Composite sucker rods are widely used in oil fields because of light weight,high strength,and corrosion *** technology becomes the primary connection method of ***,the joints with composite sucker rods are prone to debone and *** connected characteristics are less considered,so the failure mechanism of the joint is still *** on the cohesive zone model(CZM)and the Johnson-Cook constitutive model,a novel full-scale numerical model of the joint with composite sucker rod was established,and verified by pull-out *** mechanical properties and slip characteristics of the joint were studied,and the damaged procession of the joint was *** results showed that:a)the numerical model was in good agreement with the experimental results,and the error is within 5%;b)the von Mises stress,shear stress,and interface stress distributed symmetrically along the circumferential path increased gradually from the fixed end to the loading end;c)the first-bonded interface near the loading end was damaged at first,followed by debonding of the second-bonded interface,leading to the complete shear fracture of the epoxy,and resulted in the debonding of the joint with composite sucker rod,which can provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the joint.

目的探讨Tolosa-Hunt综合征(THS)痛性眼肌麻痹的临床特征。方法回顾性病例系列研究。连续收集2019年1月至2022年12月在天津医科大学总医院神经科诊断为痛性眼肌麻痹患者的临床资料,根据《国际头痛疾病分类》第3版标准确诊THS患者和其他类型痛性眼肌麻痹患者。记录和比较两类患者的首发症状、眼部表现、影像学和实验室检查结果、治疗(THS患者接受糖皮质激素治疗)及随访情况。结果共收集35例符合标准的痛性眼肌麻痹患者临床资料。18例患者诊断为THS,男性11例,女性7例;年龄为(59.9±13.2)岁,年龄范围为28~80岁;其中17例患者以疼痛为首发症状,17例患者合并上睑下垂,10例患者受累侧MRI眼眶及海绵窦区域异常信号病灶;9例患者合并血清免疫学检查结果异常(3例红细胞沉降率和C反应蛋白水平升高,6例抗核抗体阳性,1例确诊为系统性红斑狼疮及类风湿性关节炎)。在17例其他类型痛性眼肌麻痹患者中,合并糖尿病12例(包含梅毒抗体阳性1例、活动性肺结核1例),颅内动脉瘤2例,缺血性动眼神经麻痹、颅内感染、颅底脑膜炎各1例。5例THS患者糖皮质激素治疗3 d症状缓解,13例治疗1~6周症状缓解。随访7~47个月,3例THS患者复发。结论多数THS痛性眼肌麻痹患者以疼痛为首发症状,MRI检查可见海绵窦阳性体征,并合并血清免疫学检查结果异常;其他类型痛性眼肌麻痹患者合并糖尿病及其他系统性疾病,有助于鉴别诊断。

Improved utilization of rice(Oryza sativa L.)straw and Chinese milk vetch(Astragalus sinicus L.,vetch)has positive effects on rice *** far,few studies have investigated the productivity of vetch under different residue management practices in double-rice cropping *** effects of rice straw on the growth and nutrient accumulation of vetch across seven years(2011–2017)and the subsequent effects of rice straw and vetch on two succeeding rice crops in a vetch–rice–rice cropping system,with the vetch established by relay cropping,were *** seven-year double-rice experiment consisted of the following treatments:(1)100%chemical fertilizer(F-F100);(2)only vetch without chemical fertilizer(M-Con);(3)80%chemical fertilizer plus vetch plus a low-cutting height(low-retained stubble)with the removal of straw(M-F80);(4)80%chemical fertilizer plus vetch plus a low-cutting height with the retention of straw(M-F80-LR);(5)80%chemical fertilizer plus vetch plus a high-cutting height(high-retained stubble)with the retention of straw(M-F80-HR);and(6)no fertilizer(F-Con).The yields of the two rice crops after vetch were not affected by either the cutting height of stubble with retention of straw or by the management of straw(retention ***)with low-cutting height of *** yields of the two rice crops after vetch were significantly higher for M-F80-HR than for M-F80-LR,but the relative contributions of the high-cutting height and straw retention to the higher rice yield could not be determined in this *** yield stability of the double-rice grain in M-F80-HR was also increased,as determined by a sustainable yield *** increases in vetch biomass and nutrient uptake were observed in the fertilized treatments during the rice season compared with the unfertilized *** M-F80-HR plots,improvements in the growing environment of the vetch by conserving soil water content were associated with the highest vetch biomass,nutrient uptake,a

Effect of respiratory training apparatus and vibration expectoration vest on expectoration in patients with lung cancer resection

Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the safe and effective method of expectoration in the preoperative period of patients with lung cancer resection and to promote the rehabilitation of ***: A total of 100 cases of lung cancer patients undergoing elective surgery were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with vibration expectoration vest for expectoration during the perioperative period, and the observation group was treated with respiratory function exerciser that has expectoration function in the perioperative period, three times a day, and the effect was evaluated after 5 ***: The number of patients in the observation group after the first expectoration time was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.001). Pain score, pulmonary atelectasis, and pulmonary infection rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of the control group; and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Lobectomy for lung cancer patients with perioperative respiratory training for respiratory function exercise, compared with conventional methods, is helpful for postoperative expectoration and to reduce the incidence of adverse events.

Solubility of β-cyclodextrin in different mixed solvents

The solubility of β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） in ionic liquid/N, N-dimethyl-acetamide （IL/DMAC） mixed solvent and in LiCI/DMAC mixed solvent was investigated at 323.15 K and 353.15 K. The results showed that the solubility of β-CD in IL/DMAC system increased with increasing temperature, but decreased in LiCI/DMAC system. β-CD had the highest solubility in IL/DMAC system with [Cl]- or [Br]- anions. The solubility of β-CD in LiCl/DMAC system was lower than that in IL/DMAC system with [Cl]- or [Br]- anions but higher than that in IL/DMAC system with weak-coordinated anions （e.g [BF4]- or [PF6]-）. The effects of substituent groups （benzyl and butyl） of cation and the structure of cations on β-cyclodextrin solubility were also investigated.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors(NETs)account for about 1%–2%of pancreatic tumors and about 8%of all *** tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging,and endoscopic ultrasound are common imaging modalities for the diagnosis of pancreatic ***,somatostatin receptor imaging is of great value for diagnosing pancreatic ***,we report the efficacy of technetium-99m methoxy-2-isobutylisonitrile(99mTc-MIBI)single photon emission CT(SPECT)/CT for detecting pancreatic *** SUMMARY A 57-year-old woman presented to our hospital with a 1-d history of persistent upper abdominal distending *** distending pain in the upper abdomen was aggravated after eating,with nausea and *** blood test results showed a high neutrophil percentage,low leukomonocyte and monocyte percentages,and low leukomonocyte and eosinophil ***,liver and kidney function,and tumor markers alpha-fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic antigen,and cancer antigen(CA)125,CA72-4,CA19-9,and CA153 were *** CT showed a mass,with multiple calcifications between the pancreas and the *** boundary between the mass and the pancreas and spleen was poorly ***-enhanced CT revealed that the upper abdominal mass was unevenly and gradually enhanced.99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT revealed that a focal radioactive concentration,with mild radioactive concentration extending into the upper abdominal mass,was present at the pancreatic body and *** 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT manifestations were consistent with the final pathological diagnosis of pancreatic *** 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT appears to be a valuable tool for detecting pancreatic NETs.

BACKGROUND Hypereosinophilic syndrome(HES)is classified as primary,secondary or *** HES(IHES)has a variable clinical presentation and may involve multiple organs causing severe *** sinusoidal obstruction syndrome(HSOS)is characterized by damage to the endothelial cells of the hepatic sinusoids of the hepatic venules,with occlusion of the hepatic venules,and hepatocyte *** report a case of IHES with HSOS of uncertain *** SUMMARY A 70-year-old male patient was admitted to our hospital with pruritus and a rash on the extremities for>5 *** had previously undergone antiallergic treatment and herbal therapy in the local hospital,but the symptoms *** examinations were completed after *** marrow aspiration biopsy showed a significantly higher percentage of eosinophils(23%)with approximately normal ***-guided hepatic aspiration biopsy indicated ***-enhanced computed tomography(CT)of the upper abdomen showed hepatic venule congestion with hydrothorax and *** patient was initially diagnosed with IHES and hepatic venule ***,low molecular weight heparin and ursodeoxycholic acid were given for treatment,followed by discontinuation of low molecular weight heparin due to *** blood tests,biochemical tests,and imaging such as enhanced CT of the upper abdomen and pelvis were reviewed *** Hypereosinophilia may play a facilitating role in the occurrence and development of HSOS.
