This study provides different opinion for exploring the mechanism of catechin (CAT) relieving nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)， it is more innovative to explore from the perspective of intestinal microorganism. Through in vitro fermentation experiments， CAT could improve the abundance of Enterococcus， and Enterococcus faecalis (EF) accounts for the vast majority of Enterococcus in human gut. The experimental results in vivo showed that EF group and CAT+EF group could reduce the body weight， liver weight and epididymal fat weight of NASH mice， and improve the changes of serum and liver indexes. HE staining observation showed that these two groups have greatly improved the fatty degeneration， balloon degeneration and necrotic focus caused by NASH. The alleviation of CAT+EF group was more obvious. Results of targeted metabonomics showed that CAT could promote EF to produce more methyl palmitate (MP， C16:0)， which plays a great role in relieving NASH. Our results indicated that EF could alleviate NASH and CAT+EF group had better alleviation may due to more production of MP by EF. This study provides a new idea for CAT to alleviate NASH.

Cs and I can migrate through fuel-cladding interfaces and accelerate the cladding corrosion process induced by the fuel-cladding chemical *** coating has emerged as an important candidate for mitigating this chemical *** this study,first-principles calculations were employed to investigate the diffusion behavior of Cs and I in the Cr bulk and grain boundaries to reveal the microscopic interaction mitigation mechanisms at the fuel-cladding *** interaction between these two fission products and the Cr coating were studied systematically,and the Cs and I temperature-dependent diffusion coefficients in Cr were obtained using Bocquet’s oversized solute-atom model and Le Claire’s nine-frequency model,*** results showed that the Cs and I migration barriers were significantly lower than that of Cr,and the Cs and I diffusion coefficients were more than three orders of magnitude larger than the Cr self-diffusion coefficient within the temperature range of Generation-IV fast reactors(below 1000 K),demonstrating the strong penetration ability of Cs and ***,Cs and I are more likely to diffuse along the grain boundary because of the generally low migration barriers,indicating that the grain boundary serves as a fast diffusion channel for Cs and I.

The traditional clustering algorithm is difficult to deal with the identification and division of uncertain objects distributed in the overlapping region,and aimed at solving this problem,the Evidential Clustering based on General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA-EC)is ***,the belief classification of target cluster is carried out,and the sample category of target distribution overlapping region is ***,on the basis of General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA)clustering,the fusion model of evidence credibility and evidence relative entropy is constructed to generate the basic probability assignment of the target and achieve the belief division of the ***,the performance of the algorithm is verified by the synthetic dataset and the measured *** experimental results show that the algorithm can reflect the uncertainty of target clustering results more comprehensively than the traditional probabilistic partition clustering algorithm.

This paper proposes luteolin(LUT)as a novel depressant for the flotation-based separation of scheelite and calcite in a sodium oleate(NaOL)*** suitability of LUT as a calcite depressant is confirmed through micro-flotation *** pH=9,with LUT concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1) and NaOL concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1),scheelite recovery reaches 80.3%.Calcite,on the other hand,exhibits a recovery rate of 17.6%,indicating a significant difference in floatability between the two ***,the surface modifica-tions of scheelite and calcite following LUT treatment are characterized using adsorption capacity testing,Zeta potential analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The study in-vestigates the selective depressant mechanism of LUT on *** capacity testing and Zeta potential analysis demonstrate sub-stantial absorption of LUT on the surface of calcite,impeding the further adsorption of sodium oleate,while its impact on scheelite is ***-IR and XPS analyses reveal the selective adsorption of LUT onto the surface of calcite,forming strong chemisorption bonds between the hydroxyl group and calcium ions *** directly illustrates the distinct adsorption densities of LUT on the two miner-al ***,LUT can effectively serve as a depressant for calcite,enabling the successful separation of scheelite and calcite.

Transformation of long-period stacking ordered structures in Mg-Gd-Y-Zn alloys upon synergistic characterization of first-principles calculation and experiment and its effects on mechanical properties

Based on experiments and first-principles calculations, the microstructures and mechanical properties of as-cast and solution treated Mg-10Gd-4Y-xZn-0.6Zr(x = 0, 1, 2, wt.%) alloys are investigated. The transformation process of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) structure during solidification and heat treatment and its effect on the mechanical properties of experimental alloys are discussed. Results reveal that the stacking faults and 18R LPSO phases appear in the as-cast Mg-10Gd-4Y-1Zn-0.6Zr and Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr alloys, *** solution treatment, the stacking faults and 18R LPSO phase transform into 14H LPSO phase. The Enthalpies of formation and reaction energy of 14H and 18R LPSO are calculated based on first-principles. Results show that the alloying ability of 18R is stronger than that of 14H. The reaction energies show that the 14H LPSO phase is more stable than the 18R LPSO. The elastic properties of the 14H and 18R LPSO phases are also evaluated by first-principles calculations, and the results are in good agreement with the experimental *** precipitation of LPSO phase improves the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the alloy. After solution treatment, the Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr alloy has the best mechanical properties, and its ultimate tensile strength and yield strength are 278.7 MPa and 196.4 MPa, respectively. The elongation of Mg-10Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.6Zr reaches 15.1, which is higher than that of Mg-10Gd-4Y0.6Zr alloy. The improving mechanism of elastic modulus by the LPSO phases and the influence on the alloy mechanical properties are also analyzed.

BACKGROUND Prior studies have noted great variability in the plasma levels of risperidone(RIS).Plasma concentrations of RIS and its active moiety are highly variable and depend on absorption,metabolism,and other predictors of metabolic dysregulation;however,these factors are poorly understood and the association between metabolic change and change in psychopathology is *** To ascertain the characteristics of chronic schizophrenic patients treated with RIS,and to assess their relationship with plasma RIS *** This was a descriptive cross-sectional study of 50 patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenic psychosis treated with RIS in a psychiatric *** plasma concentrations of RIS and its metabolite 9-hydroxyrisperidone were determined by high performance liquid *** patients’demographic and clinical characteristics,and psychopathologies were assessed,and the associations between clinical variables and plasma levels of RIS were *** Male patients received higher doses of RIS than female ones,but plasma concentrations of RIS and risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone(active moiety)were higher in female *** and the mean scores of the general psychopathology subscale of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)were significantly positively correlated with plasma concentrations of risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone adjusted for weight and dose in all 50 *** male subjects,we found a statistically significant positive correlation between the concentrations of risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone in plasma/(dose×kg)and age,mean PANSS negative subscale scores,mean PANSS general psychopathology subscale scores,and mean PANSS total *** Long-term use of RIS should be closely monitored in older patients and females to minimize the risk of high concentrations which could induce side effects.

The complex sand-casting process combined with the interactions between process parameters makes it difficult to control the casting quality,resulting in a high scrap rate.A strategy based on a data-driven model was proposed to reduce casting defects and improve production efficiency,which includes the random forest(RF)classification model,the feature importance analysis,and the process parameters optimization with Monte Carlo *** collected data includes four types of defects and corresponding process parameters were used to construct the RF *** results show a recall rate above 90% for all *** Gini Index was used to assess the importance of the process parameters in the formation of various defects in the RF ***,the classification model was applied to different production conditions for quality *** the case of process parameters optimization for gas porosity defects,this model serves as an experimental process in the Monte Carlo method to estimate a better temperature *** prediction model,when applied to the factory,greatly improved the efficiency of defect *** show that the scrap rate decreased from 10.16% to 6.68%.
