-approved Phase I clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the safety of transplanted human autologous Schwann cells to treat patients with spinal cord injury.A major challenge for Schwann cell transplantation is that grafted Schwann cells are confined within the lesion cavity,and they do not migrate into the host environment due to the inhibitory barrier formed by injury-induced glial scar,thus limiting axonal reentry into the host spinal *** we introduce a combinatorial strategy by suppressing the inhibitory extracellular environment with injection of lentivirus-mediated transfection of chondroitinase ABC gene at the rostral and caudal borders of the lesion site and simultaneously leveraging the repair capacity of transplanted Schwann cells in adult rats following a mid-thoracic contusive spinal cord *** report that when the glial scar was degraded by chondroitinase ABC at the rostral and caudal lesion borders,Schwann cells migrated for considerable distances in both rostral and caudal *** Schwann cell migration led to enhanced axonal regrowth,including the serotonergic and dopaminergic axons originating from supraspinal regions,and promoted recovery of locomotor and urinary bladder ***,the Schwann cell survival and axonal regrowth persisted up to 6 months after the injury,even when treatment was delayed for 3 months to mimic chronic spinal cord *** findings collectively show promising evidence for a combinatorial strategy with chondroitinase ABC and Schwann cells in promoting remodeling and recovery of function following spinal cord injury.

Background:Implementing effective interventions remain a lot of difficulties along all border *** emergence of artemisinin resistance of Plasmodium falciparum strains in the Greater Mekong Subregion is a matter of great *** has effectively controlled cross-border transmission of malaria and artemisinin resistance of *** along the China-Myanmar ***:A combined quantitative and qualitative study was used to collect data,and then an integrated impact evaluation was conducted to malaria control along the China-Myanmar border during ***:The parasite prevalence rate(PPR)in the five special regions of Myanmar was decreased from 13.6%in March 2008 to 1.5%in November *** with the baseline(PPR in March 2008),the risk ratio was only 0.11[95%confidence interval(CI),0.09-0.14]in November 2013,which is equal to an 89%reduction in the malaria *** parasite incidence(API)across 19 Chinese border counties was reduced from 19.6 per 10000 person-years in 2006 to 0.9 per 10000 person-years in *** with the baseline(API in 2006),the API rate ratio was only 0.05(95%CI,0.04-0.05)in 2013,which equates to a reduction of the malaria burden by 95.0%.Meanwhile,the health service system was strengthened and health inequity of marginalized populations reduced along the international ***:The effective collaboration between China,Myanmar and the international non-governmental organization promptly carried out the core interventions through simplified *** integrated approaches dramatically decreased malaria burden of Chinese-Myanmar border.
